Keyboard " Ctrl + / " shortcout issue

I'm currently working on some scritps on GAS IDE. There, the single-line comment shortcut is "Ctrl + /". My keyboard layout is Spanish so my only way to write down a '/' is "Shift + 7". As this IDE is framed in a browser, browser shortcuts are more relevant and this shortcut just changes between tabs.
Using Opera browser on Windows 10.
Any idea of how to perform this shorcut?
Thanks in advance!

Way to close developer panel

The page https://developers.google.com/web/tools/iterate/inspect-styles/shortcuts explains that you can open the Developer Panel with Control + Shift + C (Linux). Is there a way to CLOSE the Developer Panel using a keyboard shortcut?
I could not find one in the doc, but it is kind of strange that you could open but not close the panel without the mouse.
you can open and close Chrome's Developer Panel panel with the F12 key or using Ctrl + Shift + I (At least for windows, but I guess it will be the same for Linux)

How can I inspect element in a webview in chrome when right click is disabled?

I have a web page loaded in a webview element in chrome, but that web page disables the right mouse menu, so I can't launch the debugger.
Is there a way to do this?
I've tried the suggestions the following to no avail :
How can I inspect element in chrome when right click is disabled?
Using Version 37.0.2062.20 beta (64-bit) on Ubuntu 14.04.
Hit F12 on keyboard
Chose magnify icon from development bar
Inspect Elements on webpage
The URL 'chrome://inspect' in chrome/chromium will open a page of 'devtools'. The 'app' item on the menu will list all running apps (and other menu items for other inspectable 'entities' like web pages/apps), and you can launch the debugger that way and get the same tools one would expect from the f12 or 'inspect element' on the right-mouse-button menu.
There are many ways to inspect the page whether the right click is enabled or disabled. This is only for the windows system.
==> When right-click is enabled
Right-click on the web page & you will find the INSPECT option at the end of the list.
Press F12 & direct inspect window will be opened.
Press ctrl + shift + I & inspect window will be opened.
==> When right-click is disabled.
Press F12 & direct inspect window will be opened.
Press ctrl + shift + I & inspect window will be opened.
Press ctrl + shift + J & inspect window will be opened.

In the Chrome developer panel, is there a keyboard shortcut for the element selector?

In the Chrome developer panel, this tool...
lets you select elements and go directly to them in the DOM view, and see their CSS attributes.
Safari has the same tool.
Is there a keyboard shortcut to activate that tool (once you have the panel open)?
To open / switch from inspect element mode and browser window, you can do:
On Mac - ⌘ + Shift + C
On Windows / Linux - Ctrl + Shift + C OR F12
For more useful keyboard shortcuts, refer to the developer tools documentation.
The shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+C (source).
You can also right click any element in a web page and click Inspect element.
Ctrl + Shift + C for linux as well.
On Windows & Linux, to bring up the "Inspect element" pane at the bottom:
You can either use: Ctrl+Shift+C
OR you can use: F12
While you can usually right click elements in a web page and click Inspect element, it's useful to know these keyboard shortcuts for when a page has JavaScript to disable right-click in that page.
On a Mac you can use ⌘ + ⌥ + I
This is what works for me.

How to clear Chrome console by shortcut keys?

I want to clear the Console tab in Chrome developer tools inside the Chrome browser. I know that their is an button for that but what's the shortcut keys for doing that?
Are their anywhere cheatsheet for chrome developer tool or chrome shortcuts?
You can use Ctrl + L to clear the chrome-dev-console on Windows/Linux and Cmd + K on Mac.
The list of keyboard shortcuts for Chrome Developer Tools is at: http://code.google.com/chrome/devtools/docs/shortcuts.html.
For clearing the console log, press Ctrl-L. Unfortunately, it appears the log needs to be in focus (clicked on) for the keyboard command to work.
Keyboard shortcuts
Ctrl + L or Cmd + L
Command line
clear()
Here's a cheatsheet for more shortcut keys: http://anti-code.com/devtools-cheatsheet/
I do not know why, but on my Mac (OS X El Capitan v10, Google Chrome v40) shortcuts mentioned above Cmd+L do NOT clear the Console log.
But Cmd + k perfectly works !!!
Before using this shortcut make sure that the console is active!
So my solution for Macs is: Cmd + k !!!
It is Ctrl + Shift + L for Firefox console.
I found a different shortcut by accident. Maybe it is doing something else.
Press Spacebar to clear the console in chrome devtools. It works too. ;)
NB: I am using ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
