How to know when an .xlsx file has been updated? - json

I want to export data from an excel file, but I want to know how can I listen to that event, the event of saving a file, and then, export that data into .csv and convert it to JSON and then storing that info into a web server database.
Another approach I have is set up a cron every x minutes.
Can I do this with python or I need some excel API or something like that?

CSV open>edit>save from Webserver using HTML/JS/PHP

I am using jquery.datatable.editable and I want this datatable to get the main data from a simple CSV-file stored on the webserver. This is shown possible with CSV to HTML Table.
When I edit a cell inside jquery.datatable.editable I want it to update the CSV-file stored on my webserver. How can I do this?
I also checked vscode-edit-csv and love the layout as an editing interface but it only seams that it opens the file from a local stored file and not from the server...
(Some people use mySQL but I want to use a flat file (CSV) instead for syncing reasons.)

Writing a .txt file from SQL row's data

I am setting up a application with Django/ExpressJS(prototyping) and vueJS and MYSQL.
One goal is generate .txt file from data store in row. Each row will have one .txt file and user can download them via button click.
Quit not sure how to do that, Can use SQL query but hope there is some way via Django.
I am new with Django, experience in ExpressJS.

Creating a text/csv file from LibreOffice

I am in the process of starting a project and i want to understand the best way to automate the creation of a text/CSV file containing the result of a request. And each time the database is updated, i want that file to be updated too. I'm using LibreOffice Base.
Hay,
LibreOffice Base is not going to help you in this case as it is just a GUI tool for querying a Connected DB.
I would look at getting your backend to append to a log/CSV file every time it receives a request and successfully obtains/manipulates data in the Database.

Import CSV file into Microsoft azure Stream Analytics

I'm new in this area. I have right now a file original in excelc(data from sensor), i want to upload it into azure and use stream to process it, as the format of data supports CSV, I'm think about saving the excel in csv and upload it in blob storage (or should I send it into event hub?), however the stream analytics shows nothing in output. The original file looks like below, does anyone know something about this?

parse.com export database table into *.csv stored in parse cloud

How can I export the one database table from parse.com into a *.csv file which is stored in parse online?
I just once got a file in the following format and now I need to do that on my own:
http://files.parsetfss.com/f0e70754-45fe-43c2-5555-6a8a0795454f/tfss-63214f6e-1f09-481c-83a2-21a70d52091f-STUDENT.csv
So, the question is how can I do this? I have not found a dashboard function yet
Thank you very much
You can create a job in cloud code which will query through all the rows in the table and generate CSV data for each. This data can then be saved to a parse file for access by URL.
If you are looking to simply export a class every once in awhile and you are on a mac, check out ParseToCSV on the Mac App Store. Works very well.
