I am trying to make it so that I only have to update one page for my menu bar. This is an intranet page for internal use only. I don't wish to use PHP.
The issue I am having is that once I scroll over the menu tab and the dropdowns show they are stuck in the iframe and will not flow onto the main page.
Is there any way to fix this so that someone wont need to scroll through the iframe just to click the menu tab.
<body>
<iframe frameborder="0" height="260px" width="100%" src="Navigation.html" name="iframe_a" allowfullscreen wmode="transparent"></iframe>
<p style="font-family: Arial; text-align: center;" class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size: 18pt;">NEW SPECIFICATIONS AND UPDATES</span></b></p>
<p style="font-family: Arial; text-align: center;" class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size: 18pt;"></span></b></p>
<span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;"><big>Please be advise the December 2015 update for Traffic Control (TC) Signs has been released.</big><br>
<br>
</span>
Your thought on this would be greatly appreciated

I have an email that goes out weekly with a section at the top designed to link to the other sections of the email. However, when someone clicks the links, they scroll down the page a little bit, but don't stop at the correct section. An example of one of these links is below:
• Featured Topic Page
And the section that link is meant to reference is below:
<h2 style="font-size: 18px; color: #005883; margin: 0 0 12px; line-height: 22px" id="#topics">Featured Topic Page</h2>
I am new at this so please let me know if I should provide more information or if I should repost this in a different way! Thank you.
Try this!
Just remove the id="#topics" from your h2 element and then it will work fine. Also make sure whether there is a proper space between these two elements otherwise you will not be able to catch the difference.

<div style="width: 100px; height: 1000px;"></div><!-- Ignore this rule -->
<h2 style="font-size: 18px; color: #005883; margin: 0 0 12px; line-height: 22px" id="topics">Featured Topic Page</h2>
Thanks and best regards!
For some reason, the ending of my email gets messed up any time there's a list (or div, or blockquote) above it. If I remove the list, then the problem magically goes away. Everything is closed properly, everything is aligned properly, etc. So I'm at a loss - what am I doing wrong? Template below:
<div style="max-width: 600px !important; padding: 20px; background-color: #FFFFFF"><p style="color: #191C22;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;margin: 10px 0;padding: 0;mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;font-size: 16px;line-height: 150%;text-align: left; width: 100%;">Hi! <br>

I can't for the life of me figure out what is causing this little white box when hovering over a button. I've recreated the code on codepen and it isn't there.
The html for the section is:
<div class="custom">
<h3><span style="color: #ffffff; margin-top: 50px;"><br>
Thinking of a new website?</span></h3>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #ffffff;">Get started with this free guide</span></p>
<h4 style="text-align: left; margin-top: 20px;"><span style="color: #ffffff;">8 Steps To A High Impact Website Redesign</span><br>
<span style="color: #ffffff;"><small>How To Finally Get Your Website Sorted (And Actually Getting Results)</small></span></h4>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #ffffff;"><a class="manual-optin-trigger" data-optin-slug="rnrqwxq9x7zlekfs" href="#" style="color: #ffffff;"><span class="btn">Send me the guide</span></a></span></p>
</div>
There are a couple of extensive stylesheets which apply to the page, so I'm not sure whether it would be easier to view the page here.
The button in question is the one about half way down under the heading 'Thinking of a new website?'. If you hover over the button that says 'Send me the guide' you will see it turns yellow and a white box appears to the right of it....I'm baffled???
Can anyone provide any ideas as to what might be causing it?
Thank you in advance.

Sorry that this is a question asked a lot, but y'know it's a bit of a specific instance problem. I can't tell why it isn't scrolling. Here's my code:
* {
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
text-align: center;
font-size: 40px;
}
<div style="padding:20px;background-color:#000033;height:1500px;">
<div id='stars'></div>
<div id='stars2'></div>
<div id='stars3'></div>
<p style="color: #FFFFFF";><b>TITLE1</b></p>
<p style="color: #FFFFFF";> PARAGRAPH </p>
<p style="color: #FFFFFF";>SUBPARAGRAPH
<p style="color: #FFFFFF";>V0.81
</sub>
</p>
<IMG height="1080" width="1920" SRC="bricks.png"><br>
<IMG height="1080" width="1920" SRC="pink.png"><br>
<IMG height="1080" width="1920" SRC="black.jpg"><br>
</div>
Sorry it's a mishmash. Any suggestions in terms of tidying it up are also appreciated. And the CSS of stars.css (http://pastebin.com/nSiiUy1d) is very large.
It's for a purely personal website, I just wanna scroll.
Remove that 1500px height from the div and you should be able to scroll.
Btw I recommend you not to use fixed widths and heights when coding your style attribute, try to use percentages instead, or event "max-width" if you want to put limits.
In terms of tidying, I recommend reading up on indentation, here's a decent article on the subject.
Here is the situation. I want to edit the HTML in my forum but there is no CSS support. I have included what I have, barring I didn't screw it up. What I want to do is put the three elements after the opening text side by side, in line. Next I want to do the same with the last to elements, the hit counters. My working knowledge is limited and I have tinkered to the last of my patience. I am a amateur, self taught, noob, whatever you want to call it so forgive my lack of knowledge.

You're using inline style ("style=...") already. Paragraph elements display "block" by default, which means they will each start a new line and span the the entire width available to them.
I'd suggest wrapping each set of tags you want vertically aligned together in a div and either change the display styling of your paragraphs or remove some of them.
