Libgdx keyboard "enter" - libgdx

Is there a way to change the keyboard so it have a "enter" or "go" button in android like in chrome browser in android, when you are writting a url it shows a "go" button.
If so how to show it? and how to handle it?
I have researched but I ran out of words because my english is limited, and couldn't find anything.
Thanks.

LibGDX doesn't support this feature. If you want to implement it, you would have to fork LibGDX and modify AndroidOnscreenKeyboard, specifically the IME options that are placed on its TextView. Or you could submit a PR to add this as a configurable option.

Look here for android keyboard handling. it has everything you need including keyboard types.
And also look here for android specific code usage in libgdx.

Is a "close" icon necessary in other platforms?

In iOS, one doesn't need to add a close icon for an app. In the rare event that one wants to kill an app they can do it via the OS.
When looking at the cocos2d-x project that is created by default when using the console (v3.1.1), the sample HelloWorld scene places a button on screen to "close" the app.
Is this actually required in ANY platform ? Does it make sense to add this button at all ?
Apple usually rejects on this and Google and Microsoft don't like it.
You can, however, have close buttons on menus or popovers (say, like a pause screen).

IN FLASH AS3 MOBILE APP - how to make soft keyboard show only numbers or for email?

I am making a mobile app with adobe air 3.9 and in the registration form, I wish to make email text-field have a keyboard or soft-keyboard type as email (i.e. having a button for ".com" and "#" in the soft-keyboard)and age to have numbers only.
I see some helps around but none gets me a clear idea.
Can anyone help me with a quick tutorial or a code snippet.
Thanks
Saurabh
Use NativeText, look here for the great article:
http://blogs.adobe.com/cantrell/archives/2011/09/native-text-input-with-stagetext.html
here's a tutorial
Just be aware there are two SkinClasses for TextInput and TextArea, MobileSkin and StageSkin. StageSkin can control the softkeyboard, but has scaling issues. MobileSkin can't control the softkeyborad, but doesn't have scaling issues. Follow this bug and related issues for more info about that.

Send mouse events to inactive and hidden windows/WPF forms

I'm developing an app that needs to generate mouse events on a window Win32/WPF which may be minimized or hidden from view on the desktop.
I have tried the user32.dll APIs SendInput, SendMessage, PostMessage etc. These work only if the window is visible on the desktop. Would you know about any methods that work for hidden/inactive windows?
I've also tried .NET's UI Automation library. In this case, a window is brought to the front or I'm not able to get a clickable point for the control.
Any ideas how I can proceed? If I can proceed?
I don't know if you're still interested in an answer (I just stumbled upon this question out of sheer dumb luck), but have you tried making a global windows hook?
I have no honest idea on how to properly go about implementing one; but I know you should be able to add a global windows hook to, well, Windows, to listen for whatever events you want (should include mouse and keyboard events!)
Good luck...

Disable back space key for browser based AS3 application

this is insanely annoying problem:
AS3 full screen application based on ADOBE FLEX 4, text field. User types something in text field, and then starts clicking backspace many many times to remove what he just wrote, and for some reason, instead of removing characters from text field it tells browser to GO BACK and user navigates away. Why?! Please, please help, this is so terrible. My users are losing important unsaved this is data while using my application!
i am using safari browser
PLEASE HELP.
Wow, this is terrible, I am so irritated, it happens every single time
It is possible that the focus is lost from your text field when hitting the backspace multiple times (check if you are firing some events on the text field that may cause this), which causes the main window to take focus and trigger 'Back' on the browser.
The root of the problem is that the browser carries out keyboard shortcuts REGARDLESS of the flash app having the focus or not. From what I heard this problem does not exist on Safari's for Mac, only Safari for Windows.
I would check to see what browser you are in and then create a popup saying you this app does NOT work on Safari browser ON windows.
Scratching head*
Well maybe if HAD to solve this, I would use the ExternalInterface to interact with Safari or javascript to PREVENT the history back button from getting applied. So it won't go back to an old page. That is what I would look into.

How can I assign shortcuts that activate the different installed Chrome Extensions?

I have a few extensions (with their icons up on the right). I'd like to assign a shortcut for activating each one of them, i.e. a shortcut that simulates clicking the mouse on them.
One extension e.g. is a dictionary and it would be more than useful to be able to open it without tinkering with the mouse.
There's a way to do this in chrome://extensions if you go to the bottom of the page and find "Configure commands" link.
I also am wondering about how to do this, and here is the possible solution suggested by Misha Kupriyanov:

You can take the Quick Disable Chrome extension by +Paul Kinlan (you can find the source on github)
It uses the chrome.management API http://code.google.com/chrome/extensions/management.html
and now you can write your own pageAction extension ;) = include on each page your JavaScript for catching keyboard events and triggering enable/disable events via chrome.management API
Also check out the Vimium (also open source) by Ilya Sukhar (i am not sure its his account)
Try Autohot, it's a free tool that makes it easy to automate that kind of things, easiest would be:
wait for your "keyboard shortcut" to be fired
check that google chrome is the active window
click on the fixed mouse coordinate to activate the extension
