SSIS Package Configuration Wizard Screen CutOff - ssis

When I go to the package configuration wizard the configuration filter dialog box is cutoff, has anyone solved this?
Resizing window just kept that dialog box cut off

I can resize just fine using the lower right corner sash to change the window.
An alternative that always works with windows forms is the Tab key as that'll navigate you to the items, even if they're offscreen.
At one point, VS seemed to have rendering issues with the adjust visual experience checkbox and the consensus a decade back was to uncheck that if it was acting "weird." It's been some time since I've had to fiddle with that setting though so the issue seems to have been resolved.
That's VS 2017 in my screenshots. The corner sash exists on VS 2015 as well. Beyond that, I'd need to go to archives or install current VS editions to explore. As to simulating the drop down arrow selector, holding left Alt key down and hitting the down arrow brings up those selectors.
I think I managed to navigate the entire sequence of adding a configuration without using a mouse in my little video here (although I tried really hard at the end).

How do I repair html hinting

On one of my vscode installations html hints I working fine (when in html mode I type lin I see this>
on another only the first line and none of the html link hints. What I did
removed all extention
reinstalled visual studio code in place
removed and reinstall visual studion code
I don't see anything suspicious in the debug pane.
How do I repair my VSCode?
Life saver Mark <3. Thanks!
It is a bit fiddly, but indeed the hints box can be sized to a useless single line size. As I see no real use case for this it could be regarded as bug.
Drag the upper or lower border up or down.
To increase success increase zoom size.

show console tab instead of drawer on errors in Chrome Developer Tools

This is a minor annoyance but I can't seem to find any solution.
I don't really like the console "drawer" (the console you see when you hit "Esc") and prefer to use the tab/page as I don't have a lot of space to devote to the developer tools. When you load a page with errors or warnings there's little icons on the far right that indicate counts of each, but when you click on that it always opens the "drawer" version of the console instead of the tab/page version. Is there any way to change this? (I vaguely recall that it used to always open the tab/page version before)
No, there is no way to customize such behavior. One thing you could do to slightly speed up things is to re-arrange panels in DevTools so that it is easier for you to get into "Console".

how to customize chrome theme per window

I usually have three chrome windows open. To easily distinguish my work chrome from the personal chrome window, I would like to set a theme to one window, and another theme to other windows.
I figure out how to change the theme globally, wondering whether its possible to it per window.
Use different profiles. You can do this in chrome by clicking the Proflile icon in the top-right of any window. It'll ask you to log in with your Google account but you're able to make a local account with any name.
I use one for personal (personal google account), one for work (work google account), and a third with no google account for risky or other website browsing (which has more aggressive blocking rules)
I do have in mind 2 options, since I really want to easily identify them.
You can add name to your window, not so noticeable since only shows on hover on mac.
You can also group all the tabs in that window, to give it a bit of a different color
which you can see here. blue and red. Bit noticeable.
for windows users, can you try this options, it might be better there.
I did some research into this issue, and it seems the only way to do this is to open different browsers e.g - firefox for presonal stuff, chrome for work etc...
will be happy to see a better solotion though...

MySQL object browser is absent

I believe that I successfully installed MySQL from the web, but my sql web layout is very different from the normal layout as it has no object browser, also home page too seem different. In addition I have WAMP server installed on my laptop, is this the reason? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
I am attaching pictures of both the pages.
Look at the sidebar, specifically the headings. Near MANAGEMENT there's a little button. This is to switch between combined (stacked) and tabbed mode for this sidebar. At the moment the stacked mode is active by default and you cannot see the schema part because it is hidden behind the Information pane. There's a splitter between the 2 parts, so you can make the Information pane smaller, but I think you are better off by switching to tabbed mode, as this makes working there a lot simpler.

How do you measure absolute pixel count?

I've recently found that most of the measurements I thought I knew were actually different from what I thought they where due to browser specific defaults. I assessed that all my knowledge of my visual inspections were relative...item A is 20px so I can see that Item B is 22px. However because of browser hidden defaults...this method doesn't work too well. How can I know what absolute pixel count is.
Currently, I just created a 20px by 20px ruler in a graphics editor with tick marks.

Now I can move this around by using absolute positioning and measure things. However is there something built into the development tools to do this. I'm using Firefox 10 right now.
Thanks
Chrome's inspector tool shows the dimension of any element that you happen to hover over. However, if you must remain loyal to Firefox, Firebug can show the exact dimensions of any element upon hover as well. When you open up Firebug, click "Layout" in the sidebar to the right. Then, when you hover over an element, the dimensions will appear within that box (no clicking necessary). Not exactly as intuitive as Chrome's inspector tool, but it works regardless.
Are you just looking for a tool to easily measure heights and widths without messing around in Firebug?
I'd suggest this add-on for Firefox (also available for Chrome): Web Developer
If this isn't what you're looking for, can you please clarify?
Edit: If you can't install software or add-ons, use the no-install Firebug Lite
there is a sweet measurement tool called "measure it." you can find it HERE. that's the best one i have found so far.
another thought... you could check and make sure all of your different browsers aren't at all zoomed in... view actual size etc...
also - are you using a "reset" of any kind ? if not - you could check out the meyer reset - or normalize... or - the freak reset... (that combines both).
