wso2 convert json/xml to csv and write to a csv file

i'm trying to create tab-delimited csv data from json/xml data. While I can do this using payload factory mediator in an iterate loop; the data gets appended to the same line in the file every iteration, creating a long line of data. I want to be append to the next line, but i've been unable to find a way. Any suggestions? Thanks.
(I do not want a solution which uses a csv connector or module)
Edit: I solved it, you just need to use an xslt and "
" line break character.

Extracting from CSV file knowing row and column number on command line

I have a CSV file and I want to extract the element in the first row and 3rd column. How might I go about doing this?
I would load the CSV in a matrix and then take the relevant row/column; of course, you could ignore the non-relevant element while loading the CSV. How to do the aforementioned has already been answered e.g.
How can I read and parse CSV files in C++?

Invalid literal because symbol appears when reading a csv file

When I am using replit I can remove the little symbol that appears when I drag and drop in a csv file so my main.py can read it, otherwise I get invalid literal base 10 issue. I am trying to run this on local machine with sublime text and getting same error now as it is reading the file from the directory, so I assume it is adding this symbol in before reading.... I can click on the csv file in replit and edit, but cannot do this in sublime.
Can someone explain what this is for? HOw can I get it to read the basic comma delimited numbers in the file (It is a game tile map).
with open(f'level{level}_data.csv', newline= '') as csvfile:
reader = csv.reader(csvfile, delimiter=',')
Saved it is comma delimited csv instead of UTF-8 comma delimited csv. It then imports without the 'question mark in a diamon' symbol. I understand this is an unrecognised special character, but I have nothing apart from integers in my table. Maybe someone could clarify that?...

How can hadoop mapreduce get data input from CSV file?

I want to implement hadoop mapreduce, and I use the csv file for it's input. So, I want to ask, is there any method that hadoop provide for use to get the value of csv file, or we just do it with Java Split String function?
Thanks all.....
By default Hadoop uses a Text Input reader that feeds the mapper line by line from the input file. The key in the mapper is the number of lines read. Be careful with CSV files though, as single columns/fields can contain a line break. You might want to look for a CSV input reader like this one:
https://github.com/mvallebr/CSVInputFormat/blob/master/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/mapreduce/lib/input/CSVNLineInputFormat.java
But, you have to split your line in your code.

org.supercsv.exception.SuperCsvException: unexpected end of file while reading quoted column beginning on line

I'm reading csv files using superCSV reader and got the following exception. the file has 80000 lines. As I remove the end lines the exception still happens so there's some line in file that's causing this problem. how do I fix this?

ICsvListReader reader = null;
String[] line=null;
ListlineList=null;
try{
reader = new CsvListReader(new FileReader(inputFile), CsvPreference.STANDARD_PREFERENCE);
while((lineList=reader.read())!=null){
line=lineList.toArray(new String[lineList.size()]);
}
}catch(Exception exp){
exp.printStackTrace();
error=true;
}
The fact that the exception states it begins and ends on line 80000 should mean that there's an incorrect number of quotes on that line.
You should get the same error with the following CSV (but the exception will say line 1):
one,two,"three,four
Because the 3rd column is missing the trailing quote, so Super CSV will reach the end of the file and not know how to interpret the input.
FYI here is the relevant unit test for this scenario from the project source.
You can try removing lines to find the culprit, just remember that CSV can span multiple lines so make sure you remove whole records.
The line shown in the error message is not necessarily the one with the problem, since unbalanced quotechars throw off SuperCSV's line detection.
If possible, open the csv in a spreadsheet problem (for instance libreoffice calc) and search (as in CTRL-F search) for the quote char.
Calc will usually import the file well, even if there is a mismatch but you will see the quotechar somewhere if you search for it. Then check in the csv if it is properly escaped. If it is, make sure SuperCSV knows about it. If it isn't, complain to the producer of the csv.
