Google Chrome full-page screenshot with iframes - google-chrome

I'm trying to capture a full page screenshot, but I'm having problems because my page includes iframes. The Google Chrome full-page screenshot feature is only capturing what is displayed on the screen. I've also tried a few extensions. Fireshot comes close, but it repeats the menu at the top of each screen section.
Is there any way in the Google Chrome developer tools to use the full page capture for a specific iframe?

I was pleasantly surprised that this extension took a screenshot of my entire iframe. (I do not know or work with the developer.)

There seems to be a bug when using lighthouse, can anyone explain this?

So I noticed this bug while generating a report with lighthouse on a certain site. After finishing, I closed the inspector and clicked on a random link within the site e.g About Page, however there seems to be a black space left behind. I tried running this on several sites, on some sites it shows up, on some it doesn't. Stack-overflow is one of the sites where it does show up.
Is this an issue with google chrome or with the lighthouse plugin? I haven't tried any other web browsers such as Firefox as I don't know how to use their auditing tools.
Thanks
Image attached for reference:
EDIT: Pressing CTRL+SHIFT+I populates that blank space with the inspector tool

Chrome Mobile Render tool not rendering dropdowns

When I open Developer tools and turn on device mode, and click any drop down on the page chrome renders options with minimum width and rest of the area as black.
I dont know what is causing this error. I tried to update my graphics card driver, but problem still exists.
After some googling, got to know that this is an issue in Chrome browser itself. Refer the following link for more info - https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=553274&q=status%3Aunconfirmed&sort=-id&colspec=ID%20Pri%20M%20Iteration%20ReleaseBlock%20Cr%20Status%20Owner%20Summary%20OS%20Modified&num=1000

Page main content not showing up on Chrome until after clicking on the inspect elements

The page content in #main area is not showing up only on Chrome browser. But I can see the code is there when I view the page source. And when I click on the "inspect elements" or by clicking on any CSS style on the "inspect elements" popup, the content can just appear suddenly. Here is the page URL you can take a look on Chrome browser,
http://ssf-qa.uchicago.edu/Home.html
The version of the Chrome I'm using is,
Version 33.0.1750.146 m
And we have custom fonts on the page.
Thanks a lot!
I've seen this recently with Modernizr, which I see you have running on there too. If you remove the reference to modernizr it works right away! I think we just have to wait for a bug fix.

Page header problems in Google Chrome when scrolling

I found a problem in Google Chrome on Ubuntu: When I scroll the page with the mouse roller, the page header doesn't look good when I scroll to the top of the page (sometimes the problem is fixed after a few seconds, sometimes not). It happens only in some websites. Is it a known bug of Google Chrome? I'm using Google Chrome Version 33.0.1750.117.

what is the "browser chrome"?

The following quote is from O'Reilly Definitive Guide to CSS:
Mozilla and related browsers use CSS to affect the presentation of the browser chrome itself
What is actually meant by the word "chrome" in this context? Is it simply the display area?
the chrome is the UI of the actual browser not just the content shown in the page, the themeable bits, like the buttons, menus, tabs, etc
browser chrome
‘Browser chrome is a euphemism for the graphical framework and elements of the web browser window.
‘Browser chrome’ is not to be confused with Google Chrome – which is a web browser.
Chrome includes the web browser:
title bar,
toolbar buttons: ‘Back’, ‘Forward’, ‘Stop‘, etc.,
horizontal and vertical scrollbars,
status bar: the strip at the bottom of the browser window, and the window frame.
Browser chrome can be modified through the use of ‘skins’; (usually) third-party software extensions that can be used to customise colour, graphical treatment and interface metaphor.
