How to add admin chat UI using smooch? - smooch

I'm looking forward to implement chat window for admin where admin can reply to all customers. I am able to integrate chat with slack channel where admin can reply,But I couldn't find any inbuilt tool/plugin(web) available to implement that. Also didn't find any way to create a group chat.

As you probably guessed, Smooch is a platform that hooks up with popular chat systems and CRMs that already exist, such as Slack. However, Smooch itself is not a CRM, there is no Smooch admin chat UI.
It is entirely possible to build your own admin chat UI for Smooch. The first place to start would be our REST API docs.
In fact, the amazing team of developers at Front did this themselves this past February. You can give their Smooch integration a test drive here.
To answer your question about group chats: Smooch's model supports having many agents join the conversation on the business side, but a Smooch conversation is only designed to connect to a single end user identity. Note that an end user may use multiple different devices/clients to connect to a Smooch conversation (eg Facebook, SMS, etc) all end user clients connected to a conversation are considered to be owned by the same end user identity. How to avoid Restricted Scopes OAuth verification process for private scripts used only by me?

I have received email from Google with subject: [Action Required] Submit your app(s) for Restricted Scopes OAuth verification,
same as many of you.
I'm using GAS only for developing applications for my personal use - not for public. Applications such as sending summary emails to my clients, when they buy a product from my web pages.
Do I have to go through the whole process of verification?
Do I have to create public Terms of Service?
Is there any way how I can explain to google, that my applications are not used by anybody else then by
me?
How to get to know for sure that my app won't stop?
I have read through FAQ (https://support.google.com/cloud/answer/9110914) and many other documents by google about this topic..
I have checked similar questions found on web, but with no luck of answers.. It looks it's pretty new experience for all of us..

I have personal account, so I can't use "internal apps" selection, this works only for paid G-suite customers which I'm not.
EDIT:
As Yoel Vinitsky stated, app doesn't need verification if it has only one user.
Here at bottom: https://support.google.com/cloud/answer/7454865 is table which shows that there is quota 100 new users in total, once the app presents the unverified app screen.
It seems like that I don't have to worry about verification of my apps at all, because I'm the only one user or maybe I use this app from 2 or 3 more users emails so it should be ok, my question is, is it going to be ok without verification, or not?

But the question is how to avoid verification with personal accounts for my own scripts used only by me?
As mentioned in the support FAQ You linked to:
When can I skip publishing my app for a review?
You do not need to request for verification if your app is
going to be used in any of the following scenarios:
1) The app is not shared with anyone else.
2) The app is used to send emails through WordPress, or
3) similar single account SMTP plug-ins.
The only drawbacks should be the warning that your app is unverified and maybe quota limits.

Chatbase Login Integration

I integrated my application with the chatbase, but I would like my clients to have direct access to their email directly, as if it were a single step.
When I click a button in my application, it is directed to the logged-in chatbase screen.
Today I can only get it to the login screen, where it is still necessary to put the password to go to the dashboard, not logging directly into the application.
Is this possible? if yes, is there any kind of quickstart?

Have the user open a Chatbase account with a Google linked email address
Have the user create a Bot in order to obtain the API key
Have the user integrate their analytics on your platform by providing the API key
Send the messages from their bot to their Chatbase API
Provide the user deeplinks to the Chatbase reports from within your UI

Smooch - How to access conversations with free plan and Web-Messenger widget

Just created a new account and integration with Web messenger widget on smooch.io. (So no direct API or similar, just the widget)
I can see messages coming in through the logs tab, like this:
logs of incoming messages
But maybe I am dumb or blind, but I can't figure out how or where to respond to these conversations...

My company integrated the web messenger with slack. Every time someone writes via the web messenger, it shows up in slack.

What is the intended use case for app auth and app users?

I am trying to understand what is the intended use case for app auth and app users. Im basically thinking about building an app that would use Box to store data of users that would subscribe to our service. Our service would allow each user to access and view their data.
If I have an account that basically owns the data of all the subscribed users, can I use the enterprise access token as a base for authentication while using the user account token to restrict the user to only viewing the data from their specific sub directory. Or do I have to have a unique account with its own api key for every user?
I hope this makes sense. Any assistance would be appreciated.

App Auth and App Users -- which is officially called Box Platform -- is essentially a white-labeled version of Box. I think of it this way: "Box" as we know it is software-as-a-service. It offers a web app, mobile apps, and all the trimmings. Box Platform is the platform layer upon which the SaaS is built, providing API-based management of users/content/comments/collaborations/etc. With Box Platform you have a walled garden in which you can build apps that leverage all the features of the APIs, but are not otherwise "Box apps."

This is an appropriate use case. With Box Platform you will be the owner and administrator of a Box enterprise and all the accounts and data contained within.

I think it's generally cleanest to create unique accounts for each user as opposed to giving users a special subdirectory in the admin account. From there you can use the App Auth workflow to get an access token specific to that user.

The primary purpose of "on-behalf-of" is to make calls on behalf of your company's users as an administrator. A great use case is if you'd like to prepopulate your new hire's account with a set of folders before they start on day 1.
In order to get the listing of enterprise users in your account, you would use the following API call if you are an administrator: http://developers.box.com/docs/#users-get-all-the-users-in-an-enterprise. This is currently not built into the Java SDK, but it is open source if you want to submit a pull request to it to add the functionality.
