HTML launch.json [duplicate] - html

Trying to debug my javascript code in Visual Studio. Selected "Start Debugging" and I get the following error message "configuration 'Run Current File' is missing in launch.json" (not pictured--error msg vanished after 5 seconds). I also got redirected to this launch.json file but have no idea what I need to type here.
I already have installed Node.js. I have restarted my computer, as well as edited the syntax of my javascript before debugging.
I am very very new to programming and am not sure what could be missing. Help please!

launch.json is used for to launch an app for debugging. It has settings geared for things like mapping to your workspace source code or defining the Chrome port to use.

Rebuilding a script in an SSIS Script component fails with "Could not find a part of the path 'C:\users\........"

I have an error on a script component when I open an ssis project in VS 2019. The error is "The binary code for the script is not found....". So, I opened the component, opened the script and proceeded to save it, then rebuild it. The rebuild errors with "Could not find a part of the path 'C:\users........". I've tried recreating the script, but the same error occurs. I thought it was environment specific, so, I changed to another computer.... same error. I then though it was project specific so I switched to another project... same error. Help! I'm about to call Microsoft.

Trouble installing PHP Code Sniffer

I'm attempting to install PHP Code Sniffer for PhpStorm, but have been unable to get it to work. I've been following the steps here: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/PhpStorm/PHP+Code+Sniffer+in+PhpStorm
I added PHP Code Sniffer as a Composer dependency, and it now appears in the project directory. I then went to the code sniffer settings page, where I entered the path to the PHPCS.bat file. When I click Validate, I get an error message saying "Can not run PHP Code Sniffer".
Have I missed a step or is there a log somewhere with more information on what is not working?
I solved the same problem by editing the phpcs.bat file and replacing the paths:
PHPBIN=#php_bin#
with
PHPBIN=path\to\php.exe
and
"%PHPBIN%" "#bin_dir#\phpcs" %*
with
"%PHPBIN%" "path\to\phpcs" %*
I had the same issue, I solve it adding the php path to the PATH environment variables on windows. Because when it runs the scripts needs to run php and if it not present on the global path of windows will fail.

Validating Debugging Configuration on PhpStorm

I'm using the latest PhpStorm on Windows. Following the instructions on
https://blog.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/2016/06/debugging-vvv-vagrant-setup-with-phpstorm/
I was able to validate the connection.
However the I can't connect to PhpStorm from Chrome and X-debug helper.
When I return to the validation I see the message from the error page.
The path on Windows to create validation script is
C:\Users\Adrian\Projects\vagrant\drupal
I noticed, that I can use the X-debug despite of this error.
This "issue" relates more to PHPStorm team rathen then stackoverflow.

Xcode - Submission error - Unable to create configuration directory

I was trying to submit my second app update and it failed submission after passing validation. This is the error:
"Unable to create configuration directory:/Application/Xcode.app/Contents/iTMSTransportation.woa/.itmstransporter. Cannot save local copy of remote diagnostic configuration;local path is not writable".
My screen shot of the error cannot be attached. I know it is not a network error at Apple's end because it specified a path in the Application Loader in Xcode. Since the system has read and write permissions here, it cannot be because I changed something. I submitted another app successfully earlier on the same day without a problem (as usual). I am at my wits’ end. Anyone experienced this?
Since there is no “Build for Archiving” in Xcode 5 (like in Xcode), I started with following steps:
1 - From the Xcode Product menu I selected “Archive” item
2 - After the Build, the organizer window appeared in the foreground with my archive in it.
3 - I clicked the “Validate…” button and it executed that successfully.
4 - When I clicked the “Distribute…” button, it started uploading the app but failed and came back with the aforementioned error. I went to the folder to see if any folder in the directory path is locked and also to see who has read and write permissions. It is not me but the system. I did a Disk Permission Repair in Disk Utility but that didn't help.
I then removed the offending file “.itmstransporter.” and tried to submit but got a different error. I put it back and took out the other two (ITMSTransporter.cmd and WOBootstrap.jar” but produced a different error. So I restored the folder to its original contents and returned to where I started - stymied. I have considered installing a new version of Xcode 5.0 but I don't know if that will help.
My OS:Mountain Lion 10.8.5, Xcode 5.0, MacBook Retina (first retina in 2012). Project compiled for iOS 7 in the Build Settings.
Thanks for any pointers.

I had the same issue. I copied the whole "Application Loader" out of the XCode package to somewhere else and after that, uploading from the Application Loader worked fine.

Adding editFTPnetPRO to SSIS package causes error message

I'm trying to add some secure FTP code to an SSIS package. I've used the EnterpriseDT product successfully on other .NET projects, so I wanted to incorporate it into an SSIS 2008 package I'm working on.
If I create a Script Task (VB), edit the script, choose Project | Add Reference, and select the editFTPnetPRO.dll file, it comes back with this error:
No template information found. See the application log in Event Viewer for more details.
To open Event Viewer, click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Event Viewer.
The application log doesn't contain any pertinent details.
I have no idea what this is trying to tell me. I've gone down a couple dead ends searching for this error message and following the prescribed fixes, but nothing has fixed it yet. Any idea what might be going wrong?
P.S. - I tried the devenv.exe /installvstemplates fix, which didn't change anything.
Update: Here is the error captured in the SSIS package when you try to run it:
Error: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'edtFTPnetPRO, Version=6.3.1.20, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=0dce1ad63760d80b' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Where is it looking for this file? I tried copying it to the project direcory, the bin folder, and the C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.nnnn folder, but it still can't find it, and it won't tell me where it's looking.
I'm now having this same problem with a custom C# assembly that I created to use with SSIS. I have added the assembly to the Windows\assembly and C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.nnnn folders.
Put your DLL into C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Binn and try again.
I have encountered this error a few times while attempting to add a reference from the .NET tab of the Add Reference dialog.
The (painfully simple) fix is to use the Browse tab to add the reference.
