bootstrap 4 Dropdown does not work locally - html

Good day, I have an issue, I have a simple code and I want to run it locally so I create manually the popper.js and jquery (by copying the code in a file and save it as .js) but dropdown that is inside of the navbar does not work, even if I put only the dropdown alone still the problem so here is my code:

Navbar - Dropdown not showing up in bootstrap

Navbar dropdown not working in Angular 12 bootstrap 5

I'm trying to use bootstrap with Angular via CDN. This is my index.html file:
<!doctype html>
<html lang="en">
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>Laboratorio Sigma</title>
<base href="/">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<!-- CSS only -->
<link rel="icon" type="image/x-icon" href="favicon.ico">
<link href="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/bootstrap#5.1.1/dist/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet" integrity="sha384-F3w7mX95PdgyTmZZMECAngseQB83DfGTowi0iMjiWaeVhAn4FJkqJByhZMI3AhiU" crossorigin="anonymous">
</head>
<body>
<app-root></app-root>
<script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/bootstrap#5.1.1/dist/js/bootstrap.bundle.min.js" integrity="sha384-/bQdsTh/da6pkI1MST/rWKFNjaCP5gBSY4sEBT38Q/9RBh9AH40zEOg7Hlq2THRZ" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>
</body>
</html>
I created a navbar component and just tried to use a navbar from the bootstrap page:
<nav class="navbar navbar-expand-lg navbar-light bg-light">
<a class="navbar-brand" href="#">Navbar</a>
<button class="navbar-toggler" type="button" data-toggle="collapse" data-target="#navbarSupportedContent" aria-controls="navbarSupportedContent" aria-expanded="false" aria-label="Toggle navigation">
<span class="navbar-toggler-icon"></span>
</button>
<div class="collapse navbar-collapse" id="navbarSupportedContent">
<ul class="navbar-nav mr-auto">
<li class="nav-item active">
<a class="nav-link" href="#">Home <span class="sr-only">(current)</span></a>
</li>
<li class="nav-item">
<a class="nav-link" href="#">Link</a>
</li>
<li class="nav-item dropdown">
<a class="nav-link dropdown-toggle" href="#" id="navbarDropdown" role="button" data-bs-toggle="dropdown" aria-haspopup="true" aria-expanded="false">
Dropdown
</a>
<div class="dropdown-menu" aria-labelledby="navbarDropdown">
<a class="dropdown-item" href="#">Action</a>
<a class="dropdown-item" href="#">Another action</a>
<div class="dropdown-divider"></div>
<a class="dropdown-item" href="#">Something else here</a>
</div>
</li>
<li class="nav-item">
<a class="nav-link disabled" href="#">Disabled</a>
</li>
</ul>
<form class="form-inline my-2 my-lg-0">
<input class="form-control mr-sm-2" type="search" placeholder="Search" aria-label="Search">
<button class="btn btn-outline-success my-2 my-sm-0" type="submit">Search</button>
</form>
</div>
</nav>
But first, the navbar has the search bar weirdly position to the left. And more importantly, the dropdown button is not working. I click it, but the list won't show
I've used bootstrap on other angular projects, but never via CDN. I don't know what could possibly be wrong in this one.
I made it work replacing "data-toggle" with "data-bs-toggle". Same with the data target, "data-bs-target"

Bootstrap navbar search button not where it should be

I'm following Dennis Ivy's tutorial on an ecommerce site and I've tried to use the navbar found at https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/navbar/#supported-content (the first example) I've just copied and pasted the code and indented it properly but for some reason the search field and button aren't where they should be. Here's my code

Does anyone know why this is occuring and how to fix it.
I'm quite new to html and css so it might be a silly mistake.
Thanks in advance
Bootstrap has many versions, the latest version is 5.0 v.
The code which you have written is 4.0v so you should include 4.0 v CDN.
Just write the code for the respective version of CDN

According to bootstrap's navbar documentation, you should add class navbar-expand-lg to get hamburger button and bg-light to get light gray background color. Your <nav> tag should be like this
<nav class="navbar navbar-expand-lg navbar-light bg-light">
