In Yii2 Dynamic form, I have add-item and remove-item button to add a new row or remove a particular row. What I want is to call a javascript function on click of the remove item button.
Dynamic Form Code -
<?= $form->field($modelsProductsales, "[{$i}]productname")->widget(Select2::classname(), [
'data' => ArrayHelper::map(Productbatch::find()->orderBy('productname')->all(),'productname','productname'),
'language' => 'en',
'options' => ['placeholder' => 'Select Product', 'onchange' => 'getHsndetails($(this))'],
'pluginOptions' => [
'allowClear' => true
],
])->label(false);
?>
<?= $form->field($modelsProductsales, "[{$i}]batchno")->widget(DepDrop::classname(), [
'options' => ['onload' => 'getProdValues($(this))','onchange' => 'getItemID($(this))'],
'pluginOptions'=>[
'depends'=> [Html::getInputID($modelsProductsales, "[{$i}]productname")],
'placeholder'=>'Batch',
'url'=>Url::to(['/invoice/bills/subcat'])
]
])->label(false); ?>
<?= $form->field($modelsProductsales, "[{$i}]expdate")->label(false)->textInput(['maxlength' => true,'placeholder' => 'ExpDate','readOnly'=>true]) ?>
<?= $form->field($modelsProductsales, "[{$i}]mrp")->label(false)->textInput(['maxlength' => true,'class' => 'mrp','placeholder' => 'MRP']) ?>

There's no error in the console.
If the adding and removing the fields are the only functions that are only manipulating the form then you can use the new MutationObserver to track if any new elements were added or removed from the target container.
This new DOM Api is available in Firefox and Webkit nightly builds, as well as Chrome 18.
The key advantage to this new specification over the deprecated DOM
Mutation Events spec is one of efficiency. If you are observing a node
for changes, your callback will not be fired until the DOM has
finished changing. When the callback is triggered, it is supplied a
list of the changes to the DOM, which you can then loop through and
choose to react to.
This also means that any code you write will need to process the
observer results in order to react to the changes you are looking for.
Consider the following example which adds and removes divs inside a container div using the add and remove buttons, and i use MutationObserver to look for the changes in the target element #container and update the div count inside the callback function after checking the the Mutation Event is for the ChildList which is triggered when you add or remove the child elements from the target container.
function startObserver() {
// select the target node
var target = document.querySelector('#container');
// create an observer instance
var observer = new MutationObserver(function(mutations) {
mutations.forEach(function(mutation) {
if (mutation.type == 'childList') {
$('.counter').html($("#container>div").length + ' div(s) total');
}
});
});
// configuration of the observer:
var config = {
childList: true,
}
// pass in the target node, as well as the observer options
observer.observe(target, config);
}
jQuery(function($) {
$("#add-more").on("click", function() {
$("#container").append("<div>some thing " + Math.random() + "</div>")
})
$("#remove").on("click", function() {
$("#container>div:eq(0)").remove()
});
startObserver();
});
.counter {
float: right;
font-size: 2em;
color: red;
margin-right: 100px;
}
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<section class="section"><button id="add-more">add more</button>
<button id="remove">Remove</button>
<div class="counter">0 div(s) total</div>
<div id='container'>
</div>
What you need to do is to wrap the form inside a div and provide it an id say container and add the call to the function getSum() inside the callback function you can copy the below code.
$this->registerJs("// select the target node
var target = document.querySelector('#container');
// create an observer instance
var observer = new MutationObserver(function(mutations) {
mutations.forEach(function(mutation) {
if (mutation.type == 'childList') {
getSum();
}
});
});
// configuration of the observer:
var config = { childList: true};
// pass in the target node, as well as the observer options
observer.observe(target, config);
", yii\web\View::POS_READY);
NOTE: Remove any other calls to the getSum() function if you have added it to any other event like below
$(".remove-item").on("click", function() {
getSum();
alert("This Onclick is working");
});
Hope this helps you sort the problem.

