Publishing Azure APIM Portal Does Not Work

I am trying to publish the Azure APIM developer portal - it is enabled for user/pass - authentication. We haven't customized it and are just trying to get it to work.
When I click publish and go to view the portal in a different browser I get the following message
"This is a home page of the Developer portal - an automatically generated, fully customizable website for publishing your API documentation where consumers can discover APIs, learn how to use them, request access, and try them out.
The content hasn't been published yet. You can do so in "Developer portal" section of your API Management Service in the Azure portal. Learn more."
When I go back to the Portal publish page, it resets to show "Publish" as if nothing has happened?
Are there any logs or anything I can test to get this to work?
BTW - the Legacy portal works 100%.
Thank you.
I have Created the APIM instance and added the HTTP Trigger API from Function App and published the developer portal by enabling the CORS option also.
Next, I have created the user and given all APIs Level access in the APIM Instance and opened both deprecated and legacy portal in different browser, logged in with the non-administrative user:
You can see logs of all activities in the Activity log of APIM Instance:
To see the Function App API imported in the APIM Instance, you have to add that API to the products subscribed by that user:
Published the developer portal again with new changes:
Activity Logs:
Result:
You can check each log activity from the Activity log to see complete details whether the operation publish or other is succeeded and how much time it took to complete.

When Deploy Google Web App from my Gmail account that own by company Account receive an error

I am working on a Google Apps Script project that we need to deploy as web app but when I try to deploy a file (that own my an organization/different gSutie owner) from my Gmail account, I receive an error as below.
Please anyone that know how to change client domain settings so I can edit the script file in his account and can deploy and test myself.

You need to change/modify the permission of the domain in the Google Admin Panel in order for you to deploy a script on that domain.

Google Calendar - getDefaultCalendar - no Authorization

CalendarApp.getDefaultCalendar() authorization
I have a similiar problem like the one below. As described in the answer, I started the jobs from script editor and granted the permissions. But I still get the error in my stackdriver error list and the action is not completed.
What can I do to authorize the script again or to get it running?

Oauth2 chrome extension different user

Can I authorize and get oauth2 access token in chrome extension for currently logged in user in gmail instead of chrome user.
Thank you
You can follow this documentation for the user authentication.
Use the Chrome Identity API to authenticate users: the getAuthToken for users logged into their Google Account and the launchWebAuthFlow for users logged into a non-Google account. If your app uses its own server to authenticate users, you will need to use the latter.
Here are the five steps you need to complete for Google account authentication:
Add permissions to your manifest and upload your app.
Copy key in the installed manifest.json to your source manifest, so that your application ID will stay constant during development.
Get an OAuth2 client ID for your Chrome App.
Update your manifest to include the client ID and scopes.
Get the authentication token.
Apps can get OAuth2 tokens for these users using the getAuthToken API.

Access Not Configured. The API is not enabled for your project

I am trying to enumerate group members from Google Apps Script using the following code:
AdminDirectory.Groups.get("scouts#troop1313.com")
and getting this message
Access Not Configured. The API (Admin Directory API) is not enabled for your project. Please use the Google Developers Console to update your configuration. (line 65, file "Code")
I already authorized the script/project by running it directly from the online IDE but that did not help.
The project key is Mcdd3jWb8x_CBgWbrqpOo7WzCrlavxzZ2 and the function I am calling is getFolderContents.
Just a head up, Admin Directory API renamed to Admin SDK on API Manager.
Find that API and enable it helps solve the problem.
For advanced Google API's like the Admin Directory service you need to enable the service within your Google account's "developer console".
This authorisation is required in addition to the stock Apps Script authorization dialogues you mention in your question.
