SSRS The Report Server has Encountered a Configuration Error - reporting-services

I'm running SSRS 2016 on a local machine for development purposes. I've been running into this error quite frequently and spontaneously, as in I will run a report, then 3 minutes later try running the same report with the same parameters and all of a sudden my config is broken without changes. I start mucking around with the configs and eventually, seemingly spontaneously, again it will start working again. Then the cycle continues where it works for 1 hour - a few months before just breaking again.
Here is the screenshot from my Web Service URL:
The actual error message from the log is:
ERROR: Throwing Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ServerConfigurationErrorException: AuthzInitializeContextFromSid: Win32 error: 1355, Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ServerConfigurationErrorException: The report server has encountered a configuration error. ;
When I google that error message I get a bunch of forum posts about sending emails and email configuration but I'm not trying to send emails nor do I have any email stuff configured.
Here is the configuration I'm using under Reporting Services Configuration Manager:
Service Account:
User Another Account (My Domain Account) I've also tried every combination of built-in account which also seem to work when the server doesn't throw this error..
Web Service URL:
IP Address: All Assigned
TCP Port: 80
HTTPS Cert: N/A
HHTPS Port: {blank}
Database:
My Local SQL Server instance and Report DBs using Windows Account login
Email Settings (all default settings):
Sender Address: {blank}
Current SMTP Delivery Method: Use SMTP Server (drop down is read only cannot be changed)
SMTP Server: {blank}
Authentication: No Authentication
Execution Account:
Specify an existing Account: unchecked
Subscription Settings:
Specify a file share account: unchecked
I've also restored and changed encryption keys numerous times and deleted all Encrypted Content under the Encryption Keys Pane. I always use the same snk file for the key and same password so I know it's correct.
If there's any additional information I can provide to help, please let me know. I know this is a bit of a longshot but it's really annoying and impedes my productivity developing SSRS reports.
Thanks in advance.

Well, after more googling, half way down the first page of results I finally came across this article:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/3171505/fix-the-service-is-not-available-error-when-you-use-ssrs-2016-portal-a
I downloaded the suggested Cumulative Update 2 for SQL Server 2016 and low and behold, my local setup is working again. Could this be just a coincidence? Absolutely. I will report back if it dies again with the same error but I'm hopeful for the time being.

The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable

I am getting this error while opening from Report Manager URL in SSRS.
Kindly help, I've got lot of reports there and I've to access those.
Basically you have to check if SSRS service is running or it is under high load.
You can try to restart it.( I think there was a SSRS bug when you changed the port it just stopped working. I think the restart will fix it)
If it dosent help check this out ->HERE
I had this issue because the user that was running the service was one that required a password to login, and we'd get frequent failures seemingly because of this in our automation test environment. Since I changed the Service Account in Report Service Configuration Manager to be the Virtual Service Account user, all has been well
Do you have tried to restart these two services ?
- SQL Server Reporting Services (MSSQLSERVER)
- SQL Server Reporting Services Web App (MSSQLSERVER)
What happened with me was a Session ID locked, I just kill it and worked fine.
Use sp_who2 to get the transaction and Kill the locked one.
KILL ID

Send mail task failure with error due to SMTP Connection

I've created an SSIS package which runs perfect when scheduled as a job.Now I've have a requirement that a mail ought to be sent every time it runs stating if the package was successfully completed or failed.
I've created an SMTP Connection with server name as mx.xxxxxxxx(organization).I've neither checked windows authentication or Enable Secure Socket Layer Options(as suggested in various blogs).
The Job runs fine and sends mail when run manually but is failing when scheduled as a job.
I've tried running it by editing the command line as suggested by many but with no success.
Can you please suggest where I might be going wrong,
Below is the error:
Argument "SMTP" for option "connection" is not valid. The command line parameters are invalid. The step failed.
Since it fails when you run it from your production server, regardless of whether you run it manually or from the job, it is probably related either to connectivity (can your production server connect to the smtp server), or it could be permissions related, if you are using some kind of proxy account on the server that is different from the one you use in your local BIDS.

Why am I getting access denied error even though users belong to local admin group?

Environment SQL Server 2012 on Windows Server 2008 R2 on a development environment.
After installation of the Database, SSRS, SSAS (OLAP) and Tabular (Separate instance), and SSIS everything was fine and accessable.
Several weeks later, a power user (with local admin privs) reported that he received the 'Access is Denied' message when attempting to log into SSIS. This happened at very nearly the same time as when a log mount point filled up. I immediately shrunk the log and resolved the issue behind the log filling but I then also received the same message when attempting to log on to SSIS.
The common end-point to resolve this issue is the URL Connect to a Remote Integration Services Server (SSIS Service), which is to add any non-local admin to the DCOM User group. But since this user and I are both members of the local administrator group this is not a resolution. And another power user with local admin privs worked just fine prior to the issue but not after.
I performed the standard restart to no avail followed by an uninstall/reinstall of SSIS, again to no avail. My next option would be to reinstall SQL Server. Although this would be a possibility it would not alleviate having to do it all over again if the problem recurs.
Has anyone run into this or do you have any suggestions?
This will almost certainly be a DCOM issue. If you want to resolve these issues through the registry, then the keys are as follows: Sorry, I don't know the GUIDs.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\{GUID}\AccessPermission
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\{GUID}\AuthenticationLevel
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\{GUID}\LaunchPermission

Error:26 Cannot connect to SQL 2008 database instance

I have a sharepoint server on the DMZ and a SQL2008 server in the local domain.
When I try to get the list of .NETUsers for the Central Administration site from IIS (version 7.5) i get thrown error:26! I have tried all possible combinations in specifying the connection string.
I have also followed all directions on these links to resolve the isssue but it continues to persist.

Firstly, could you check the versions in your question. IIS 6 runs on Windows 2003, but it is not possible to install SharePoint 2010 on Windows 2003.
This is a connection error, there are 2 possibilities:
The call from the SharePoint server is blocked before it arrives at the database
The call is being refused when it arrives at the database
You should start by making a drawing of the route between the Sp server and the database server. make sure to include all firewalls.
Then check the logs to see how far the call got.
You could also try monitoring the network traffic with wireshark to see exactly what is happening.
Going from the Error itself, it turned out be a quite a complicated issue that ended up being resolved after a few days on the phone with Microsoft. The error read "The RPC service is Unavailable". There were issues with the way NetBios and DNS was qualifying the site and server names.

SSRS 2008 Report Manager Error

I have just installed SQL Server 2008 including Reporting Services on Windows Server 2003. I'm having a problem though accessing the Report Manager. When the Reporting Service is first started I can access it fine but after maybe an hour when I try and access it I get an error saying: Unable to connect to the remote server.
The reporting service is still running at this point. I can connect to it through Reporting Services Configuration Manager and clicking on the Web Service URL gives a directory listing (I assume that is correct behaviour). If I stop and start the service through Reporting Services Configuration Manager then I can access Report Manager once again (although in maybe an hour I will get the same error once again).
I've installed the latest SP1 service pack. I'm using the same domain account to run all the SQL services. The report server is set to use the default ReportServer virtual directory, is set to IP address All Assigned, TCP Port 80 and no SSL certificate. The report manager is set to use the default Reports virtual directory, IP address All Assigned, TCP Port 80 and no SSL certificates.
In the log file I get an error:
Unable to connect to remote server
HTTP status code 500
An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I've searched the net but haven't been able to find a solution.
It was the anti-virus software on the server that was causing the problem. After adding the pagefile.sys as an exclusion it worked fine.
configure your rs like below link :
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb839480(SQL.90).aspx
maybe it solve your problem.
