After I create a project and I upload successfully a TMX in Documents (I can see it in Upload history and in Documents), when I open the project again there are no Documents available and I can't create the model.
I've seen that in the Quickstart examples there are checkboxes next to the name of the projects and of the documents but in my case they are not available.
Moreover, my TMX source language is EN-GB and the language specification appears in "Language(s)"(ex. English - (United Kingdom )-Italian); whereas when I select the language pair in "Upload Files" I can select only English without United Kingdom or US. Do you think this could be the problem?
Does anyone have any ideas/solutions?

Culture is not yet supported. Your guess is right on; "EN-GB" is the problem. Change it to "EN-US" would fix it.

Here is the brief explanation for my project.
Open up most recent folder inside selected directory.
Open the txt file with specific name (XXXX_XXXX_ABC), Xs are numbers, creation date and time.
Get specific data in this txt file. (need to pick a number after certain word e.g. Value: 0001.01), I want to display '0001.01'
Put this information on HTML webpage that I made.
I am a beginner of coding, just started doing it by using a software 'Visual Studio Code'
Just learned this project might require more than HTML, but also JavaScript and CSS.
Wish I can finish this project successfully with this community. I would be pleased to hear any kind of advice from you masters.

My WP8-App ist definitely only in GERMAN.
In the Application Settings the "Supported Cultures" show: The one and only language ist GERMAN. No other language is checked. When I submit the app to MS it claims that the App supports German AND English, hence I am forced to add the english descriptions as well as the whole UI in english, otherwise the submission is being rejected.
(I think, that this is the case since I used Controls from the WP8-Toolkit...?)
Why do the Application Settings not really apply when MS reads my XAP-File???

In the WMAppManifest.xml file go to the packaging section and check if the default language is not still set to English.

There was actually a difference:
- The Project-Properties, Application-Tab, "Supported Cultures" (where I was always looking) showed "English" unchecked.
- The Packaging-Section of the WMAppManifest however, had the English-Box checked.
(WTF... !!!)
I consider this to be a (almost) bug from Microsoft - why are there two differing settings for supported languages...?

I'm working with the windows phone 8 SDK and I'm trying to get my app into the various local stores around the world.
When I upload my app, I'm able to add store title/description/screenshots for all the supported languages of my app.
However, I'm not getting an option for both spain and mexico, australia, austria etc.
Only english, english international, spanish, french, german, italian, norwegian, swedish etc
In my project file, my <SupportedCultures> looks as follows

In WMAppManifest.xml, all the neutral and specific cultures are checked

and so on...
I have created .resx files for every language and cultures;
AppResources.de-DE.resx, .es-ES.resx, .es-MX.resx etc
When I submit my app to the store, I'm not able to select a store description for other than spanish and english, not for instance mexico and spain, australia and usa
Am I missing something? (probably:)
I think you got your syntax wrong, the main project file contains the languages separated by semicolon:
<PropertyGroup>
<SupportedCultures>en;es-ES;es-MX</SupportedCultures>
I have a very basic question with respect to app development. I have no experience in app development, but, I need to reverse engineer android apps. When I reverse engineer (decompile using apktool or androguard) apps, I am seeing that every app has a package (folder structure) that begins with "com". Does every app have this com folder (I guess eclipse creates this folder, inside which the developers code). Is this assumption valid for all apps?
No its not necessary to have com folder.
The com folder is because of package name.
If you take any package, lets say - com.sudosaints.android
So in this case src code directory structure will be - src -> com -> sudosaints -> android.
In case of in.sudosaints.android, directory structure will be - src->in->sudosaints->android
So assumption of com folder is not valid for all apps.
No, it's not. You can choose what to use as namespace. Many developers uses "com" for commercial applications and "org" for free ones but it's entirely up to you.
I am not 100% sure whether or not this can be overridden, but it is based on the package name of the application. The recommended way, which as far as I have seen, all developers do follow create a package called com.yourcompany.yourappname.
In this example the source code would be found in:
com.yourcompany.yourappname/src.

General convention for naming packages is based on domain owned by author of the program.
For example, if your company has webpage
www.mycompany.com
their programs will generaly have package structure starting with
com.mycompany.nameofproject
So thats why most packages start with com, because most companies have webpage ending with .com.
I used MWDumper - http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Mwdumper - to import the xml dump of the English Language Wiktionary (specifically the file named enwiktionary-20120930-pages-meta-current.xml,) to my local server.
I have found that under the Translations section (on each page for each English word,) next to the name of each language where I should be able to see the definition in a foreign language, I instead see Template:Tø, Template:T+, or Template:T- and I am not sure why this is.
As an experiment, I also used WikiTaxi - http://www.yunqa.de/delphi/doku.php/products/wikitaxi/index - with the exact same XML dump and did not have this problem when viewing under WikiTaxi.exe.
I have been searching through mediawiki.org looking for the answer, but have so far not been successful.
Okay, I found out that MWDumper did the right thing importing the xml dump. All the translations are there. I just had to click on the Template:T+, Template:T- and Template:Tø links and add a template according to the instructions at http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Templates.
