Truffle v5.4.10 (core: 5.4.10)
Node v10.19.0
ok i figured it out
in my truffle.config file i edited require('babel-register'); to require('#babel/register');
then i installed babel/register
i edited require('babel-polyfill'); to require('#babel/polyfill');
then i installed babel/polyfill
it worked my truffle passed and compiled
fix this problem by running the following:
npm install -g babel-runtime
You can find the full thread about this truffle bug here:

During the install of this github project I get this error:

Could someone help me with this?
Most likely, when the geth was launched, one of the modules whose methods were used by Dapp was not enabled in the settings of the RPC API. Look at the value of the --rpcapi key from the startup line.
i am trying execute test with jest in CRA and i keep getting this weird error.

any ideas on how to fix this?

If you see this error, your EF6 import statements are not being transpiled. Make sure your babel presets contain "env"
.babelrc and "babel" property in package.json
{
"presets":["env", "react"]
}
Depending on your use case you might also need to add the transform-es2015-modules-amd plugin, more here.
I've tried to install hello world application with this command:
gulp app:hello

Probably you have old version of Gulp.
Try to reinstall with npm install --global gulp.
I'm sure I'm doing something stupid, but I can't get node-fnoc to work. I have a directory with a simple package.json in it, I have a /config/ directory in that directory with a simple JSON file in it. And, I'm basically just trying to do what they have in their example.
var fnoc = require('fnoc');
fnoc(function(err, configs){
console.log(configs);
});
and this is what I'm getting:
fnoc(function(err, configs){
^
TypeError: object is not a function

Any ideas?
