Google App Script not working in incognito mode

i've been learning with google app script, and tried to make a web form because of the limitation of google form. I tried making it by following this example, and it works. However when I tried using incognito or other browser without a google account log on to it, it failed, showing this error
"Maaf, terjadi error pada server saat membaca dari penyimpanan. Kode error INTERNAL."
Which is in Indonesian that basically states the server failed to read the file, and there is an internal error. This is the web app script.
Settings for the web app deployment
Also in the spreadsheet linked is set to anyone with link is able to edit. When this is changed to anyone with link is able to view only, causes a log in prompt to appear in incognito mode.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I also found out earlier that this problem occurred previously because of a bug by google, but it has been resolved. So did I do something wrong?
According to the Apps Script Web Apps documentation:
The first is labeled Current web app URL and ends in /exec. This URL is for the published version of your app, based on the last version you saved and deployed.
The second is the link labeled latest code and ends in /dev. This URL can only be accessed by users who have edit access to the script. This instance of the app always runs the most recently saved code — not necessarily a formal version — and is intended for quick testing during development.
Therefore, when sharing the web application, you should be sharing the /exec link.
There is an open bug for this: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/160665120

Google Apps Script works in \dev but no in \exec mode

First I have to apologize because English is not my native language and also because I'm just starting in developing. Sorry for all of that.
My question is that when I deploy my app script as a web app the page does not work; but when I used the "Test web app for your latest code" it does work. I don't understand why in the first case (the url finishes with a \exec) appears an error and in the second works nice (the url finishes with a \dev).
The Google Drive error is : The file cannot be opened at this time. Please check the address and try again.
I'm so confused because the web app was working nice, and suddenly it started to show that error, but I did not change anything in the code.
I don´t know if it is related with permissions. I've tried to create new versions but it does not solve it.
Any idea how can I solved it?

Cloud Shell: Editor is not loading in incognito mode

So I have been following the following step for past few months:
Log in to Google Cloud Console from Chrome's incognito mode
Activate Cloud Shell
From there, I usually opened Editor and managed my files in a new window
Today while I was following the above steps, this issue raised up:
Basically, I cannot open editor anymore. I have already went through similar posts, and my issue is that I am using incognito where browser extensions or cookies shouldn't be an issue.
I am facing this problem for the first time and if anyone knows what is the cause or any suggestions would be appreciated.
EDIT:
For now Microsoft Edge InPrivate Mode is working for me. I am still interested in fixing the issue for Chrome.
Have reported the issue in Issue Tracker. Please "start" for more attention.
This started happening recently because third-party cookies stopped being supported in Incognito mode as of Chrome 83. Third-party cookies are required for the editor to work because of the way the open-source Theia IDE is integrated into Cloud Shell. The team is exploring various fixes, but in the mean time the following workaround should work:
In Incognito Mode, click on the crossed out 'eye' icon on the address bar.
Click on 'Site not working?'
Click on 'Allow cookies'
Safari problem stems from the same issue, but I am not certain if a similar workaround exists.
I've encountered the same issue myself (I tried this on Chrome running on both ChromeOS and MacOS) - it looks like a bug so in this case I'd recommend reporting it on Google's Issuetracker (you can even put a link to this post).
UNfortunately it looks like it's not just the Chrome browser. I tried this on Safari 13.1 and found the issue you described is also present.
I didn't check other browsers but IssueTracker is the way to go. And be patient :)

Facing issue while trying to run Robot framework script in google chrome browser

I am facing a Chrome popup while trying to run Robot Frame work script:
Microsoft Security Essentials wants to restore your Chrome settings to their
original defaults.
This will reset your homepage, new tab page and
search engine, disable your extensions, and unpin all tabs. It will
also clear other temporary and cached data, such as cookies, content
and site data.
In chrome extension, my developer mode is unchecked, whereas it should be checked.
The Robot Framework automation script is just to open the google Chrome browser and load google search page.
I am using Win 7 Home Basic OS.
I have attached screenshots.
It appears that most Chrome support specialists will ask you to run an anti-malware tool to verify that your system is running normally. These can be found by searching on the popup message.
One Reddit user commented that in his case the problem was resolved by altering the Windows registry:
I finally found a fix for this. There is a setting in the registry
that's causing it.
In the registry it's under
HKEY_CKU\CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Chrome\TriggeredReset
Delete the TriggeredReset key and then close regedit. Fixed.
This is an API for 3rd party programmers who want to create cleaning
tools. But if the tool isn't written properly, the triggered reset
never gets deleted and we have it always asking.

Links in Google searches and Inbox mails get rewritten to lnkr.us

I have switched off every extension except uBlock Origin (edit: now I tried disabling that too) and this still happens: links in Google searches and Inbox mails get rewritten to lnkr.us. I have checked with developer tools and this is not in the HTML source. This happens on click. Then uBlock Origin brings up the "document blocked" tab, I close it and if I click again, it goes straight to where it should. I am quite clueless as to what can cause this. I have seen others complaining and pinning it on this extension or that but as I said: I have disabled all my extensions. I am on Linux and hopefully malware free.
Looks like this:

A most curious example of this is:

where the mangled URLs got into the mailing list archive.

The real question is: how can I debug what happens. I can read C, I have used gdb but I am no master of it to say the least.
Edit: nothing unusal on chrome://plugins either.
Edit2: sometimes it's icontent.us ; apparently that has been there for a year now, check https://twitter.com/baio1980/status/557236850486960128 the link there.
Edit3: I think this doesn't happen in Incognito mode so it might be an extension still but how can an extension stay alive after ticking it off on the Extensions screen?
Edit4: I have created a new ~/.config/google-chrome directory , disabled syncing extensions, reinstalled all my extensions and this doesn't happen now. My apps and plugins are the same.