I have an MCU (ESP8266) with a temperature and humidity sensor.
The MCU sends the measurement data via MQTT to an MQTT broker running on my Synology NAS.
Also running on the NAS is an MQTT client (Node.js) that writes the received data to the MySQL database on the NAS.
Last but not least, a web server and PHP server are also running on the NAS.
Now I want to make a website to display the data from the db as a line chart.
Questions:
How can I populate Google line chart with data from mySQL database?
It's possible to use one single file (.php) to do this?
How can I manage a date range selection?
How can i select / deselect lines on the chart?
Here my answer to my question.
Since I have no big idea of the used programming languages, I had to search, read and test a lot of sources in the web to copy the result together :-)
I will extend it a bit in future, but for me it works perfectly.
I would like to present this solution here to help others get started.
However, there are certainly many ways to improve the code.
If someone wants to, I'd be happy about suggestions.

I have a problem with changes of material of some elements
when geometry is loaded:
_this.viewer.addEventListener(Autodesk.Viewing.GEOMETRY_LOADED_EVENT, () => {
changeModelMaterial()
});
...
const changeModelMaterial = () => {
const grey = new THREE.Color(0.5, 0.5, 0.5);
let dbIds = getDbIds()
changeAllElementsMaterial(grey)
setMaterialOfDbIds(dbIds)
}
code that i`m using to change material:
const changeAllElementsMaterial = (color) => {
const fragmentList = _this.viewer.model.getFragmentList();
for (let materialId of fragmentList.materialids) {
if (fragmentList.materialmap[materialId]) {
fragmentList.materialmap[materialId].map = null
fragmentList.materialmap[materialId].color = color
fragmentList.materialmap[materialId].needsUpdate = true;
}
}
_this.viewer.impl.invalidate(true);
}
const setMaterialOfDbIds = (dbIds) => {
var color_diffuse = 0xAB00EE;
var color_specular = 0xEEABEE;
var colorM = new THREE.MeshPhongMaterial({
color: color_diffuse,
specular: color_specular
});
_this.viewer.impl.matman().addMaterial(
'ADN-Material-' +
"common color material", // or a GUID
colorM,
true);
for (let dbId of dbIds) {
_this.viewer.model.getData().instanceTree.enumNodeFragments(dbId, function (fragId) {
_this.viewer.model.getFragmentList().setMaterial(fragId, colorM);
});
}
_this.viewer.impl.invalidate(true);
}
It works, because I see that materials of model are changed, but the problem is that materials back to default after ~1-2 sec.
After this I cannot change material even with run this code manually.
Question is why Viewer is locking material change after this 2 sec, how to prevent it
And maybe you will be able to tell me what i can do better with material changes, eg. maybe something better that running my code after GEOMETRY_LOAD. The best would be change material before first render of model
........
hint:
when change event from GEOMETRY_LOADED_EVENT to OBJECT_TREE_CREATED_EVENT "sometimes" but only sometimes it works well (materials stay to the end of working with model), but mostly when i run my method after OBJECT_TREE_CREATED it not working (even not working by run it manually, materials are in some way locked). So I suspect that problem is between time of GEOMETRY_LOAD and OBJECT_TREE_CREATED
I will be grateful for any help

I found the solution, quite accidentally... from other thing i tried to do
before:
const setMaterialOfDbIds = (dbIds) => {
var color_diffuse = 0xAB00EE;
var color_specular = 0xEEABEE;
var colorM = new THREE.MeshPhongMaterial({
color: color_diffuse,
specular: color_specular
});
_this.viewer.impl.matman().addMaterial("common color material", colorM, true);
for (let dbId of dbIds) {
_this.viewer.model.getData().instanceTree.enumNodeFragments(dbId, function (fragId) {
_this.viewer.model.getFragmentList().setMaterial(fragId, colorM);
});
}
_this.viewer.impl.invalidate(true);
}
after
const setMaterialOfDbIds = (dbIds) => {
var color_diffuse = 0xAB00EE;
var color_specular = 0xEEABEE;
var colorM = new THREE.MeshPhongMaterial({
color: color_diffuse,
specular: color_specular
});
_this.viewer.impl.matman().addMaterial("common color material", colorM, true);
for (let dbId of dbIds) {
_this.viewer.model.getData().instanceTree.enumNodeFragments(dbId, function (fragId) {
_this.viewer.model.getFragmentList().setMaterial(fragId, colorM);
var fragProxy = _this.viewer.impl.getFragmentProxy(_this.viewer.model, fragId)
fragProxy.updateAnimTransform()
});
}
_this.viewer.impl.invalidate(true);
}
Really I don`t know why adding
var fragProxy = _this.viewer.impl.getFragmentProxy(_this.viewer.model, fragId)
fragProxy.updateAnimTransform()
made the difference, i didn`t saw anything like that in any example of updating material.
