jQuery Show Hide WC Chekout Field if Number Field Value 0 - html

This is the HTML table I need to conditionally hide the fee row if the value is 0 which uses a number woocommerce_form_field type number.
$('.donation_amount').keyup(function() {
if ($(this).val().length == 0) {
$('.fee th').hide();
} else {
$('.fee th').show();
}
}).keyup();
<input type="number" class="input-text " name="donation_amount" id="donation_amount" placeholder="" value="">
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.3.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<table class="shop_table woocommerce-checkout-review-order-table">
<tbody>
<tr class="fee">
<th>Amount</th>
<td>
<span class="woocommerce-Price-amount amount">
<bdi><span class="woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol">$</span>0.00</bdi>
</span>
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
Update : This is what i have tried so far :
jQuery(document).ready(function($){
val = $('input#donation_amount').val();
if (val == "0") {
$('.fee').hide();
$( 'tr').removeClass('fee');
$('.fee').css("display", "none");
// } else {
// $('.fee').show();
}
amount = $('#woocommerce-Price-amount').val();
if (amount == "0.00") {
$('.fee').hide();
$( 'tr').removeClass('fee');
$('.fee').css("display", "none");
// } else {
// $('.fee').show();
}
num = $('.woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol').val();
if (num == "0.00") {
$('.fee').hide();
$( 'tr').removeClass('fee');
$('.fee').css("display", "none");
// } else {
// $('.fee').show();
}
amount = $('#donation-amount').val();
if (amount == "0.00") {
$('.fee').hide();
$( 'tr').removeClass('fee');
$('.fee').css("display", "none");
// } else {
// $('.fee').show();
}
$('#donation_amount').on('keyup change', function() {
if ($(this).val() == 0 ) {
$('.fee').hide();
$( "tr" ).removeClass( "fee" );
}
});
});
I've tried using the div id for the number field #donation_amount and the value for the price currency field but neither works with any of the 3 methods i have tested.

You can try this jQuery code,
jQuery( '#donation_amount' ).on( 'keyup', function () {
if ( jQuery(this).val() == 0 ) {
$( '.fee' ).hide();
} else {
$( '.fee' ).show();
}
} );

I would write a simple function that gets the value from the input and uses that value to determine whether or not to show or hide the .fee row with jQuery's .toggle method:
function updateFeeDisplay () {
const value = Number($('#donation_amount').val()) || 0;
$('.fee').toggle(value > 0);
}
$('#donation_amount').on('change keyup', updateFeeDisplay);
updateFeeDisplay();
Here is an example fidde.

Limit number of characters in input where jquery numpad is used

How would I limit number of characters in input where jquery keypad is used?
HTML
<input id="num-input" type="text" maxlength="3" disabled>
JQUERY
var $numInput;
$(function() {
initKeyboard($('#numeric-keyboard'), $('#num-input'));
$('#num-input').on('keydown', function(e) {
$('#event').text('key: '+e.keyCode);
});
$('#back').on('click', onBackBtn);
$('#forward').on('click', onForwardBtn);
});
function onBackBtn() {
$('input').first().focus();
}
function onForwardBtn() {
$('input').last().focus();
}
function initKeyboard($keyboard, $input) {
$numInput = $input;
$keyboard.on('click', '.key', onKeyPress);
}
function onKeyPress(e) {
var keyValue = $(this).text();
if(keyValue.toLowerCase() === 'delete') {
keyValue = 8;
} else if(keyValue === '') {
return;
} else {
keyValue = keyValue.charCodeAt(0);
}
var e = $.Event("keydown");
e.which = keyValue;
e.keyCode = keyValue;
$numInput.trigger(e);
if(keyValue !== 8) {
$numInput.val( $numInput.val() + $(this).text() );
} else {
$numInput.val( $numInput.val().slice(0, -1) );
}
}
maxlenght is ignorred, I attempted to add if clause to $numInput.val( $numInput.val() + $(this).text() ); this part of the code with var max=3; but again no luck.
I have also tried with out of this code script to limit number of characters for that input but again jquery overtakes it and keep adding characters.
I need t set limit of 3 characters to it.
Any idea?
#num-input is disabled, maybe maxlength need to be set in #numeric-keyboard field?

How to transfer some letters to uppercase dynamically in angular

i got a problem when i was making to capitalize dynamically. In my code i can capitalize any letters but it is not dynamic,the program should guess which letter should it capitalize.For example some text comes from JSON and there should be some comparing that checks texts letters and users inputed letters and then he should guess which letter he must capitalize. if there is some solution for this, please tell me. here is my code :
index.html
<textarea id="fieldId" class="textarea" style="resize: none" cols="30" row="2" ui-mask="{{typetext}}" ng-model="model" data-ng-trim="fasle" ng-trim="false" ng-focus="expression">
</textarea>
scipt.js, thats what i was trying to do.

controller.$parsers.push(function(inputValue) {
var transformedInput = '';

for (var i = 0; i < inputValue.length; i++) {
if (i === 0 || i === 5) {
transformedInput += inputValue.charAt(i).toUpperCase();
} else {
transformedInput += inputValue.charAt(i).toLowerCase();
}
}
}
if (transformedInput != inputValue) {
controller.$setViewValue(transformedInput);
controller.$render();
}
return transformedInput;
});
})
and controller
app.controller('myController', ['$scope', '$document', function($scope, $document) {
$scope.typetext = "Some Text";
$document.on('keydown', function(e) {
if (e.which === 8 && e.target.nodeName !== "INPUT") {

