The three images in my code stay in place when the browser is resized. I'd like them to move and stack up instead. I'm struggling to figure out, and any help would be much appreciated.
This is my code (I'm a newbie):

You have a max-width set to 30%, use a media query to change this to 100% on smaller screens.

I want my website to be responsive and adjust to any device. I'm using glitch.com to create this website. For example on mac os, when I set my website to full screen there is a scrolling bar even thought I don't want there to be one. How can I achieve a responsive website? I've tried scaling my website down when on different devices but it wont work. Also, I provided some images and code below (including my website).

Here's an image of when the browser is resized:
You can use the Bootstrap Grid System for a responsive website. The layout is in the form of rows and columns that can be adjusted depending on the device size.
Here's the documentation link.
Personally, I like AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages.) I myself use it for my site and it works good with page layouts.
AMP has a page on how to set up your HTML document to make a responsive mobile page. Here is the article
I suggest you to follow #media rule. CSS Grid Layout Module will help you to solve the arisen problem. For an example I have put a solution code.

If I want to change the background color of my text inside the parallax scrolling effect there's a white bar on top of it. I tried changing every color that I wrote down but it didn't disappeared. You can see the white bar here. Do I need to change a color in CSS or do I need to need to create a new div?

I've heard about responsive design already, but I can't figure it out. I'm not the greatest at coding and it was hard to achieve what I have so help is appreciated a ton.
Your code has some mistakes on it, you have ; on your img element and your style element should be in the head tag, and the reason why your website is not responsive is because you are using position:absolute, keep your website simple, or if you really want to still use position:absolute, then that div should be contained on another div but set it it to position:relative.
Anyways, I fixed it and now totally responsive, here it is:
* {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
box-sizing: border-box;
}
body {
font-family: 'Poppins', sans-serif;

For make a website responsive you need to avoid px and use %, vw (viewport width) or vh (viewport height).
After in your css you need to declare #media only screen and (max-width: screenSizepx) and inside make the responsive layout for each screen.
Usually i make this with:
#media only screen and (max-width: 1000)
#media only screen and (max-width: 550px)
#media only screen and (max-width: 400px)
When I run my code in the browser, I have this little line of white space at the bottom of the page. I’ve been trying different solutions but can’t seem to find one that works. Below is the home.html page. Maybe someone here can shed some light into the problem.
<html>

I cannot for the life of me figure out why that little line of white space is in there at the very bottom. screenshot
Yes, I have observed white space showing in the bottom. It is because the elements inside body tag is not occupying the full available body size.
elemets heights are as
body- 722
header- 104
.showcase- 251enter code here
.info-bar- 201
.testimonials- ~71
footer- ~62
the white space in the botom is remaining area of viewport. If you make the browser smaller the white space will go away.
To fix this proble you can use below css to the body.
body {
font-family: Tahoma, Verdana, Segoe;
font-size: 15px;
line-height: 1.5;
padding: 0;
margin: 0;
background-color: #ffffff;
/* Add below lines*/
display: flex;
flex-direction: column;
align-items: stretch;
}
So i made a Watchlist which is actually just a picture gallery and a menu right now. but on the second, the bigger screen the pictures are overlaying my menu.
https://imgur.com/a/FUycbCo
well i think that its because i used px instead of % or smth like that so i tried changing it but the problem is finding out where. some of the tags dont even work with % for some reason. also im not even sure that thats the problem. thats just a guess from me.

i expect it to look nice
it doesnt look nice.
I would suggest you to post the whole HTML and CSS somewhere here or maybe on share a codepen, so that we can debug your code.
Also, I would suggest you to use grid and flex for making layouts for your website. For example I can see that your design structure can we implemented using basic grid and flex . The implementation in your case would be basic and it would be a good start for you. Consider learning them.
I have made changes in your code, added flex and grid. I have also implimented a responsiveness code, so that if the screen size reduces things still look good.

I have created your layout using basic simple use of grid and flex.
