1 section causing massive CLS

edit: I realise it's probably an issue with position-relative. But not sure how to edit it, changing to sticky, absolute, fixed hurt more than helped.
edit2: The page is the homepage, https://credence.co.uk
I have been optimising a website for Lighthouse and things are generally good but the CLS is awful, and almost entirely caused by one part of the audit:
Lighthouse Report: CLS focus
I'm not sure what's causing this. I see it load in first, but the gallery image above it loads after, which seems to cause it to reload and thus the CLS? Could this be a problem with lazyloading? Or could it be due to the "fade from up"?

Navbar Mobile view Links to pages not working

Navbar Mobile View I'm not sure if i deleted code but i cant seem to figure out why my links to pages aren't working (i know basic coding so please be kind :D) (also added screenshot of what it looks like, so the links work on the desktop view but nothing happens on mobile view upon clicking)
My code for the navbar:

Bootstrap 4: Footer not at bottom

I know this question was probably asked some hundred times, but sadly no answer that I found in here really helped me.
I tried these answers for example:
Bootstrap footer not at bottom
Flushing footer to bottom of the page, twitter bootstrap
Height not 100% on Container Fluid even though html and body are
But I still have the problem that when my page content is to "small" and doesn't fill out the whole height of the body/page container the footer just floats somewhere above the end of the browser window.
This is the code for my footer:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://stackpath.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.1.2/css/bootstrap.min.css" integrity="sha384-Smlep5jCw/wG7hdkwQ/Z5nLIefveQRIY9nfy6xoR1uRYBtpZgI6339F5dgvm/e9B" crossorigin="anonymous">
<footer class="d-flex justify-content-center">
<div class="d-flex justify-content-between col-md-8 col-md-offset-2 mb-3 mt-5">
<div class="align-left">
<a class="font-weight-bold small kf-blue kf-links" href="#">Link1</a> |
<a class="font-weight-bold small kf-blue kf-links" href="/">Link2</a> |
<a class="font-weight-bold small kf-blue kf-links" href="/">Link3</a>
</div>
<div class="align-right small">
Crafted with Love by <a class="font-weight-bold kf-blue kf-links" href="#" target="_blank">Me</a>
</div>
</div>
</footer>
I'm using Bootstrap 4.1 and Chrome, here's also a codepen to my site:
https://codepen.io/anon/pen/oMZVxq
Note: you have to use the sidebar view in codepen to actually see that the footer is not at the bottom, as the view size in codepen is so small that it looks correctly.
You can use built-in bootstrap class to achieve this.
What you need is the container to be a column flex container . class to use are : d-flex flex-column
To set the container to height:100% you can apply the class h-100to html, body and the container or add to the container style height:100vh;
For the footer, a margin-top:auto will do, the class to use is : mt-auto;
example below to run in full page mode
<link href="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/twitter-bootstrap/4.5.0/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet"/>
<html class="h-100">
<body class="h-100">
<!-- Page Container -->

reminder for boostrap classes https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/utilities/flex/ about sizing see https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/utilities/sizing/
If you want a fixed footer, just add the class fixed-bottom to the footer tag like shown below.
<footer class="fixed-bottom bg-dark">
<div class="text-center">
<p>Footer</p>
</div>
</footer>
First add display: flex; and flex-direction: column; to #page-container.
Now you have "set the stage" for aligning the footer to the bottom. Set its margin-top to auto (by adding the class mt-auto) and you are done;
<div class="d-flex justify-content-center mt-auto">
Content here
</div>
See this codepen.
So this helped me - if someone is still looking for an answer:
on your <HTML>, <body> and your container div add a class h-100 and your footer will stay on the bottom.
Important
One thing I did to remove the extra height is that on my container div I changed the h-100 styling to height: calc(100% - 200px) !important; (where -200px was the height of my navigation and footer)
if you are not using the bootstrap, here is the styling .h-100{height:100% !important}

Blocks are floating on each other. Bootstrap

Good day. Tell me please. Taught django, and took the template html, css, js. There is used bootstrap. Few adapted it for myself. He worked on a 17 '' monitor. Actually, when the 21 'monitor began to look, the blocks ran over each other. Besides, on 15'6, through the phone everything is in order. Tried to attribute in addition to col-sm as col-lg - the result did not. Tell me, please, how can I solve this problem.

How can I simply place a button on the top right of the page?

My main goal is to create a btn that play/pause the song on my wedding site.
I got it to work on the desktop view port, but not on the phone.
Notice the play btn on the far right, when clicking on it, it will play the song, the icon will toggle to pause, like this
So far so good, everything work perfectly fine.
Here come the issue, here what it look like on the 400px
I see it, but, they're not clickable at all.
I tried to inspect it, this is what I see.
I was thinking that I had the issue with z-index, I've tried to give one to my btn, but it still doesn't work.
I'm a little stuck now, please feel free to give me any suggestions.

Remove the part where you have set the logo to z-index: 9999
Then add this to your css
.navbar-header button{
float:right;
}
It is a z-index issue, but z-index is tricky and only works when the elements have a position other than static (which is default).
{{-- Music --}} -------------------------------------------------
<div class="pull-right btn-music" style="position:relative; z-index:99">
...
</div>
{{-- Music --}} -------------------------------------------------
<div class="container" style="position:relative; z-index:98">
...
</div>
(I put the styling inline for clarity)
There are likely other way to fix this, but this was the quickest.
Pull the button outside of .navbar-wrapper and put it as the first element under .menu
That'll work :)
