W3 Total Cache screws up my website on mobile hosted on Godaddy - html

I am raising this topic after trying to fix the issue myself for about a week. I have read the web and nothing seems to help.
I had installed and configured W3 Total Cache for website load optimization. Things worked well until next morning I found that my website is screwed up. I immediately uninstalled the plugin and deleted folders as per recommendations on Google. It fixed the website on laptop, but responsiveness on mobile is gone. The home page sliders, the font, style everything is screwed up. I checked it on iPhone and Android and the issue is same. I tried uninstalling the plugin and deleting the files as per recommended here, but all in vain. This is how it looks on mobile:
Can you please help me understand a bit about the problem and the way to fix it?

I had the same effect because jetpack module "mobile theme" was installed/activated - As soon as I turned it off, the orignal theme appeared correctly: the "menu" drop-down at the top is very recognisable as the default mobile theme.

Photoswipe gallery nav buttons not working when online

When I was building my site everything was working correctly, but since my site went online the nav button wasn't working anymore. (Actually, in my phone I’ve found some random emoticon instead of the buttons) I don’t understand why when it wasn't online everything was working and now it’s not anymore. The site is at www.smartgenius.it. Can you have a look and see if you notice something wrong?
I've just checked out your site and all the nav tags are working perfectly on both my desktop as well as my phone. You can try clearing the cache on your phone and looking at it again or view it through incognito mode.
Sometimes when I look at my site during construction and then again when it's done, it looks a little odd.

Page layout different on 1st load in chrome

I'm trying to get a job as a developer. I've made a personal website to show employers but I've got a bug. Everything is fine in all browsers except Chrome.
On the first load of the page, the navbar layout is messed up. After you hit refresh or navigate to other pages the proper layout is maintained.
I have no idea what is causing this. Can anyone help?

Possibly a caching issue due to an older css. Try doing a hard-refresh [ctrl+f5]?

Identical Twitter Bootstrap file rendering differently on separate servers in Chrome

Came across an interesting problem that's really stumped me when attempting to implement the Twitter Bootstrap framework today. The issue I was initially attempting to solve was the appearance of horizontal scrollbars in Chrome when I resized the browser close to the breakpoints in the responsive template.
To troubleshoot this, I decided to copy the starter template verbatim, which was displaying correctly for me on the Twitter Bootstrap site. For extra consistency, I altered the relative paths of the included Bootstrap resources to point directly at the same files hosted on Github.
Mind-bogglingly, the problem still occurred even using the exact same code. You can view a working example of the broken version here. Just resize the window horizontally in the latest version of Chrome and you'll notice scrollbars will appear on the bottom when the width nears a breakpoint. On a hunch, I copied the same file over to a different server and...it works?!
I honestly don't have a clue what could be causing HTML/CSS/JS to be behaving differently in the same browser across two different servers. The closest I could find were discussions from developers transferring files from local to remote environments and/or using IE. Any insight would be much appreciated!
I'm guessing Chrome was zoomed in.

Why is this layout broken in Chrome?

This site: http://www.whsc.ie/ uses a jquery lightbox style plugin which seems to be breaking the layout in Google's Chrome Browser. When viewed in Chrome, the header of the site is about 30 pixels taller than it should be.
When inspecting the source elements it appears to be caused by some hidden elements that are used by the colorbox jQuery plugin.
I've tried everything I can think of to figure this out and fix the problem but to no avail.
Many thanks in advance.
My Bad!
It seems it's actually a Wordpress bug that only appears when a user is logged in. I kept seeing it on the browsers on my own machine because they were all logged in, but when I went to a different machine the bug wasn't visble.
Thanks for the replies though, much appreciated.