What is interesting this code is running for only few elements in model, but it works for even those elements that materials changed before (in changeAllElementsMaterial method).
#Philippe Leefsma if you understand it pls tell something more why it works
So far I cannot reproduce the issue on my side, I am using the following code (ES7) extracted from that extension: Viewing.Extension.Material
createColorMaterial (color) {
const material = new THREE.MeshPhongMaterial({
specular: new THREE.Color(color),
side: THREE.DoubleSide,
reflectivity: 0.0,
color
})
const materials = this.viewer.impl.getMaterials()
materials.addMaterial(
this.guid(),
material,
true)
return material
}
async onModelCompletedLoad() {
const material = this.createColorMaterial(0xFF0000)
const model = this.viewer.model
const fragIds = await Toolkit.getFragIds(model)
fragIds.forEach((fragId) => {
model.getFragmentList().setMaterial(
fragId, material)
})
this.viewer.impl.sceneUpdated(true)
}
The onModelCompletedLoad is a custom event fired when both GEOMETRY_LOADED_EVENT and OBJECT_TREE_CREATED_EVENT have been fired.
Take a look at this article for more details: Asynchronous viewer events notification
I doubt you can easily change the materials before the model is first rendered, however you could use a custom overlay that hides the model until your custom logic has performed all required steps, this is the approach I am using in my demos at: https://forge-rcdb.autodesk.io/configurator
After loading a model, all custom materials are being persisted fine:
The material extension can be tested live from there.
Hope that helps
I want to add a search filter inside a select dropdown in angularJS.
I have used ng-options to list down the options and used filter to filter out the data in the search box , but the problem is that the search box is not coming inside(or under) select dropdown. (When I click the select dropdown, it shows a search filter and below it has all the options)
Below is the code for your reference :
<div class="rowMargin">
<label class="control-label" for="entitySel">Entity:</label>
<div class="controls">
<select id="entityId" class="input-medium" type="text" name="entityId" ng-model="payment.entityId" ng-options="entityOpt for entityOpt in paymentEntityOptions">
<option value="">Select</option>
</select>
<span ng-show=" submitted && addPayment.entityId.$error.required">
<label class="error">Please provide entity Id </label>
</span>
<div ng-show="payment.entityId == \'Individual\'">
<span>
<select ng-model="payment.entity.individual" ng-options = "individual for individual in individualEntities | filter : filterEntity">
<option value="">Select Individual Entity</option>
<option>
<input type="search" placeholder="Search" ng-model="filterEntity"></input>
</option>
</select>
</span>
</div>
<div ng-show="payment.entityId == \'Group\'">
<span>
<select ng-model="payment.entity.group" ng-options = "group for group in groupEntities | filter : filterEntity">
<option value="">Select Group Entity</option>
<input type="search" placeholder="Search" ng-model="filterEntity"></input>
</select>
</span>
</div>
</div>
I have used the bootstrap button with class 'dropdown-toggle' and on click of the button I have appended an input search box as following :
<div class="dropdown pull-right makePaymentDropdownMainDiv" auto-close="outsideClick">
<button class="btn btn-default dropdown-toggle makePaymentDropdownBtn" type="button" id="individualDrop" data-toggle="dropdown">{{payment.entity}}<span class="caret pull-right"></span></button>
<span ng-show="submitted"><label class="error">Select an Individual</label></span>
<ul class="dropdown-menu makePaymentDropdownUlStyle" role="menu" aria-labelledby="individualDrop">
<input disable-auto-close type="search" ng-model="serchFilter" class="makePaymentDropdownSearchBox" placeholder="Search"></input>
<li role="presentation" ng-repeat="indi in individuals | filter: serchFilter"><a role="menuitem" ng-click="selectEntity(indi)">{{indi}}</a></li>
</ul>
</div>
Showing the 'li' using ng-repeat.
