I inspected it with Google Chrome and found this :
<div class="_2p3a" style="min-width: 180px; width: 270px;">
It should be :
<div class="_2p3a" style="min-width: 160px; width: 188px;">
But how to change it? It's a css from facebook. I tried to override it like that:
Added this line in my style.css, it doesn't work :
._2p3a {
min-width: 160px !important;
width: 188px !important;
}
Thanks for you help

I am using 100% and margin:0; but still google map coming width it's extra with and page is fluiding when map is open.
#map {
margin: 0;
width: 100%;
display: none;
height: 400px;
}
This is what i am using for map. but still,
it's look like this at the right side of the page.
The parent element which contains #map might be having some extra width. To confirm, please try to give a fixed pixel width to #map and check if that solves the problem. Might be able to help you more if you could share your HTML code.
#Barbie
You can hide Extra space by just giving a property.
Also extra map isn't important as well.
:
overflow: hidden;

I was wondering if anyone knows why I can't click the "Get Directions" link at the top of the page.
http://progressivespineandsports.com/
There is a target of blank attribute on the link but I don't think that this has anything to do with the link not working.
add
.block.header {
position: relative;
z-index: 1;
}
to your css, for a quick fix.
The problem is that the #content div lays upon/above your header div.
Because div.block.header has a height of 0, all its children are float. So div#content stacks above the link, prevents you from clicking the header link.
Add overflow: hidden to div.block.header, or other clearfix tricks.

I'm havng this small problem with my dropdown menu.
I need the width fit the content inside the content
In my css I'm using
width: -ms-max-content;
width: -webkit-max-content;
width: -moz-max-content;
width: -o-max-content;
But it´s not working on IE, is there another method for doing this?
Thanks
Can you please try this code?
ul li a{
white-space:normal;
}
Get rid of the pull-left classes on your images, then it will work without having to use max-content.

I am working on a beginner project as I am new into web dev/design and am trying to center these images. I've included a link with screenshots of my code and the webpage in Firefox.
What normally works if your images are not wrapped in another div.
.grid {
margin:0 auto; // Shortcut for margin-left:auto and margin-right: auto
width: 1000px;
text-align: center;
}
What it does is align all of the contents to the center of the div.
However since all of your images are wrapped in another element they will not center depending on your styling of container elements.
What i would say is the best way to approach your issue:

For some reason, when I use inspect element on my file input, it shows where it's supposed to be. But it doesn't behave that way. Go to oceankarma.co and click post at the top. Then try clicking the youtube icon. Please help
All the icons are of different dimensions. Youtube, Vimeo icons are placed in tags while other black icons are used as background. This is causing the different styles.
Use same dimensions.
Same styles(except for background image so that everything is either called as background or everything via <img> tag)
If you do the above, it should give the result you expect.
I believe the issue you're referring to is that the the hidden file inputs are overflowing into the youtube link, try adding this to your CSS to fix it:
#servicetable tr td {
position: relative;
}
#upload_video input, #upload_photo input {
position: absolute;
left: 0;
}
Also note that you cannot set the cursor property for file inputs. you can read this question for more info
Sorry, but none of the existing answers helped me. Kind of like what koala_dev said, the inputs are overflowing. So I added a simple overflow:hidden style to the container and that fixed it.
