Following several blogs, docs, and tutorials I have registered an app, fetched a token for data:read, write, bucket:read, create, but when attempting to create a bucket I get an BadRequest error stating "Object is missing".
{
"developerMessage":"Object is missing",
"userMessage":"",
"errorCode":"",
"more info":"http://developer.api.autodesk.com/documentation/v1/errors/"
}
I submit {"bucketKey":"lower case guid", "policyKey":"transient"}
Kind regards
Thanks Augusto.
We did indeed have a trailing "/" at the end of the url https://developer.api.autodesk.com/oss/v2/buckets and that's what broke it. took it away and it works as expected now.
Cheers,
Gregor

I am trying to make a simple python script that posts a text message to a facebook page using requests.
I actually managed to succeed this feat, however, when I add the same logic to a bigger project of mine, a certain request returns a different json.
According to this page https://developers.facebook.com/docs/pages/access-tokens I can exchange the short lived user token I generate in the graph explorer tool for a long lived one that lasts 60 days. This worked for me until now. When I run the same functions, same variables on another .py file that includes other logic as well the request does not return this line:
"expires_in": SECONDS-UNTIL-TOKEN-EXPIRES
And of course later on if I continue the logic and use the token it returns (which is the same) for, let's say, a make_post function the request prints
{'error': {'message': '(#200) If posting to a group, requires app being installed in the group, and \\\n either publish_to_groups permission with user token, or both manage_pages \\\n and publish_pages permission with page token; If posting to a page, \\\n requires both manage_pages and publish_pages as an admin with \\\n sufficient administrative permission', 'type': 'OAuthException', 'code': 200, 'fbtrace_id': 'AqYMMeOcOniWAGgEEtsEURs'}
Why does it not successfully return, the user token had not expired and it has the requires rights. Furthermore I tested this in a smaller .py file and it worked.
Another thing I found out here https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/523165725596520/?join_id=f1ff8392b49675c here is that other people have actually reported the same issue but it has been closed as 'intended by design' however there is no information of a solution.
Running the request in my browser also does not work correctly.
Do you have any ideas? I am completely clueless.
Thank you very much in advance
As #CBroe in a comment said, the expires_in didn't have anything to do with my error. The token it returns if valid. The issue I had later on had to do with the url I was parsing
This morning, multiple client accounts started returning this error when attempting to use their refresh_token to obtain a new access token:
refreshAccessToken error response:
{
"error": "invalid_client",
"error_description": "AADSTS70002: Error validating credentials. AADSTS50012: No client secret is provisioned in the store.",
"error_codes": [70002, 50012],
"timestamp": "2018-04-06 08:39:48Z",
"trace_id": "40f2883e-68c2-4a15-87e9-8544c3430c00",
"correlation_id": "a3536a53-b5ad-4494-ba43-a039c6bcfb45"
}
This smells like a system problem. Where/how does one contact Microsoft or do they report system status errors somewhere?
Thanks!
There is a feedback forum for each Azure service area that you can use to report a bug. You can make a post here:
https://feedback.azure.com/forums/169401-azure-active-directory
I'm not sure if this is the correct link:
https://github.com/microsoftgraph/microsoft-graph-docs/issues
Its the Issue Tracker for the Graph Documentation, but there are multiple non Documentation related bugs submitted.
There seems no direct way to report a bug
(got this link from the support site https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/support)
I've got an application that's been working for a long time.
Recently we created a new app/keys for it, and it's behaving strangely.
(I did figure out the scope requirements had been put in place. I am requesting bucket:create bucket:read data:read data:write).
When I upload a file to a bucket, I've traditionally called done the call to get the object details afterwards, to verify that it's successfully uploaded.
With the new key, I am intermittently getting this error:
GetObjectDetails: InternalServerError {"fault":{"faultstring":"Execution of ServiceCallout servicecallout-auth-acm-request failed. Reason: timeout occurred servicecallout-auth-acm-request","detail":{"errorcode":"steps.servicecallout.ExecutionFailed"}}}
Is this something I should be re-trying with a sleep in between? or is it indicative of something wrong with the upload?
(FYI - putting in a retry seems to have have resolved this for me, but I still don't know if that's the right answer - and if this issue might happen on other calls).
It could be that the service requires a slight delay between a put object and a get, so I would suggest either use a timer or a retry as you mentioned. However a successful response from the upload should be enough to ensure your object has been placed to the bucket without the need to double check.
I am facing some issue with product url. Url seems to look fine but some times it's get redirected to 404 and the url-key value in address bar is getting replaced with 'null'.
I am not able to find any clue why its happening.
Can you any body suggest proper method to debug such issue?
Thank You.
This is basically URL rewrite issue. Check if the url rewrites are enabled: System> Configuration > Web > Search Engine Optimization > Use Web Server Rewrites.
And if the problem still persists do check your exception.log file
I'm aware this is a 2 year old post, but I had this issue today...
all previously valid product urls got a 404 error
after a lot of failed attempts of figuring out what was going on I asked someone to take a look, to which they replied: Err, What's wrong? ...
apparently everything was fine, but my own user's session/cookie had bad data, or something.
Removing the bad cookie fixed this.
I have no idea specifically what it was because I did not think of keeping a backup of the bad cookie/session data to investigate.
But I'm guessing it had something to do with my session's customer id or user id
Next exception 'Zend_Db_Statement_Exception' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000]:
General error: 1032 Can't find record in 'report_viewed_product_index',
query was: INSERT INTO `report_viewed_product_index`
Has anyone tried accessing bungie.net reach stats api (statistics from Halo Matchmaking)?
As described here http://www.bungie.net/fanclub/statsapi/Group/Resources/Article.aspx?cid=545064
I can't seem to get any data returned, for example if i use this (with correct API key and gamertag values of course) ignore the first 2 asterisks ...
**http://www.bungie.net/api/reach/reachapijson.svc/player/details/byplaylist/MyIdentifierAPIkey/Gamertag
I don't receive a response - but no errors either, am i doing something wrong?
looking to use this for a Titanium (appcelerator) app eventually.
Any help or advice welcome, thanks in advance.
Unfortunately the API is not yet live to the public. I asked in a Private Message. They didn't say when it would be live.
In the Docs that Achronos posted, he put spaces in the URL's, I'm not sure if those are supposed to be there or not, so I tried it with the spaces and I got a 403 Forbidden error page. When I remove all the spaces, I get an error page that says:
Request Error
The server encountered an error processing the request. See server logs for more details.
I kinda can't check the server logs though... Bungie did say they were having some issues with the site though, so this might be a biproduct of that. I want them to get it working soon though, I wanna see just what it can do!
