I`ve created a new user and set that as an administrator but still failed to log in after times of trial. However, I find some information in console, but can not solve it after enable-disable plugins and multiple times of re-installation of rabbitmq-server.
BTW I am using CentOS 7.9.
Solved the question by changing browser from chrome to IE, edge also works.
To give some background, I'm an (unpaid) intern, and I'm unrelated to dealing with this kind of stuff. My employers wanted to update some pictures, and they did locally but didn't know how to upload the new version to the server.
I used the publish settings that were saved in Visual Studio from when the previous intern deployed the server (he was specialized in web site stuff) and it worked on deploy ... then I refreshed the page and I'm getting 502 server error.
Steps I have taken:
Connect to the VM and restart it - didn't solve it. it's using Microsoft server 2016.
Open the VM trough RDP, check if there are errors. There were 3 services not running, and I start them manually. One still isn't running, Downloaded Maps Manager. Ok... I google it and it's not a necessary service so I disable it. Now there are no errors and all services are running but I still am getting this error.
I tried pinging the IP of the server, and the URL itself and it works.
I believe it might be something to do with the load balancer, but I had one HTML class and nothing dealing with actually publishing stuff. If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. The only reason why I'm trying to fix this myself is that I didn't make some kind of backup, and I feel so stupid having taken the site down.
Edit: I've gone to "load balancing" and it says service unhealthy. I tried going to the IPs there and it brings me to the same 502 server error page. From what I've gathered this is a configuration error, it's impossible they messed something with the site itself, right? It did work that first time, and if I run it from Visual Studio it works on the local machine ...
I have an old Debian Compute Engine instance (created and running since December 2013) and got an email warning about the turndown of Legacy GCE and GKE metadata server endpoints (more details at https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/migrating-to-v1-metadata-server).
I followed the directions for locating the process and found that the requests were coming from /usr/share/google/google_daemon/manage_addresses.py. The script seems to be the same as what's at https://github.com/gtt116/gce/blob/master/google_daemon/manage_addresses.py (also with what's in that directory).
I don't recall installing this, so I'm imaging it came with the provided Debian image I used in 2013.
Does anyone know what this manage_addresses.py script is, what it does, and what I should do with it now that the legacy metadata server endpoints are turning down? Is it safe to just stop running it? Or is there a new script I should replace it with? Or should I just try to update it myself to use the new endpoint?
I dug around and was able to trace /usr/share/google/google_daemon/manage_addresses.py as being installed by a package called google-compute-daemon. A search for that brought me to https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/compute-image-packages#troubleshooting which explains that google-compute-daemon has been replaced with python-google-compute-engine. That led me to https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/images/install-guest-environment . I followed the instructions there and manually installed the guest environment.
I noticed during installation that it said it was removing the google-compute-daemon package (and a packaged called google-startup-scripts), so this seems like the right thing. And I'm no longer seeing any requests to the legacy endpoints. So it seems like at some point the old guest environment failed to update.
TLDR; If you have this problem, follow the instructions at https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/images/install-guest-environment#installing_guest_environment to manually update the guest environment.
I have Windows 10 build 1511, where I have installed SQL Server 2014.
After installation everything is OK.
I've made several times shutdown on Windows 10, and after if I turn on my PC everything is OK.
But if I restart the system, after the restart, the SQL Server service remains stopped (startup type is Automatic). I try another restart and shutdown, but the service doesn't start automatically anymore.
I've started the service manually, and after the service is started and everything works ok. If I shut down everything, it is ok afterwards. But if I just restart, the problem that I've described above appears again.
What can I do ?

If you starts services.msc and serach for the SqlServer service, in properties, set the startup as automatic delay instead of automatic.
I'm dealing with the same issue on Win 2012. and it looks like the same issue described here:
Add your windows level user in following path:
Click on Start - Run - Secpol.msc Go to Local Policies - User right assignments
Act as a part of the Operating system
bypass Traverse checking
Lock pages in memory
Log on as a service
Log on a batch job
Replace process level token
If not, please add them and try restarting your system. Your SQL Server should be starting as a service. All the best.
I had this issue on Windows 10 and SQL Server 2014 Express.
The delayed start option didn't work for me, but here's what did work - granting higher DCOM permissions to the Network Service and Local Service accounts.
Click Start, type Component and then click the Component Services
app
In Component Services, double-click Component Services, and then double- click Computers. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
Click the COM Security tab.
In the Launch and Activation Permissions area, click Edit Default.
Click Add, type Network Service, and then click OK. While Network Service is selected, click to select the Allow check boxes for the following items:
Local Launch
Remote Launch
Local Activation
Remote Activation
Repeat step 4 for the Local Service account.
Reboot and SQL Server should not start automatically.
In my case, this is a development environment so I'm less concerned about the security implications of this change and more concerned about getting it to work. So be advised to check out potential security ramifications if that's important in your situation.
pay Attention in suffix too
example: if in your user Secedit.msc is as contoso\usersql, in the windows service needs to be the same, I was putting usersql#contoso.com and was having problems to start the service automatic, after change to contoso\usersql, working fine
follow the way,
SQL SERVER INSTALLATION CENTER (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft SQL Server 2019\Configuration Tools) > Maintenance > Edition Upgrade
and restart service
Another solution worked for me:
Open SQL Server Configuration Manager
Select SQL Server Services
Select any service (double click or right click and properties)
Go to "Log On" tab (My Log On settings was "This Account")
Choose "Built-in account" and "Local Service" under it.
Then I did this steps for every other services and it worked. I have no more problem while I am connecting to SQL Server Databases.

I faced this issue today , as my server is dependent on SQL server connection , that was also not booting up. It was simple in my case. I saw in services screen its status is STOP. So I started there ans it started working.
windows+R--> services.msc--> right click on the service and start it.
Attempted to add a project from a server on a remote host. I can SSH & SFTP without PHPStorm in no prob. The first error I encounter is attempting to select my remote server; when I test the connect, it is successful. When I do not check off 'Don't check HTTP connection to server', I get:
Connection to 'Server' failed.
HEAD method failed for "ip address" with HTTP status 401.
If I enable Don't check HTTP connection to server, I can proceed and I am brought to a list of all directories on my remote server. I select my project as the project root, and attempt to download. Collecting files goes smoothly, and downloading goes by well until a particular file is reached. Error msg:
Downloading Project Files failed: failed to transfer file 'wireframes.scssc': channel is not opened.
I tried to exclude that directory from download, but it had no effect.
The apache server is configured with basic access authentication. I disabled mod_auth_basic (as confirmed in php.ini), but am still prompted for credentials even after an apache restart. This is second issue preventing me from exploring this potential solution. Any suggestions?

I had this same issue, to fix it I chose custom for deployment options and then added .sass-cache to the list of things in the "Exclude items by name" field.
I also had to close and re-open phpstorm or it would fail immediately after starting the download.
