I'm trying to setup a docker with multiple MySQL container in ubuntu server.

Everything is successfully built and I was able to connect to port 3306 however I can't connect to port 3307.
Your mysql-db_2 container port is invalid.
you can change it to 3307:3306
so it will be exposed at port 3307, but the container itself will be listening on port 3306

There are two things to notice,
depends_on
You kept pb_mysql ahead of others in the yaml configuration file. This does not ensure the mysql-server to be up and running ahead of others.
You want to use depends_on, so the depended pb_mysql will be initiated first.
ports
You are using bridged network, so you need to map 3306 to 3306 for mysql-server.

I would avoid using restart: always unless I absolutely need it.
The rest looks good to me. Let me know if it is resolved.
You are not referencing your network.
Try adding it to your services i.e.:

I have a problem with mysql container on docker
the others containers cant connect to mysql after the first "docker-compose up -d"
I always need to restart the mysql container to resolve the problem.

when run docker-compser up , I got this error:
MySQL Connection Error: (2002) No route to host
But I can succeed to connect to the container from the host, like this:
mysql -u root -p -h 127.0.0.1 -P 3307
You can try to connect without a port specifying:
WORDPRESS_DB_HOST: db
It turns out to be a firewall problem. I am using fedora 32 system. And the docker interface using the default zone which will block 80 port and 3306 port.
So, after I bind my docker interface to trusted zone and added some port everything worked.
I have a docker compose file which is basically trying to build a WAMP/LAMP style environment.
Basically, PHPMyAdmin can't seem to connect to MySQL. Looking through answers here, it appeared that it was an issue with legacy auth using MySQL Image 8 so I added:
command: --default-authentication-plugin=mysql_native_password
but that didn't work, so I dropped down to mysql image5.7 and the issue is still present. For some reason, I can't connect to MySQL and I get the error:
mysqli_real_connect(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Try again
and
mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Try again

I also saw mention of a "depends on" flag which I tried too but that also failed to allow me to connect. I have had the same error throughout.
It's about the container name.

try switching PMA_HOST to db-mysql.

According to your phpmyadmin service configuration, you are trying to reach mysql container by mysql address:

But container with mysql server is accessible by database or db-mysql addresses.
So, you need to change phpmyadmin service configuration to:
