I am working on an angular project and have developed an application which needs to be compatible with iPad the problem is in with radio button whenever it is clicked it freezes/disabled in Safari and works fine every where else in chrome Mozilla etc . I was looking for a suggestion which can help me solve this bug thanks in advance
We can't judge if we don't see the code. But generally speaking in those kind of problems, there's some functions that are not supported by some browsers.
So either you gotta find an equivalent function supported by all targeted's browsers, or rewrite the code in an another manner.

I have just completed a new Shopify website and used mainly Mozilla Firefox to put this together. I have been told by the client that the site doesn't show up properly in Chrome and Safari but when I have checked this on my 13" laptop they both appear fine on there and I was just wondering if anyone can give me any tips on how I can ensure that the site is working on all common browsers without having any issues.
Would appreciate any tips as I know there are paid websites to do this but just wondering if there is anything else that I can do to get this fixed.
If you to the safari developers "dropdown" in the status bar the is an option called "User agent" (the second one) from there you can "change" the browser.
Disclaimer: never actually used this function.
I believe that the best way to handle this would be to download and install all browsers to test.
There is a free service from the Microsoft dev site that gives you screenshots from a couple of different browsers and versions. Here is the link -> https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/screenshots/
It's not as good as installing all browsers to fully test everything but it can give you a rough idea if there's something wrong with css or something like that.
Your issue might be related to different browser versions. Double check to make sure that you are on the same version to see if you can reproduce the issue.
Our application is running fine in chrome browser. But in Firefox some features and screens are not working properly. So it needs to be fixed .How can i do that and what could be the solution for that?
The best way to find out what is 'going on' is to debug the code in the browser.
Firefox has a built in debugger but i prefer to use a third party debugger called Firebug.
You should give Firebug a try as indicated in the first answer. However as far as I know you had to install it as Add-on, it is not included in the distribution.
I think your question is a little too general. Anyway, if the compatibility issue is about CSS style, you should check whether you are using WebKit-prefixed CSS only. For example, if you are using -webkit-animation, it would only work in Chrome and Safari. Actually you should set four CSS styles: -webkit-animation, -moz-animation, -o-animation and animation to make your code work in major browsers. There are some documents about Mozilla and WebKit CSS that might help:

I am developing the follow website:

All works fine in Mozilla Firefox and IE 8, but Safari, Opera and Google Chrome don't like my display:table-*CSS...
The display:table-* is at header and bottom.
What I want? Continuous background:
Can you enter the website and see this issue in action? How I can solve this?
Check this out, I believe you will find your problem is similar.
This is an unconfirmed webkit bug. My only suggestion would be to make sure you are using an HTML5 doctype:
<!DOCTYPE html>
From John Resig:
What’s nice about this new DOCTYPE, especially, is that all current browsers (IE, FF, Opera, Safari) will look at it and switch the content into standards mode – even though they don’t implement HTML5. This means that you could start writing your web pages using HTML5 today and have them last for a very, very, long time.
Also, I might suggest you NOT use this method (display:table-*) unless it is the ONLY solution (which is never :P). There are many known issues with this method, one being that it is not supported in IE7.
A plausible solution would be to use floating to achieve this. You will need to change the transparency over the images for the repeat-x to overlay properly. I edited the images so you can see a working example. As long as you MAKE sure to clear after the header-container, you shouldn't run into any issues using float. PS, this works in IE7+ :]
Can you enter the website and see this issue in action?
If the question is as above, then my answer is: Yes, yes I can. I am using Google Chrome 18.0.1025.162 on Linux.
I'm working on a Asp.Net MVC3 application and am adapting it for keyboard accessibility compliance. I have the basic navigation working fine.
I'm going to be adding some shortcut keys. My problem is that I don't know which hot-keys I can safely use for all the major browsers. IE, FF & Chrome in my case. Is there a reference somewhere I can check?
Try this link I don't know if it's completely up to date but it appears to be a good reference for multiple browser keyboard shortcuts.
I found a few articles how clipboard works in IE and Firefox without flash, but I did not find any example regarding to Safari and Chrome. Could somebody share with me example or provide link?
Thank you!
I believe you want to manually set the system clipboard contents from JavaScript running in Safari or Chrome? Unfortunately, this capability was disabled a long while ago due to security reasons (previously, it had been possible to do that using execCommand(), but no more.) Sorry I cannot provide you a link to the respective WebKit bugzilla issue offhand. I'd be curious, though, if someone had a working solution.
