Run Keycloak with database contains data - mysql

i configured keycloak with mysql database and it worked,
i created a realm, user, role for test and everything was fine,
I stopped keycloak and restarted it with >standalone.bat
and i got this error:
FATAL [org.keycloak.services] (ServerService Thread Pool – 65) Error during startup: java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception invoking method [listUnrunChangeSets] on object [liquibase.Liquibase#f0132b4], using arguments [null,(),false]
ps: if i delete the database and recreate it and run keycloak it will work but run it with database contains data the error above will appear
Please help me to solve this error. Thank you.

Finally, I found the solution
at the beginning i had the newest version of mysql-connector-java it’s 8.0.23
i replaced it with an old version 8.0.21 and boom it worked for me
ps: of course I modified the file module.xml

Symfony - App uses wrong database name, CLI uses the correct one

hoping to get help with possibly a silly problem. I can't get Symfony to connect to the correct database.
My config line in .env is as follows
DATABASE_URL="mysql://root:root#127.0.0.1:3306/main?serverVersion=mariadb-10.4.27"
Creating a database using CLI works just fine and the database named "main" is created
bin/console doctrine:database:create
Created database `main` for connection named default
Running migration works OK and a table is created in the database
bin/console doctrine:migrations:migrate
WARNING! You are about to execute a migration in database "main" that could result in schema changes and data loss. Are you sure you wish to continue? (yes/no) [yes]:

[notice] Migrating up to DoctrineMigrations\Version20230117183120
[notice] finished in 28.6ms, used 22M memory, 2 migrations executed, 3 sql queries
Yet, when I try to access the site from the browser I get the following error
An exception occurred in the driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1049] Unknown database 'root'
Clearing the cache doesn't seem to help, I don't see any reference in the code to a database named root. Any clues on how to make Symfony to connect to the "main" database?

Connecting Pentaho to mysql database (localhost)

I download last version of MySQL jdbc connector (mysql-connector-java-8.0.13) and I put it in the following folders:
C:\Users\maria\Desktop\report-designer\report-designer\lib
and
C:\Users\maria\Desktop\report-designer\report-designer\lib\jdbc
And it shows me the following error:
Driver class 'org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver' could not be found, make sure the 'MySQL' driver (jar file) is installed.
org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver
org.pentaho.di.core.exception.KettleDatabaseException:
Error occurred while trying to connect to the database
While, when I introduced the old version file (mysql-connector-java-5.1.34-bin) at the same folders as said before (above). Pentaho shows me the following error:
Error connecting to database: (using class org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver)
Could not create connection to database server.
org.pentaho.di.core.exception.KettleDatabaseException:
Error occurred while trying to connect to the database
can someone help me?
Thank you!
Finally I manage to solve the error.
I put my jdbc connector (mysql-connector-java-8.0.13) into the following folder:
C:\Users\maria\Desktop\report-designer\report-designer\lib an
And I change the name of my MySQL DB.
Thank you
Stop Report Designer
Remove it from the 'C:\Users\maria\Desktop\report-designer\report-designer\lib\jdbc' directory
Restart Report designer
You can only have one jdbc driver in the lib directory for the db. So when you add the 5.1.34 driver, you are adding a second MySQL driver, causing that second error.

Cannot connect to MySql database from Eclipse : java/sql/SQLException

I have set up a database with MySql.
I want to connect to it from Eclipse.
I followed the same steps as mentioned in this link:
https://www.zkoss.org/wiki/Setup_MySQL_DB_in_Eclipse
So I am using this library for the driver:
mysql-connector-java-5.1.45
whhich I think is correct
The name of my database is "test" and the port used by MySql is 3306.
This is my configuration:
But when I test the connection it's giving me an error message :
"An internal error occurred during: "Ping server job". java/sql/SQLException"
I have looked more in details in the error log and I see error like this:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java/sql/Connection
I have turned off my firewall just to check, but it does not solve the issue.
Can someone tell me what I should check?
Thanks
I use Java version 1.7.0_80 and Eclipse Mars.2 Release (4.5.2).
I gave up and used MysQL Workbench which meets my needs.

When run "sonar-runer" throw exception :"Caused by: Unknown database status: FRESH_INSTALL"

I need help
First , it throw exception
cannot load class 'com.mysql.xxx.JDBC'",so I copy the
sonarqube-4.0/extensions/jdbc-driver/mysql/mysql-connector-java-5.1.26.jar
to the /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-sun/jre/lib/ext/
Then I run sonar-runner again, it throws this exception:
Unknown database status: FRESH_INSTALL
My heart is broken , plz help me
I saw this error when the database is empty (no tables are created). Usually tables are created during first start of sonar.
Can you reach sonar by web interface?
Make sure that settings in your conf/sonar.properties file in Sonar directory are correct, these lines should be uncommented.
sonar.jdbc.url: jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/sonar?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8&rewriteBatchedStatements=true
sonar.jdbc.username: mysqlusername
sonar.jdbc.password: mysqlpassword
Then check if your conf/sonar-runner.properties file in sonar-runer directory has the same settings.
#----- MySQL
sonar.jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/sonar?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8
#----- Global database settings
sonar.jdbc.username=mysqlusername
sonar.jdbc.password=mysqlpassword
Also make sure that the line for default embeded database is commented.
#sonar.jdbc.url: jdbc:h2:tcp://localhost:9092/sonar
Sonar stopped supporting the property "sonar.jdbc.schema" from 4.2 version. Please refer link http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/SONAR-5000. To fix the issue on PostgreSQL based sonar deployment, execute the following SQL command on the database:
ALTER USER $dbUser$ SET search_path to $soanrQubeSchema$
I just encountered the same problem, and I solved it by restarting sonar server after creating proper user and database in mysql.
In fact, sonar server will fill the empty mysql database with many tables after restarting, and that removed the "FRESH_INSTALL" problem.

Will my PHP application work with Heroku's ClearDB MySql resource?

I am new to both php and Heroku and I have run into a bit of a problem. Currently my application is running fine on my xxamp testing server with mysql however when I try to host it on Heroku, there is no connection to the MySql server.
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000] [2003] Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)' in /app/www/pdo_testdb_connect.php:6 Stack trace: #0 /app/www/pdo_testdb_connect.php(6): PDO->__construct('mysql:host=127....', 'd2398h23d9d82j3', '8dj1292d3') #1 /app/www/all.php(6): testdb_connect() #2 {main} thrown in /app/www/pdo_testdb_connect.php on line 6
Does ClearDB not work with PHP? Any suggestions would be much appreciated as I've sort of hit a brick wall.
Here is the php integration of Cleardb with Heroku:
define ('DB_USER','xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx');
define ('DB_PASSWORD','yyyyyyyyyyyyyy');
define ('DB_HOST','us-cdbr-east.cleardb.com');
define ('DB_NAME','heroku_zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz');
Take the params by going in Git and typing heroku config.
You will see a CLEARDB_DATABASE_URL
Here is how to decode it:
mysql://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx:yyyyyyyy#us-mm-auto-dca-01.cleardb.com/heroku_zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Interestingly enough, in the official documentation they provide only a Ruby example but nothing about php..
http://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/cleardb
heroku config | grep CLEARDB_DATABASE_URL
