Opening google-chrome and starting any page will lead to "freezing". When start with terminal, it shows some errors:

I delete the repeated lines. Actually, this situation arise when I upgraded Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04, and updated chrome to newest. I have no idea what's the problem about. I searched these output but seems nobody has similar problem.
By the way, vscode sometimes freeze like chrome after that upgrade. I don't know if there are any relationships...
What are you trying to do? Where these errors are getting displayed ? If you are using Selenium and you are getting these errors in the console then add these options into your Selenium code-

how to debug such an error

You must use the Octave debugger (take a look at the Debugging section of the Octave manual).
If this was an error message, you could activate debug_on_error. Since it is not, it's a proper crash, you must start on debug mode (enter the keyboard command) and step line by line (enter the command dbstep) until you find which one causes the issue.
We have an .NET desktop application that crashed in production. How do we diagnose the error? I'd like to know the type of exception that occurred, the error message, and the stack trace.
Because the exception wasn't handled by our code, we received the "This application has encountered a problem and needs to close" Windows message box. The only option was to close, there was no debug button.

How can this information tell me the exception type, the stack trace, and the error message?
That information isn't enough to get you a stack trace, exception type, error message, etc.
You can configure Windows Error Reporting (which showed you the problem & needs to close UI) on Windows Server 2008 to always collect a dump file that you can then debug. This doesn't require you to install Visual Studio or any other debugger in your production environment.
