bootstrap scrollReveal not happening - html

I am trying to add animation on class navbar. I included following links. But still bootstrap scroll reveal not happening. Here in example I just added word nav (don't want to get code to long) to see if it works.
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto+Mono&subset=cyrillic">
<script src="jquery-3.5.0.js"></script>
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.4.1/jquery.min.js">
</script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.5.0/css/bootstrap.min.css">
<!-- Popper JS -->
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/popper.js/1.16.0/umd/popper.min.js"></script>
<!-- Latest compiled JavaScript -->
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.5.0/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
<!-- jQuery library -->
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.5.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<!-- font awsome -->
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/font-awesome/4.7.0/css/font-awesome.min.css">
enter code here
<script>
window.sr = scrollReveal();
sr.reveal('.navbar', {
duration: 2000,
origin:'bottom'
})
</script>
<body>
<div class="container">
<div class="row">
<div class="navbar"> navi </div>
<div class="backgroundPic"> </div>
</div>
</div>
</body>

You forgot to include the scrollreveal library and called it in wrong mode:
window.sr = scrollReveal();
instead of (first letter in uppercase):
window.sr = ScrollReveal();
^^^
The snippet:
window.sr = ScrollReveal();
sr.reveal('.navbar', {
duration: 2000,
origin:'bottom'
})

Prevent html text crossing container

I have a container created with bootstrap and I want to put a text inside the container, but if the text has a long value it does not go to the bottom but instead crosses the container, how to properly make the text not cross the container and just summon in the bottom of the upper text.

Just add text-break in your container.
Try it. Use text-break.

My Navbar Does not appear

I am doing this on Codepen,
A dark-color navbar should appear with my name in a light color, but it does not happen. I am following the guide of bootstrap 4.0 that is online.
I have included all the necessary classes as per the guide and examples that i read.
<div id="entire" class="container-fluid">
<div id="topbar">
<nav class="navbar navbar-brand navbar-inverse bg-inverse">
<h1>Vishwad Desai</h1>
</nav>
</div>
<div id="actual">
<p> Start</p>
</div>
<div id="bottom"></div>
</div>
Screenshot
You have to make sure to include all the necessary CSS and JS files:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.0.0-alpha.6/css/bootstrap.min.css" integrity="sha384-rwoIResjU2yc3z8GV/NPeZWAv56rSmLldC3R/AZzGRnGxQQKnKkoFVhFQhNUwEyJ" crossorigin="anonymous">
<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.1.1.slim.min.js" integrity="sha384-A7FZj7v+d/sdmMqp/nOQwliLvUsJfDHW+k9Omg/a/EheAdgtzNs3hpfag6Ed950n" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/tether/1.4.0/js/tether.min.js" integrity="sha384-DztdAPBWPRXSA/3eYEEUWrWCy7G5KFbe8fFjk5JAIxUYHKkDx6Qin1DkWx51bBrb" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.0.0-alpha.6/js/bootstrap.min.js" integrity="sha384-vBWWzlZJ8ea9aCX4pEW3rVHjgjt7zpkNpZk+02D9phzyeVkE+jo0ieGizqPLForn" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
Additional you have to set the class .navbar-brand to the <h1> element directly (not to the <nav>). See the following working example:
<!-- include all the required CSS and JS files -->
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.0.0-alpha.6/css/bootstrap.min.css" integrity="sha384-rwoIResjU2yc3z8GV/NPeZWAv56rSmLldC3R/AZzGRnGxQQKnKkoFVhFQhNUwEyJ" crossorigin="anonymous">

<!-- your code -->
<div id="entire" class="container-fluid">
<div id="topbar">
<nav class="navbar navbar-inverse bg-inverse">

A lot of problems here, my friend:
Loading multiple versions of Bootstrap
Loading jQuery after at least one bootstrap js file
At least in the fiddle, loading over http as opposed to https
The datetimepicker you're trying to use is not compatible with bootstrap 3 and is no longer maintained.
Your html contained classes from both, old and new versions of bootstrap.
Here's a somewhat fixed version of your fiddle, but don't expect it to actually work as you wanted it to.

Including bootstrap in HTML

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to include bootstrap in an HTML file..
I am using this code and it doesn't work ..
<html>
<head>
<!-- Latest compiled and minified CSS -->
<link href="http://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.2.0/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet" data-semver="3.2.0" data-require="bootstrap-css#3.1.1" />
<script data-require="jquery#2.1.1" data-semver="2.1.1" src="//cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script src="http://netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.1.1/js/bootstrap.min.js" data-semver="3.1.1" data-require="bootstrap#3.1.1"></script>
<link href="http://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.2.0/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet" />
<!-- Optional theme -->

I want to use the CDNs
You've included bootstrap 3. Responsive grid class must be col-md-2 and col-md-10
If you launch this file from file system, you have to add http: on all src="//..."
Change
<script data-require="jquery#2.1.1" data-semver="2.1.1" src="//cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
To
<script data-require="jquery#2.1.1" data-semver="2.1.1" src="http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
It will work with this code :
<html>
<head>
<!-- Latest compiled and minified CSS -->

You need the http: because you are working file based, meaning, you have an html file that you are clicking on and opening in your browser. Once you get going localhost or server you can remove http: so that the website will load the resources whether http or https
