Attempting to "importDump.php" in mediawiki on bitnami instance on Google Cloud, getting error "failed to open stream..." - mediawiki

Followed the 2x options for commands at: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Importing_XML_dumps#Using_importDump.php,_if_you_have_shell_access
In both instances, getting a 'failed to open stream' error.
I have chmod 777 for folder and file. (Thinking it may be permission error)
I have moved the file to import right into the maintenance folder (some postings suggesting PHP needs to be able to find the file, so think putting it there will help)...
on command:
"root#bitnami-mediawiki-___:/opt/bitnami/apps/mediawiki/htdocs/maintenance# php importDump.php --co
nf ../LocalSettings.php /FILENAME.xml"
I see error:
"PHP Warning: fopen(/FILENAME.xml): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /opt/bitnam

I'm not clear what the error means and how to grant access to the file... Newb to BASH and servers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks to me that the path of the FILENAME.xml file is wrong. Note that you have a / at the beginning of FILENAME.xml, so it will look at the root of the filesystem. If the file is in the same folder, then use ./FILENAME.xml

Octave GUI on Mac is not able to find a file

I entered this code on my octave GUI on Mac:
>>cd file:///Users/Sudipta/Downloads/Stanford/warmUpExercise.m
error: file:///Users/Sudipta/Downloads/Stanford/warmUpExercise.m: No such file or directory
I am using macOS Big Sur and Octave version 3.8.0.The file in question exists in my computer and I have checked this code multiple times.
It is not able to locate the file on my MacBook for some reason. Can someone help?
Edit: I have tried a new code as mentioned in the comments, but it also can't find the file
>> cd Users/Sudipta/Downloads/Stanford/warmUpExercise.m
error: Users/Sudipta/Downloads/Stanford/warmUpExercise.m: No such file or directory
I have also tried:
1.>> cd Users/Sudipta/Downloads
error: Users/Sudipta/Downloads No such file or directory
2.>> cd Users/Sudipta/Downloads/Stanford
error: Users/Sudipta/Downloads/Stanford No such file or directory
And I got the same error as above.
The other code gave a different error:
3.> cd /Users/Sudipta/Downloads
warning: load_path: .: Operation not permitted
QKqueueFileSystemWatcherEngine::addPaths: open: Operation not permitted
Warning: QFileSystemWatcher: failed to add paths: /Users/Sudipta/Downloads

Getting an error Unable to locate appender "jmeter-log" for logger config "root" while running and creating the html dashboard for my jmeter scripts

I am trying to create Jmeter HTML report through CSV with the help of command but getting below error in my CMD. Please help me what i need to change or enhance for getting the reults
2020-07-23 16:47:20,385 main ERROR Null object returned for File in Appenders.
2020-07-23 16:47:20,409 main ERROR Unable to locate appender "jmeter-log" for logger config "root"
An error occurred: Cannot read test results file : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
errorlevel=1
Press any key to continue . . .
The main problem is Cannot read test results file and it occurs when you point JMeter to not-existing file or the file cannot be read (you don't have permissions to open the file in that location)
The other problem is with JMeter logging configuration, either your log4j2.xml file is broken or again you don't have proper read/write permissions to the folder where JMeter is installed. Try running the terminal with elevated rights and both should go away
I solved this problem by installing the latest version of Jmeter, 5.3. After that, no more logging/summarizer errors.

Kamailio Start Up Error with Loading json.so

I have a problem starting Kamailio Version 4.3. I installed Kamailio from source, and the modules are stored in the default directory /usr/local/lib64/kamailio/modules. I am using the json module that Kamailio provides but it fails to load.
Kamailio's documentation on the json module is found here:
http://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/3.4.x/modules/json.html
The documentation states that before the module is loaded you need the required library libjson, which I installed. When I start kamailio and cat the log file via kamailio start; cat /var/log/kamailio.log | grep error I am getting the following error:
Jan 8 12:43:53 localhost kamailio: ERROR: <core> [sr_module.c:576]: load_module(): could not open module </usr/local/lib64/kamailio/modules/json.so>: /usr/local/lib64/kamailio/modules/json.so: undefined symbol: is_error
Jan 8 12:43:53 localhost kamailio: : <core> [cfg.y:3432]: yyerror_at(): parse error in config file /usr/local/etc/kamailio/kamailio.cfg, line 109, column 12-20: failed to load module
Line 109 is obviously correct:
loadmodule "json.so"
More information:
ldd json.so
linux-vdso.so.1 => (0x00007ffc33e97000)
libjson-c.so.2 => /lib64/libjson-c.so.2 (0x00007f24d8110000)
libc.so.6 => /lib64/libc.so.6 (0x00007f24d7d7c000)
/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00007f24d8527000)
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, or does anyone know a solution? It is also worth mentioning I am running kamailio on CentOS 6.7.
is_error(p) should be a macro, look inside your json.h file (perhaps at /usr/include/json-c/json.h) and see if it includes "bits.h" from the same folder. Inside bits.h should be defined the macro is_error().
If you don't have that, maybe it is a customized library.
As a side note, an alternative for json operations in kamailio.cfg is using jansson module.

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required global.php

I am try to open my site in locally. xampp is installed, but I get the following errors. How can I rectify this:
Warning: require_once(/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/artgallery/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/phpInputFilter/class.inputfilter.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/artgallery/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/global.php on line 104
And:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/artgallery/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/phpInputFilter/class.inputfilter.php' (include_path='.:/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/lib/php:/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/lib/php/pear') in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/artgallery/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/global.php on line 104
This Warning is not Failed opening required global.php. This warning says line number 104 of global.php have a statement for requiring a file named class.inputfilter.php But, failed to load it.
This issue can occur in following cases :
--> File does not exists.
--> File exists but do not have READ permission.
Solution :
Go to the path :
/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/artgallery/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/phpInputFilter/
and find the file named class.inputfilter.php.
If not found then get it from the fresh package of Virtuemart(Remember to check the version. Both files have to be from same Virtuemart version).
If exists then change its permissions to 644 or 755.

Need help with perl error in using DBD::mysql

When I run a perl script which uses DBD::mysql , I get the error message:
install_driver(mysql) failed: Can't load '/home/y/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8/i686-linux-64int/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.so'
for module DBD::mysql: libmysqlclient.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
at /home/y/lib/perl5/5.8/i686-linux-64int/DynaLoader.pm line 230. at (eval 30) line 3
I am new to perl, but from what I understand it needs mysql.so and it knows the path.
/home/y/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8/i686-linux-64int/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.so is present.
Then why the problem?
The file that is missing is libmysqlclient.so.16, not mysql.so. It comes with the mysqlclient package on some distributions.
Make sure /etc/ld.so.conf contains /usr/local/mysql/lib/mysql and /usr/local/mysql/ . If not, add them and run ldconfig.