How to check if the value is present in the array of inputs

Here is my code
i have an input textbox where I get a new value
this line doesn't work,
$(document).on('click', '#af_cbms_add_depID', function()
{
var toclone=$("#newdepID").val();
var torefer=$("#af_cbms_question_item").val();
if((toclone!=='') && (toclone>0))
{
///here's the problem
$(".lahatkami").each(function()
{
input = $(this).val();
//i also tried the other
//if(this.value===toclone)
if(input===toclone)
{
alert("There is a duplicate value " + this.value);
$('#newdepID').val('');
$('#newdepID').focus();
return false;
}
else
{
$("#af_cbms_depIDset").append('<input type="text" name="'+torefer+'" id="depID'+toclone+'" class="lahatkami" value="'+toclone+'" style="width:40px !important; text-align:center;" readonly />');
$('#newdepID').val('');
$('#newdepID').focus();
}
});
}
else
{

$('#newdepID').focus();
}
});
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<input type="textbox" id="newdepID" value="3"/> sample we a number 3 value

<input type="textbox" class="lahatkami" id="newdepID" value="5"/>
<input type="textbox" class="lahatkami" id="newdepID" value="4"/>
after clicking submit i already coded it if the text input is empty.
but inside that if not empty i check again if the value is already in the set of inputs
i put a console.log to check inside but not working
try to this..
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
$( "#af_cbms_add_depID" ).click(function()

$('#newdepID').val('');
$('#newdepID').focus();
}
});
} else {
alert('No dependent question item was set!');
$('#newdepID').focus();
}
});
</script>
i am not clear with you exact requirement but i think below is code whic you looking for.
$(document).on('click', '#af_cbms_add_depID', function(){
var toclone=$("#newdepID").val();
var torefer=$("#af_cbms_question_item").val();
$("#af_cbms_depIDset").html("");
if((toclone!=='') && (toclone>0)){
var $tmpdom = $("<span></span>");
$(".lahatkami").each(function(){
input = $(this).val();
if(input===toclone){
alert("There is a duplicate value " + this.value);
$(this).val('');
$(this).focus();
return;
}else {
$tmpdom.append('<input type="text" name="'+torefer+'" id="depID'+toclone+'" class="lahatkami" value="'+toclone+'" style="width:40px !important; text-align:center;" readonly />');

Add search filter inside the select dropdown in AngularJS

I want to add a search filter inside a select dropdown in angularJS.
I have used ng-options to list down the options and used filter to filter out the data in the search box , but the problem is that the search box is not coming inside(or under) select dropdown. (When I click the select dropdown, it shows a search filter and below it has all the options)
Below is the code for your reference :
<div class="rowMargin">
<label class="control-label" for="entitySel">Entity:</label>
<div class="controls">
<select id="entityId" class="input-medium" type="text" name="entityId" ng-model="payment.entityId" ng-options="entityOpt for entityOpt in paymentEntityOptions">
<option value="">Select</option>
</select>
<span ng-show=" submitted && addPayment.entityId.$error.required">
<label class="error">Please provide entity Id </label>
</span>
<div ng-show="payment.entityId == \'Individual\'">
<span>
<select ng-model="payment.entity.individual" ng-options = "individual for individual in individualEntities | filter : filterEntity">
<option value="">Select Individual Entity</option>
<option>
<input type="search" placeholder="Search" ng-model="filterEntity"></input>
</option>
</select>
</span>
</div>
<div ng-show="payment.entityId == \'Group\'">
<span>
<select ng-model="payment.entity.group" ng-options = "group for group in groupEntities | filter : filterEntity">
<option value="">Select Group Entity</option>
<input type="search" placeholder="Search" ng-model="filterEntity"></input>
</select>
</span>
</div>
</div>
I have used the bootstrap button with class 'dropdown-toggle' and on click of the button I have appended an input search box as following :
<div class="dropdown pull-right makePaymentDropdownMainDiv" auto-close="outsideClick">
<button class="btn btn-default dropdown-toggle makePaymentDropdownBtn" type="button" id="individualDrop" data-toggle="dropdown">{{payment.entity}}<span class="caret pull-right"></span></button>
<span ng-show="submitted"><label class="error">Select an Individual</label></span>
<ul class="dropdown-menu makePaymentDropdownUlStyle" role="menu" aria-labelledby="individualDrop">
<input disable-auto-close type="search" ng-model="serchFilter" class="makePaymentDropdownSearchBox" placeholder="Search"></input>
<li role="presentation" ng-repeat="indi in individuals | filter: serchFilter"><a role="menuitem" ng-click="selectEntity(indi)">{{indi}}</a></li>
</ul>
</div>
Showing the 'li' using ng-repeat.
Remember to add auto-close="outsideClick" to your dropdown so that it doesn't close on filtering attempt.
Sorry, I'm rather late to the party, but to me it sounds like you need acute-select, an open source extension (MIT license) to Angular that does exactly this, without further dependencies.
They also have a demo page, which shows what it can do nicely.
you can use easy and best way to search filter inside the select dropdown in AngularJS

How to create a HTML5 single line contentEditable tab which listens to Enter and Esc

I have a dashboard at work and I want people to be able to change the text on the tabs in order to create categories which fit them best.
I wanted single line text which would disregard changes on Esc or commit the changes on Enter or Blur.
I found the answer but figured I would post in order to help others.
Here is the HTML markup:
<span contenteditable="false"></span>
Here is the jQuery/javascript:
