I have an application that reads files from Box (the cloud storage thing) and sends them to a content analyzer. Unfortunately, the content analyzer can't handle PowerPoint files, so I need some way to convert them to another format, such as HTML. I know Box can do this; but I can't figure out a way to extract the HTML5 version of the file so I can send it to the analyzer.
Is there a REST interface (or even better, a Node.js SDK call) that will let me extract the HTML5 version of a file from Box?
What I needed was the representations API. It's explained in the SDK docs at https://github.com/box/box-node-sdk/blob/master/docs/files.md#get-representation-info.

As I know, LogicApps works on UTF-8 character set, and I need to compose the file in the Windows 1250 code page. How can I do this?
The json_encode function doesn't appear in the built-in Expressions/Functions inside the LogicApp.
There is not File Encoding in Logic App, contents can be encoded in whatever format you need and the app may or may not even be aware of this.
If you have a specific situation, you could do a content type conversion with Azure Functions using stream writer. Here is a blog and a question about conversion.
And the logic app supports Azure Functions integration.

Yes, that is a common way to do it.
If you would like additional examples of how you can wrangle CSV with the Java Client API, check out OpenCSVBatcherExample and JacksonDatabindTest.testDatabindingThirdPartyPojoWithMixinAnnotations. The first demonstrates converting the csv to XML and using a custom REST extension. The second example (well, unit test...) demonstrates converting the csv to JSON and using the batch upload (Bulk Writes) capabilities Justin linked to.
If you have CSV files on your filesystem, I’d start with mlcp, as suggested above. It will handle all of the parsing and splitting into multiple transactions/batches for you. Take a look at the mlcp documentation for more details and some example configurations.
If you’d like more control over the parsing and splitting logic than mlcp gives you out-of-the-box or you’re getting CSV from some other source (i.e. not files on the filesystem), you can use the Java Client API. The Java Client API allows you to efficiently write batches using a WriteSet. Take a look at the “Bulk Writes” example.
According to your reply to Justin, you cannot use MLCP because it is command line and you need to integrate it into a web portal.
Well, MLCP is released as open cource software under the Apache2 licence. So if you are happy with this licence, then you have the source to integrate.
But what I see as your main problem statement is more specific:

I have a basic webpage built, and a Swagger document JSON file of my API. I am unsure of how to actually add the data from the document to the website so that it can be browsed.
I want to build hosted documentation for the API.

Do I just download Swagger UI and use it in conjunction with the JSON file.
But I am unsure on to achieve this. Any advice on how to go about creating something like this would be very helpful.
Swagger-ui is basically a set of static files you can host on your server to display your API.
Unless you may any major changes, you just need to copy the contents of the /dist folder to your server and host it as part of your application (or static website, doesn't matter).
The SwaggerUi object can be customized to your needs, including the URL of the spec you're hosting.
Keep in mind that if you don't host the ui and spec on the same server, (that is, same host and same port), you need to enable CORS.
I'm able to use HTML5 standard File API and IndexedDB to store large binary files in the browser.
However, when offline, I need to be able to open these files. Using data URLs works great for small files, but none of the browsers support 10Mb file opening through data URL. Is there any other solution, except for non-standard window.webkitRequestFileSystem?

It is possible to save result of FileReader.readAsArrayBuffer in IndexedDB. When offline, it is possible to create a blob from this typed array and then create data URL to be passed to window.open function. Works with large files!
I want to make a program that prepares an HTML file. It would either be on the server side or just running in my local machine.
I think it would be nice to be able to use the dart:html library since it has a lot of methods for manipulating html (obviously). But it is thought to be used dynamically on the client side, and I want to use it like this: manipulate an html DOM tree with dart:html, and when its ready, write a static html file. For instance using query('body').innerHtml
The problem I'm running into is that I if start a project with the "console application" template, I am not able to make dart:html talk to an html file. And if I choose "web application", in which I am able to do this, I cannot load the dart:io library, maybe it has to do with it being tagged as [server] in the SDK?
Of course I could just do:
print(query('body').innerHtml);
and manually copying the output to a file, but I thought maybe there is a more elegant solution.

html5lib from Python. Since it's 100% Dart you can use it safely from
a script or server side app.
Eventually the parse tree API will be compatible with dart:html, so
the same code will work on the client or the server.
It doesn't support much in the way of queries yet.