Remember to add auto-close="outsideClick" to your dropdown so that it doesn't close on filtering attempt.
Sorry, I'm rather late to the party, but to me it sounds like you need acute-select, an open source extension (MIT license) to Angular that does exactly this, without further dependencies.
They also have a demo page, which shows what it can do nicely.
you can use easy and best way to search filter inside the select dropdown in AngularJS

There can be only one hard coded in a ngOption.
I wanted reload a core-list element to show new data, but it´s not refreshing.
I re-call the JS function thats generate the data but doesn t work... and reload like a 'normal' div doesn t work either! The list only shows the new data if i reload the entire page...
function values(sender, textomsg, datacriacao, senderfoto){
var sender2 = sender.split(",");
var textomsg2 = textomsg.split(",");
var datacriacao2 = datacriacao.split(",");
var senderfoto2 = senderfoto.split(",");
var namegen = {
generateString: function (inLength) {
var s = '';
for (var i = 0; i < inLength; i++) {
s += String.fromCharCode(Math.floor(Math.random() * 26) + 97);
}
return s;
},
generateName: function (inMin, inMax) {
return this.generateString(Math.floor(Math.random() * (inMax - inMin + 1) + inMin));
}
};
Polymer('list-test', {
count: sender.length,
ready: function () {
this.data = this.generateData();
},
generateData: function () {
var names = [], data = [];
for (var i = 0; i < this.count; i++) {
names.push(namegen.generateName(4, 8));
}
names.sort();
for (var i = 0; i < this.count; i++) {
data.push({
index: i,
sender: sender2[i],
textomsg: textomsg2[i],
datacriacao: datacriacao2[i],
senderfoto: senderfoto2[i]
});
}
return data;
},
tapAction: function (e) {
console.log('tap', e);
}
});
}
<%----%>
<template id="templateConversas" runat="server">
<div id="item" class="item {{ {selected: selected} | tokenList }}" ><%--onClick="conversa('{{name}}');"--%>
<div class="message" style="background-image: url({{senderfoto}});">
<span class="from"><br/>{{sender}}</span>
<span class="timestamp">{{datacriacao}}</span>
<div class="subject"><br/>{{textomsg}} </div><%--------Infinite List. {{index}}--%>
<%--<div class="body"><br/>Mensagem de teste...........</div>--%>
</div>
</div>
</template>
The problem is also reload the 'list-test'. if i call the js function after the list is loaded it doesn't apply the new data...
Your code isn't complete so it is hard to understand but I think that the problem is that you don't assign the result of the generateData() function to the template's model. Try following script for your component
Polymer('list-test', {
created: function () {
this.data = [];
},
refresh: function () {
this.data = this.generateData();
},
generateData: function () {
// your original code here
}
});
Now the list content should be updated with newly generated data when you call refresh() of the list-test element. To fill the list when element is created add
ready: function () {
this.refresh();
},
This is the markup I use:
<input type="text" form="myform" name="inp1" />
<form id="myform" name="myform">
...
</form>
Now I realized that it does not work for old IE and therefore I am searching for a HTML 5 polyfill.
