Can I use G-Drive on a Cloud Website? - google-drive-api

I wondering create a Cloud website, that offers cloud storage for users to have their images, videos... safe in cloud, and I'm thinking to use a G-Drive account for it, since I have a good space on my Google Account. But I read Google Terms, and I'm not sure if this is allowed by Google or a legal thing.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business
accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Google and
its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit
or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or
violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising
from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and
attorneys’ fees.
Does anyone know something about it? Will I have problems if I go on with this project?
My apologies, I'm not sure if this kind of question it's allowed here, so forgive me if it's not.

SQL Injection from Compute Engine

We have a web application that occasionally receives web request that we detect as attempts to inject SQL code, from Google virtual servers (Compute Engine).
I was asked to find a way to identify who is responsible for said machines, so that we can take the corresponding legal actions on our part, or at least, confirm that Google shut down those servers.
What I need is to find a way to communicate with Google, by email or chat, but I haven't found information about it.
EDIT 1:
I have tried to communicate with Google to indicate the information I am looking for, but the only contact available in my case is with the billing department, which could not confirm that they will give me that information if I buy a technical assistance package. On the other hand, I understand that this package is to review requirements of the applications that you own, but in my case I am looking for legal information.
What was recommended to me was to enter the corresponding application in
https://support.google.com/code/contact/cloud_platform_report?hl=en
but I have not received a response for weeks.
I am disappointed in Google, especially because of the importance of computer security.
I will keep searching information.
You can find all information concerning Tech support, phone support and Chat support in your Google Cloud console. Also, this doc shows different supports based on your support role or package.

GAS - Purchase Apps for business

I'm trying to help a school move to 'Google Apps' but i have concern.
One of the features I need is to retrieve current user's email upon form submission..which is only available if i purchase 'Google Apps for Education'.
Another concern is that since they already have existing email accounts, wouldn't they be hesitant to use new email accounts created from 'Google Apps for Education'?
What are your experiences so far in helping clients or businesses with Google Apps?
If you are moving an organization over to Google Apps your will achieve the best results if they fully embrace the ecosystem, including migrating all their email accounts to Google Apps.
There should not be anything preventing users from keeping their existing email addresses, simply set up identical account names in Google Apps and adjust their DNS MX records to deliver mail to Google's servers once you are ready to go live.
You are correct that if you want to automatically obtain the account names of users submitting forms then you need to be on a paid Google Apps account. This also lets you use their own domain for their Google Accounts, hence the ability to keep the same email addresses. Attempting to move to the free consumer-level #gmail.com environment rather than a paid Google Apps environment is not advisable as you lose most of the functionality that makes Google Apps great for organisations.
In my experience, if the users are unhappy with their existing system and you can demonstrate the benefits of Google Apps to them (low costs, universal accessibility, and collaboration functionality) they will be enthusiastic about moving over. If they are not interested in the benefits Apps offers and do not embrace the change, then there will be conflict each step of the way as you attempt to have them embrace a new way of doing things.

Webbrowser free for commercial use

I'm using a Google Chrome Portable browser for my offline app. But I'm not sure if I can use it for commercial purposes. Please can anybody give advise if there's such a browser, that is completely free. Or is there really simple way how to create my own.. What I want is to show a html file in that browser. It doesn't need to have any address bar, etc. I've already searched how to create a browser, but I am not really good in programming languages, I only manage web pages, so I don't know which would be the best way.
Thank you for your answer.
You can use it for commercial purpose as per their EULA. See point 21.
Additional Terms for Enterprise Use
If you are a business entity, then the individual accepting on behalf of the entity (for the avoidance of doubt, for business entities, in these Terms, "you" means the entity) represents and warrants that he or she has the authority to act on your behalf, that you represent that you are duly authorized to do business in the country or countries where you operate, and that your employees, officers, representatives, and other agents accessing the Service are duly authorized to access Google Chrome and to legally bind you to these Terms.
Subject to the Terms, and in addition to the license grant in Section 9, Google grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to reproduce, distribute, install, and use Google Chrome solely on machines intended for use by your employees, officers, representatives, and agents in connection with your business entity, and provided that their use of Google Chrome will be subject to the Terms.

This is the first answer I got when I searched a bit
"Google Chrome is totally free for commercial and personal use." I found this on http://www.technibble.com/google-chrome-portable-internet-browser/

Identify Google traffic data inside application

I want to know how to read the traffic information from google map as here in the following image. Google only displays the traffic layer by red, green, and yellow lines. But how can an application identify the color and find out how much traffic there is between source and destination.
Visually users can see with their eyes and identify the colors but what about the application?
Google Maps API does not expose traffic data. Your best bet is probably to find a different solution for your traffic data. Microsoft MapPoint might meet your needs.
UPDATES to answer questions in comments:
Whether there is a free service may depend on what geographic area you are concerned with. I imagine (but don't know for certain) that there may be places where government entities make the data available. Or maybe not. Regardless, generally, no, you can't get this data for free. It is expensive and challenging to collect, and no doubt Google pays someone a substantial fee for the data (and is probably forbidden from distributing raw data).
Meanwhile, the data Yahoo! offers is completely different from Google's traffic data. Yahoo! provides information about accidents, road work, etc. Google's information has to do with the actual speed of vehicles on the roadway. As far as I know, Google does not provide that information with the Maps API.
In any event, Google's raw traffic data is unavailable to your application.
As always, what various services offer can and will change and this answer may not age well. But it is, to the best of my knowledge, accurate at the current time.

Geocoding service for a startup?

I'm working on an idea for a service that uses geocoded data (lat/lng) form a US address. Google maps API v3 has been awesome, until I read the terms of service and acceptable uses a little closer. The problem is that the terms seem to prohibit use of the maps API for any commercial use where the site is not freely accessibly to the public, such as a subscription based service. The alternative offered is Google Maps API Premier, but at $10,000 per year minimum, it's just not possible at this time.
Same goes for services offered by Yahoo! and MS - initial fees are small for enterprises, but for a very early stage startup (not even a finished prototype yet!) it's just not doable.
Geocoding process needs to be real-time and volume would be very small - user would enter address at setup time and only update it if needed.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
I've used geocoder.us for a few projects. They do require sign up for a commercial license, on the upside it only costs $50 per 20,000 lookups. I haven't used their commercial services though to know how reliable they are, but during startup and especially because there will primarily only be one lookup per user from what you say, this seems like a safe bet.
The software company I work for (Safe Software) has incorporated a geocoding service into our product (FME). The service is pxpoint from Proxix. I hear good things, so perhaps it's worth checking them out?
WorldWeatherOnline offers a geocoding API as part of their weather forecast service. The accuracy isn't great though. In some parts of my country, I'm getting bogus results. Their support has not been helpful in this matter.
