I have some basics with android development but I'm new to web development, and I want to build a MySQL database that gets data from different APIs, I don't want to do that on the client side.
So I'm looking for a solution to update the database from different APIs on the back end, so the clients can only connect to the database.
I have already figured out how to update the database on the client side, what I need is how to do it on a server and how I can run it every hour.

You can write a script in any language (for instance PHP or Python) that gets the data you want and updates the database with it. You can then use a cron job to run that script every hour.

I am building a Data monitoring system to catch data issues on prod DB. I have written some SQL scripts with all validation and the script returns data which fails the validations.
Is there any free to tool to do this or is there a better way to achieve this?

If you are on linux based systems, you can use cron.

You need to use a linked server.
This question was already answered here: Inserting from MS SQL Server to MySQL database
You have two options:
You can create a restful API that receives the serialized data from one db and formats the data before pushing the data down to the db you want to use. The good thing about it is you can easily share data between the 2 DBs without having to worry. Quite flexible because the tables can be identical or not depending on what you need.
You can use the SIS ( Server Integration Services) tool present in the SQL Server that allows integrations into other database systems. It is a bit technical but here are a few steps you can follow on link to explain the integration of SIS packages with MySQL.

Is there any way to create an event in phpMyAdmin which will allow me to save database into the folder each week?
No, this isn't possible. First, phpMyAdmin is designed to be an interactive GUI, not a scripting interface with an API for you to access. Secondly, there's no way to specifically call phpMyAdmin on any kind of schedule.
If you have command-line and task scheduler (cron, systemd, etc) access, you can script something pretty easily with mysqldump. If not, there are plenty of stand-alone utilities (including some suggestions linked in e4c5's post) which you can call in various ways (MySQL scheduled task, a scheduled task running on your local machine which hits a webpage triggering the dump, and more).

Old topic is being closed because it's "unreadable".
Shortly. Is it possible to post/retrieve data to/from SQL database with any desktop-programming-languages like Batch or VBS and then, write the result to a file?
The only "theoretical" access we have is %HomePath%\AppData\Local and H:\
Our UAC access is user. I wish that user won't see anything.
You can run the MySQL client from a batch file, vbs or anything else. If you download the MySQL zip package, you should be able to just unpack the client and run it from anywhere, to install/UAC required.

Is possible to create a cron-job on a as400 system (IBM) in order to update/insert large quantity of data on online server?
I have an AS400 system using DB2 on IBM Series and I would need to sync this data with another database that is hosted on another domain for a website.
We have all the articles on the AS400 system and I would like to update the stock in the website. It should be the most accurate possible and automatic too.
RPG can make use of JDBC. So you can write a RPG/Java program that can sync with the MySQL.
