How to bring the SSRS reports developed to EPICOR? - reporting-services

I'm new to EPICOR. I have developed a report in SQL Server Report Builder. How can I view this report in my EPICOR account? How does it link?
Thanks In advance
Niki

You can upload your report rdl file in Custom Reports folder.
And then create a menu in Epicor, select the Program Type as SSRS Custom Report link and give URL Path to your report.
Hope it helps!

Embed external URL into SSRS report

I am currently using SQL Server 2019.
I read in earlier editions of SSRS that you were not able to embed external web links into a SSRS report, it this still the case?
I currently have 4 separate KPI screen URL's written by our Group IT department and I would like to have all 4 KPI's on one screen so I though I would embed these into one SSRS Report.
Thanks

Where did you read that? It's never been true. There's even a doc page on how to do it: Add a hyperlink to a URL in a paginated report (Report Builder)

MHTML Links in SSRS report Subscription Do not work

I'm hoping someone can help me with this question. I'm using SQL Server 2019, SSRS 2019, developing reports in Visual Studio 2019.
I've created SSRS subscriptions using the MHTML format so I can have show a report in the body of the email. The report is a dashboard with charts that link to sub reports. When the emails are sent recipients can hover over the charts and see the link path, and instructions telling them to select link to open report. However, selecting any of the links only opens SSRS home page.
I don't know why this is not working. Can anyone offer some advice?
Per Alan Schofield below Adding URL
http://sedona/Reports?%2FMIS%2FCopy%20of%20QuickTest&acctnbr=654321&rs%3AParameterLanguage=&rc%3AParameters=Collapsed
So, the root cause of tis problem was the URLRoot setting in rsconfig did not match the web service url. Changing the URLRoot setting resolved the linking problem. Alan Schofield, thankyou for your help and suggestions. Your comments put us on the right path to resolution.
If it helps anyone, I referenced the following about URLRoot

how to embed chart with API into another webpage

I'm really new to BIRT report developer. Right now, I need to get the API from my chart, which was created in a report, and past it to another web page. But, I really don't know how to do that, can anyone help me solve my problem?
I'm using BIRT PRO, and the only code I can get is from the XML source. I have to submit the report next week, so I'm very nervous. I will greatly appreciate for any help.
If you want to view content from the BIRT report in a browser you can do any of the following:
Deploy the BIRT runtime viewer with Tomcat - http://www.thegeekstuff.com/2014/12/deploy-birt-viewer-for-tomcat/.
Download the free F-Type server and put your BIRT report there, then you can use the "interactive viewer" web interface to show the entire report or use the JavaScript API to embed the entire report or just parts of the report in a web page. http://birt.actuate.com/products/birt-ihub-ftype
Run the report from BIRT Designer Professional and export the report as HTML content.

How to upload a .rdl report to CRM 2011

I have downloaded one of the system generated reports from CRM 2011, it saved as a .RDL file which I then opened and modified.
My question is, how do I then upload the modified report back to CRM. I have tried using the report wizard and searching for the existing file however it just kicks back an error message:
Query Build Error:
The specified record type does not exist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
It has not been developed on the SSRS or using BIDS, and I haven't created it using FETCH, all I have done is save the report to my desktop, modify some of the record names and then try to upload it again.
It is starting to annoy me now because having searched through the length of google and nearly every post I have seen has stated this is the exact way to upload custom reports.
Is there any reason why it is not working for me?
Go to Workplace.
Click on Reports Entity.
Click on New Report.
Select Report Type as Existing File.
Click on Browse and select the .rdl Report file.
It won't let you upload the file that way. You need to either edit an existing report or create a new report.

How can I embed Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Report Builder into my forms?

I don't want to open Report Builder from Report Manager. I want to embed Report Builder into my forms. Is there any way?
This is a very old topic, but I want to post a correct answer since it's one of the first results when searching for "Report Builder".
Simply add a WebBrowser control to your form and on Form_Load, navigate to the URL of the Reporting Services server. You'll have a no-frills "browser" - no back button, no stop, no refresh, but right-clicking on the page will do it.
I do not believe report builder uses anything other than the SSRS API to do its work. You will need to create your own report builder. One way to do this is to play with the microsoft one and monitor the traffic between your browser and the server with HTTPAnalyser or Fiddler. Then you can recreate the same web service calls fom your own app.
Have you had a look at the Report Builder standalone installer? v2.0 was just released in April, so it's possible that you haven't seen it. You can find it here.
I don't think it is possible to do this, given that the Report Builder 2.0 is a standalone application
What you could do however is create a shared data source on the server, and avail the link to the setup file for the installer in your application. Users can then connect to the data source and depending on their skill, create their own reports.
You may be able to subscribe to the appropriate service and build out a front end to talk to the service.
SQL Reporting Services is more of a server based reporting solution. If my embedding into your forms you mean that you want the end user to build reports from inside your application I suggest you look at a third-party tool to do this. I use Developer Express controls and they have a strong and reasonably priced solution for this. The product page is here.
I think it is easy.
You can drag Microsoft.ReportViewer control from toolbox to your webform in studio 2008.
Then you can open report builder to initialize your report.
At the end, that report can be viewed and exported when you run your report.
You should be able to create a hyperlink in your app to startup the click once Report Builder app. But it won't run within your form.
See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd795295.aspx for info on constructing the correct URL.