Anyone aware of a certain polyfill which covers this HTML5 feature?
I wrote this polyfill to emulate such feature by duplicating fields upon form submission, tested in IE6 and it worked fine.
(function($) {
/**
* polyfill for html5 form attr
*/
// detect if browser supports this
var sampleElement = $('[form]').get(0);
var isIE11 = !(window.ActiveXObject) && "ActiveXObject" in window;
if (sampleElement && window.HTMLFormElement && (sampleElement.form instanceof HTMLFormElement || sampleElement instanceof window.HTMLFormElement) && !isIE11) {
// browser supports it, no need to fix
return;
}
/**
* Append a field to a form
*
*/
$.fn.appendField = function(data) {
// for form only
if (!this.is('form')) return;
// wrap data
if (!$.isArray(data) && data.name && data.value) {
data = [data];
}
var $form = this;
// attach new params
$.each(data, function(i, item) {
$('<input/>')
.attr('type', 'hidden')
.attr('name', item.name)
.val(item.value).appendTo($form);
});
return $form;
};
/**
* Find all input fields with form attribute point to jQuery object
*
*/
$('form[id]').submit(function(e) {
// serialize data
var data = $('[form='+ this.id + ']').serializeArray();
// append data to form
$(this).appendField(data);
}).each(function() {
var form = this,
$fields = $('[form=' + this.id + ']');
$fields.filter('button, input').filter('[type=reset],[type=submit]').click(function() {
var type = this.type.toLowerCase();
if (type === 'reset') {
// reset form
form.reset();
// for elements outside form
$fields.each(function() {
this.value = this.defaultValue;
this.checked = this.defaultChecked;
}).filter('select').each(function() {
$(this).find('option').each(function() {
this.selected = this.defaultSelected;
});
});
} else if (type.match(/^submit|image$/i)) {
$(form).appendField({name: this.name, value: this.value}).submit();
}
});
});
})(jQuery);
The polyfill above doesn't take into account the Edge browser. I have amended it to use feature detection, which I have tested in IE7+, Edge, Firefox (mobile/desktop), Chrome (mobile/desktop), Safari (mobile/desktop), and Android browser 4.0.
(function($) {
/**
* polyfill for html5 form attr
*/
// detect if browser supports this
var SAMPLE_FORM_NAME = "html-5-polyfill-test";
var sampleForm = $("<form id='" + SAMPLE_FORM_NAME + "'/>");
var sampleFormAndHiddenInput = sampleForm.add($("<input type='hidden' form='" + SAMPLE_FORM_NAME + "'/>"));
sampleFormAndHiddenInput.prependTo('body');
var sampleElementFound = sampleForm[0].elements[0];
sampleFormAndHiddenInput.remove();
if (sampleElementFound) {
// browser supports it, no need to fix
return;
}
/**
* Append a field to a form
*
*/
$.fn.appendField = function(data) {
// for form only
if (!this.is('form')) return;
// wrap data
if (!$.isArray(data) && data.name && data.value) {
data = [data];
}
var $form = this;
// attach new params
$.each(data, function(i, item) {
$('<input/>')
.attr('type', 'hidden')
.attr('name', item.name)
.val(item.value).appendTo($form);
});
return $form;
};
/**
* Find all input fields with form attribute point to jQuery object
*
*/
$('form[id]').submit(function(e) {
// serialize data
var data = $('[form='+ this.id + ']').serializeArray();
// append data to form
$(this).appendField(data);
}).each(function() {
var form = this,
$fields = $('[form=' + this.id + ']');
$fields.filter('button, input').filter('[type=reset],[type=submit]').click(function() {
var type = this.type.toLowerCase();
if (type === 'reset') {
// reset form
form.reset();
// for elements outside form
$fields.each(function() {
this.value = this.defaultValue;
this.checked = this.defaultChecked;
}).filter('select').each(function() {
$(this).find('option').each(function() {
