Disabled footer SSRS with No Row Message - reporting-services

I am working on a SSRS report where I am displaying a NO Row message on a Tablix but I can still see the footer of this report.
Please let me know if there is any way to hide the report footer when there is no rows in the dataset for a given condition.
Thanks
Yogesh

Aside from changing all the fields to blank in the footer when your dataset returns empty.
Another way is to use Visibility. Hide all the fields in the footer when the dataset returns empty.
I can only think of these solutions from now based from your scenario.

SSRS Column Header Repeat in Corresponding Pages

I am a Beginner in SSRS where i am Getting this Random Conflict--My Column Headers are Not Repeating in the Next Pages of my RDL.
How to Achieve this?? Can you all please help me out.
Depending on the version SSRS you are running you may have to do it another way. Select the tablix and then under the Columns Groups click the down arrow on the right of the header and select "Advanced".
Then under Row Groups select the Static item at the top. The properties should refresh and set the property "RepeatOnNewPage" to true and the "KeepWithGroup" to after.

ssrs - how to use a group by in the header

My aim is to have that
I want to add a colum name, on my header that will be in a group. That column name will be linked to an existing group within the body of my report
This is what I've done
I tried to put a column name inside of a textbox , within the header
=(Fields!EVENEMENTS_TYPE_LIBEL.Value, "DataSetEvtsLibel")
It did not work. The only thing possible is to have an agreggate (see below)
=First(Fields!EVENEMENTS_TYPE_LIBEL.Value, "DataSetEvtsLibel")
I then created a parameter Libel, I've used a query to provide available values inside of the parameter.
It gives me the relevant field but alas it does not do the grouping.
I looked at the internet but I did not find anything relevant.
If you have any tips, they are more than welcomed.
Thanks
Update: Should I mention I'm talking about Page header
You can create a Group Header in order to show the current value in the header between each instance of your group.
In the Row Groups pane, right click Details group, and add a parent group.
Select EVENEMENTS_TYPE_LIBEL in the group by drop down list, and mark the Add group header check box.
Now in the tablix delete the first row and the first column. You should get a tablix like this:
Merge the first row in one cell and use EVENEMENTS_TYPE_LIBEL field.
Add the columns in the next row, you will have to insert an additional row for column headers, so use insert inside the group:
It should produce the following tablix:
UPDATE: Adding textbox with the current group present in the page.
See the header textbox properties in the tablix and look for the textbox name:
Now in the Page Header textbox use:
=ReportItems!Textbox176.Value
It will show something like this:
Hope this be what you are looking for.
Looks like you would like to dynamic change the report header value based on tablix row group value change.
If the answer is YES, you may refer to SSRS dynamic change the report header textbox value based on tablix row group value change
Actually, I have a SSRS report needed to do that. And the answer provided by #Hannover Fist solved my issue.
Hope this help.

ROW Headers not appearing SSRS

I have a report which is a tablix without any details group or any group for that matter. I have a row headers which are based on an expression that I would like to repeat on each of the page. But within the report, I do not see these headers being repeated. Is it because I have no grouping?
What am i doing wrong? How can I get these to appear?
Right Click on Tablix>Tablix Properties
You will see the different options for Row Headers and Column header.
You will not be able to create a static header without a row group within a tablix. However, this is possible within a matrix. I had to re-create the table as a matrix. Then I was able to add the static row header to each page.

RDLC report, How to combine the bottom of tablix with page footer

Help me please.
A Tablix has 7 rows but I need to increase height of tablix until it matches the footer.
What should I do?
[Edited.]
According to below figure, I tried to insert a lot of blank rows to a Tablix.
And I used an Expression for setting visibility each row.
Example :
-If Dataset has one record. One Blank row will hide.
-If Dataset has two records. Two Blank rows will hide.
But It is inflexible because some rows aren't a single Line.
Using RDLC 2005 you can simulate this behaviour with:
a Body section with Body.Height = Page.Height - Footer.Height - TopMargin - BottomMargin
a Tablix without border
a Rectangle for every column to simulate with Rectangle.Height = Body.Height; set its RepeatWith property to Tablix
In order to simplify some operations you could put your Total textbox in the Footer or consider it when you build your Body section as explained before.
There is an example of what I mean (Tablix with red border and Rectangle with black border):
Another, though more complicated way, of forcing the height would be to use Subreports for each of the columns.
Each Subreport would list the table contents for that column as a single list.
You could then force height of a single table row to reach the footer... If the Subreport does not require the entire space it will return whitespace

SSRS - rsMultiReportItemsInPageSectionExpression Error

The Particulars:
I have a report that displays information about invoices. There is a page break between multiple invoices (each invoice gets its own page). What I want in the report header is the result of this expression (ex. "June, 2009"):
=MonthName(Month(ReportItems!textbox1.Value)) & ", " & cstr(Year(ReportItems!textbox1.Value))
But I get this exception (textbox2 is in the header):
Error 1 [rsMultiReportItemsInPageSectionExpression]
The Value expression for the textbox
‘textbox2’ refers to more than one
report item. An expression in a page
header or footer can refer to only one
report item.
First of all... Why would that even matter?! Second of all... How can I work around this strange restriction?
The Big Picture:
The reason I'm grabbing the text from another textbox is to work around the restriction that you can't use data fields in a header or footer. So there's a hidden column that shows the invoice date next to every transaction. Then the table header has the expression:
=First(Fields!InvoiceDate.Value, "table1_Group1")
This seems ridiculous and I hope I'm just doing something wrong. Yes I realize I could simply have a "month" and "year" text box in the header but that pushes the complexity way too high for the simple requirement of showing an invoice date in the header of a report.
One wild guess would be that textbox1 exists for every page of your report. So if you have two invoices, you'll have two pages and thus 2 x textbox1, so SSRS does not know which one to refer to.
You might try to play with report parameters as described here. If nothing else helps, I guess you'll have to put the invoice ID into the report body.
I came back to this issue and found a way around the buggy behavior in SSRS.
All formatting can be done inside the column header instead of up in the page header. The text box in the page header simply grabs the already formatted (and complete) text from the column header all at once. No more multiple references.
This is a hackish workaround for a strange limitation which is the result of a hackish workaround for another strange limitation. But it works.
