Python Parse JSON Retrieve Values From Nested Structure - json

Question

I have the following JSON response.I would like to retrieve the 'id' values of children if the response has "hasChilder" : true in the last JSON array. Example I would like to retrieve 8931,8934,8801,9125 from below JSON.

I am unable to traverse till the last children . This is what I am struck
