I'm new to coding in CSS and HTML.
I want to have a pie chart convert into a 3d cylinder with the pie chart still remaining at the top. This animation would occur as you scroll down the page.
Does anyone have any tips?
I have tried doing some animation with the pie chart and seeing if maybe I could just have a 3D element that changes sides when scrolling but I don't know the best way to go about it. I can't seem to have the pie chart be on the top of the 3D element.

I am trying to do the curvy background shape divider animation when scrolling on this website (https://crazyabouteggs.com/en/) but I am not sure how.
Does anyone have an idea how this is achieved? Thanks!

I have included the image of the divider that I meant here. I'm not sure what it is called in professional term as I did not receive any classes or learn of it before, just learning on my own. I would love to know how the divider curves only when we are scrolling and return to normal when we are not.

I'm trying to do a really custom pie chart using Highcharts. So far I've been able to do what I wanted. The only problem is that when I remove the borders of the pie chart, then there's like a little glitch on the border of a slice. See the image here:

Is there a way to fix this?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Is it possible to implement a custom layout for a pie chart in D3 such as below?
The blue things has position with out of circle boundary.
Many example shows how to pie chart, but this layout has little wieard shape.
I wondering whether it is possible or not.
Yes it is. All you have to do is offset the parts after drawing them using d3's pie chart functionality #see https://github.com/mbostock/d3/wiki/Pie-Layout
I'm trying to find (without luck so far) any examples of Google Maps that are shown in a shape that is not the standard rectangle.
I know that ultimately the map IS a rectangle, but specifically I'd like examples of how I could show graphics on top of that rectangle to give the illusion that the map borders are a different shape.
To explain further what I mean, imagine a page with a black background with a standard Google Map (rectangle) in the top left. Now imagine placing a DIV over the bottom half of the map, where this DIV contains half a black circle and a transparent background. The purpose would be to give the illusion that the map has a curved bottom edge.
I'd then want to do something similar with the remaining 3 sides so that the map no longer appears like it's in a rectangle.
To explain further still, I'm going to be given a web page template which will have a shape - not a rectangle - into which I'm expected to put a Google Map...
Importantly, I'd still need to be able to 'grab' the map with the mouse and move it about within its 'new shape'.
Any advice would be appreciated - thanks.
