Integrating Twitter Bootstrap with Thymeleaf template - html

I'm quite new to spring framework, I'm trying to create a template using thymeleaf and Twitter bootstrap to displace a page showing a table of items using JPA. My problem is I'm unable to show the page. Attached here is a screenshot of the error.

Bootstrap.js not working, cant undarstand why.
File directory:
-project
--index.php
--js
---bootstrap.js
This option I tried too:
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
I copied new project, in old the same project all works fine.
I'm confused, thanks for any helps.
Have you tried looking in the console in your browser to see if it loads? Should be on your F12 dev tools on most browsers.
Also, try the CDN link: http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/

Adding an image tag breaks navbar in bootstrap

enter image description hereEverytime I add a image with img tag to the html file the navbar stops working? Anyone have an idea... thank you in advance. I thought at first it had something to do with the img-responsive class but it seems not to be the issue.

Bootstrap button and navigation bar not working

I'm a noob in this kind of thing, I don't understand what thing I'm doing wrong. I don't get a button nor a navigation bar; all I get is a small button that doesn't do absolutely nothing and is not with the color that I put in my CSS. My navigation bar doesn't appear neither. Btw, is bootstrap good or is there a program better?
My code is like this:

It is also better practice to use bootstrap from its online source. It makes your site faster because other sites request the same resource and it so it is stored in browsers cache.
Bootstrap is a good tool and can make building websites alot faster and easier.
Try to edit this if you are using Bootstrap 3. And Yes it is great ;)
You just insert the start of Bootstrap Navigation. Use all of it.
<nav class="navbar navbar-inverse navbar-fixed-top">
<div class="container">
<div class="navbar-header">

Bootstrap form does not align with h1 in with search form

The search form is not centrally (vertical) aligned in the jumbotron like the heading Sellr Buyr. Here is the code. Although I know padding or adding a margin will help.
I need the "class" to insert that aligns it perfectly well in large and medium screens.

How can i do this ?
I dont think you can do that as you want.
You have to "fix" height in order to do that and then play also with the media-queries.
I will suggest you to look here how to vertical align:
http://phrogz.net/CSS/vertical-align/index.html
Let me know what you think and will try to help you with some workaround.
