I have been coding a website and found that a link I need to be responsively stuck to the bottom of my div (In that spot both on large screen & mobile view)
Below is the code I currently have & 2 pictures attached for both big screen and mobile.
nav#navbar {
background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8) !important;
}
nav#navbar ul.navbar-nav {
display: flex;
margin: 0 auto;
}
div#image-container {
height: 1920px;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}
#booksy-container {
/* CSS properties and values go here */
height: 10.5%;
position: absolute;
top: 60%;
width: 100%;
text-align: center;
}
#booksy-link {
display: fixed;
position: relative;
align-content: end;
}

I have created a container and a row inside it. I have everything inside the row, but for some reason content sizes are different as displayed on jsfiddle and image preview.

On the image you can clearly see, where the spaces are. It all should be aligned from side to side inside the container. Logo column width is missing a few pixels on the right and the two boxes in the bottom are not touching the sides of parrent container.
The problem is from this div.
<div class="col-md-8">
as well as <div class="col-md-4">
Yes they both equal 12 but they contain a margin.
To fix this you can add a class like this.
.nomargin{
margin: 0px !important;
}
And use the class like this
This will remove the default bootstrap margin.
I'm newbie. I tried to move nav to the right and logo must stay in left side.
I dont why I tried all ways. i am using bootstrap 4.7 and 4.7 nav bar code in html. I tried all code. e.g: ms-auto, ml-auto, justify-content-end in ul class, but still cann't success.
Help me to sort out this problem. Please check attached .

It’s not clear what you were trying to do with the rows and columns for your navbar, so I started with a clean copy of Bootstrap’s 4.6.0 navbar.
If you want the menu items to be on the left, change the margin class on the unordered list from mr-auto to ml-auto.
And it’s best to put the active class on the list item, not the link.
.bg-pink {
background-color: #EC8CBE;

I used a container-lg for the nav content so the logo and menu won't continue to spread out on larger screens.
As I understand it, you want the menu all the way to the right - next to the logo, but sticking to the right side? Right?
Well, I achieved this by putting the following css into the style.css file:
.pt-2 {
display: flex;
}
.navbar-expand-lg {
justify-content: flex-end;
}
The menu will be a bit above the height level of the logo, but you can play around with that if you want. Either raise the logo a little, or push down the menu.
If you wanna push down the menu using margin, i found that
margin-top: 42px;
was the right amount of pixels.
Hope it helped.
I did implement a responsive navigation bar using html css. the text is all responsive but i got the problem in the flag images in my navigation bar. It is not responsive. Can someone help? Thank you. I just want my flag images to be position before the navbar-toggler-icon and not after the navbar toggler icon. This is the code . Thank you.

Also, I'm learning web development so please be gentle. Thanks!

IF you want padding top try
padding-top : 20px!important
if you want div test in center why you try padding top or bottom . you can use a extra div and give style display: flex; align-items: center;
.banner {
height: 80vh;
align-items: center;
vertical-align: middle;
display: flex;
}
like : https://www.w3schools.com/code/tryit.asp?filename=FNBF6UP5MV4S
There are a lot of way to add padding or margin here.
You can add padding-top to your .col-lg-12 if your content and navbar have 2 different container by simply add another class and add padding to it.
HTML
<div class="col-lg-12 text-center padding-content">
<div id="content">
...
CSS
.padding-content {
padding-top: 30px;
}
Demo: https://www.bootply.com/jpU6nmgw8z
Or you can add margin to your navbar
CSS
.navbar {
margin-bottom: 30px;
}
Demo: https://www.bootply.com/k6vGFbX5XC
Did you try adding margin-top to say, the "content" div?
#content {
margin-top: 5%;
}