this.selected = this.defaultSelected;
});
});
} else if (type.match(/^submit|image$/i)) {
$(form).appendField({name: this.name, value: this.value}).submit();
}
});
});
})(jQuery);
I improved patstuart's polyfill, such that:
a form can now be submitted several times, e.g. when using the target attribute (external fields were duplicated previously)
reset buttons now work properly
Here it is:
(function($) {
/**
* polyfill for html5 form attr
*/
// detect if browser supports this
var SAMPLE_FORM_NAME = "html-5-polyfill-test";
var sampleForm = $("<form id='" + SAMPLE_FORM_NAME + "'/>");
var sampleFormAndHiddenInput = sampleForm.add($("<input type='hidden' form='" + SAMPLE_FORM_NAME + "'/>"));
sampleFormAndHiddenInput.prependTo('body');
var sampleElementFound = sampleForm[0].elements[0];
sampleFormAndHiddenInput.remove();
if (sampleElementFound) {
// browser supports it, no need to fix
return;
}
/**
* Append a field to a form
*
*/
var CLASS_NAME_POLYFILL_MARKER = "html-5-polyfill-form-attr-marker";
$.fn.appendField = function(data) {
// for form only
if (!this.is('form')) return;
// wrap data
if (!$.isArray(data) && data.name && data.value) {
data = [data];
}
var $form = this;
// attach new params
$.each(data, function(i, item) {
$('<input/>')
.attr('type', 'hidden')
.attr('name', item.name)
.attr('class', CLASS_NAME_POLYFILL_MARKER)
.val(item.value).appendTo($form);
});
return $form;
};
/**
* Find all input fields with form attribute point to jQuery object
*
*/
$('form[id]').submit(function(e, origSubmit) {
// clean up form from last submit
$('.'+CLASS_NAME_POLYFILL_MARKER, this).remove();
// serialize data
var data = $('[form='+ this.id + ']').serializeArray();
// add data from external submit, if needed:
if (origSubmit && origSubmit.name)
data.push({name: origSubmit.name, value: origSubmit.value})
// append data to form
$(this).appendField(data);
})
//submit and reset behaviour
$('button[type=reset], input[type=reset]').click(function() {
//extend reset buttons to fields with matching form attribute
// reset form
var formId = $(this).attr("form");
var formJq = $('#'+formId);
if (formJq.length)
formJq[0].reset();

after reading thru the docs of webshim it seems it has a polyfill for that.
http://afarkas.github.io/webshim/demos/demos/webforms.html
I made a vanilla JavaScript polyfill based on the above polyfills and uploaded it on GitHub: https://github.com/Ununnilium/form-attribute-polyfill.
I also added a custom event to handle the case when submit is processed by JavaScript and not directly by the browser. I tested the code only shortly with IE 11, so please check it yourself before use. The polling should maybe be replaced by a more efficient detection function.
function browserNeedsPolyfill() {
var TEST_FORM_NAME = "form-attribute-polyfill-test";
var testForm = document.createElement("form");
testForm.setAttribute("id", TEST_FORM_NAME);
testForm.setAttribute("type", "hidden");
var testInput = document.createElement("input");
testInput.setAttribute("type", "hidden");
testInput.setAttribute("form", TEST_FORM_NAME);
testForm.appendChild(testInput);
document.body.appendChild(testInput);
document.body.appendChild(testForm);
var sampleElementFound = testForm.elements.length === 1;
document.body.removeChild(testInput);
document.body.removeChild(testForm);
return !sampleElementFound;
}

I take some time to send an update for this polyfill because it doesn't work with MS Edge.
I add 2 line to fix it :
var isEdge = navigator.userAgent.indexOf("Edge");
if (sampleElement && window.HTMLFormElement && sampleElement.form instanceof HTMLFormElement && !isIE11 && isEdge == -1) {
// browser supports it, no need to fix
return;
}
UPDATE: Edge now support it:
