The question is opposite to this one.
Say I open link in a new tab. Currently it is opened, but not loaded. It starts loading only when I select it. I want so that I open a lot of links on a page and those tabs start loading without need to be selected.
Furthermore, there is another problem. When I open link, select that tab, tab is loaded. Then I go to another tab, do something there and return to the first tab. So this tab starts to reload again.
How to fix this?
My version of Chrome is - 48.0.2564.116. It starts to happen recently.
If you are using (in settings) "continue where you left off" then switch to "Open specific page or set of pages" try it there, then switch back

Usually, when I want to test CSS modifications, live, in Chrome, I use:
Right click > Inspect
Use the bottom right pannel, and use the + button to add a new class, and then edit it there.
But I've noticed there's even a handier way: open an "Inspector stylesheet" that opens a blank CSS document, that can be edited, and modifications are displayed live:
Question: what's the easiest/fastest way to open such an "Inspector stylesheet" in Google Chrome?
(by fastest, I mean faster than Right click, Inspect, + add a new class, click on the little inspector stylesheet link, etc.)
I cannot find it in a menu of Chrome's console/developer tools.

I don't have one easy shortcut, but I can get you there a tiny bit faster:
F12 to open DevTools.

Once inspector-stylesheet is created, and I close it or close DevTools, how to find it again?
If you've closed DevTools when the inspector-stylesheet was still open, just go to the Sources tab directly (in DevTools, topbar) and the inspector-stylesheet should still be open.
If you've closed the inspector-stylesheet itself, then, while on the Sources tab, press Ctrl+P and type "inspector-stylesheet", usually after "in..." you will already see the inspector-stylesheet at the top of the suggestion-list of available files.
And it should also still be visible at the top of the Styles-panel on the Elements tab, where you first created it.
I want to debug code at the same time as I see what is being sent on the network tab without having to go back and forth between the Network tab and Sources tab. Is there a way to do this as of chrome Version 52.0.2743.82 or Version 54.0.2810.2 canary?
I know that it is possible to log http request in the console which can be visible with other tabs open but I want the actuall networks tab if possible..

This is now possible in Chrome 87. Right click Network in the menu and select "Move to bottom"

You can view 'Quick source' while viewing the Network panel (or the other main panels) at the same. This will allow you to view the source and add breakpoints.
However, it's not possible to step through code using the debugging in the split view. Chrome will automatically switch to the Sources tab if you use the shortcuts.
It's also not possible to have an extension running a separate instance of the debugger as the Chrome Debugging Protocol doesn't allow simultaneous clients to be connected.
I will open up a discussion with other Chromium contributors into the feasibility of sharing the debugging controls in the split view. I don't know whether it will or can be done easily. I suspect it's a fair amount of work.
If you would like to set up the split view, as it's useful anyway, go to overflow menu on the right side and select 'More Tools' and then select 'Show console'. This makes sure the panel loads below the main one.
On the left side of the panel that shows, click the overflow menu and select 'Quick source'.
You will now see a small Sources panel.
Since I was referred here from this question, I'll answer here.
In my scenario I need to be able to work on two different source files (under DevTools->Sources) simultaneously, for instance an html and a css file.
My workaround was to work on two separate tabs.
Right click one of them and click 'Open in new tab'.
When the new tab is open press F12 to open DevTools, and dock the two editors side by side (Focus on one and pressing ⊞+→ then leftwards on the other one).

How to get a warning massage if i accidently click the close button of the chrome browser which have multiple tabs opened at that time?
I am a regular user of Crome and having this problem while using it. I normally open multiple tabs inside a single browser but sometimes i accidently click the close button of browser and as soon as the button is clicked crome does't give any warning issue about multiple active tabs and close the entire window.
Is the end user like me is browsing on normal crome window then he can open the websites again by checking the web history but if he is browsing inside private browser then he can't do anything(this happens with me very regularly because i normally browse in private browser). On the other hand if you accidently click the close button in mozilla which have multiple tabs open it throws a warning massage to the user and asks for his wish.
Go find an extension called "Keep One Pinned Tab". It may not be exactly the function you need, but if you search for other extensions, I am sure there is such an extension that does just that. If you can't find one, I suggest to learn how to develop extensions and make one yourself, you can share it with others when it's done.
When I run my project in Netbeans 6.8, it loves to open the index page automatically. It's annoying because I always keep a tab with the page I'm working on when I work, so I don't need this index page. It also makes my current page lose focus.
I have tried not specifying an index or my project URL, but then I can't run or save my project.
How can I prevent it from doing so?
In NetBeans 7.4:
Right-click your project, select 'Properties'
In left hand pane of popup, select 'Run Configuration'
In the right pane of the popup, in the bottom right corner of the list of fields, click 'Advanced...'
Select radio button 'Do Not Open Web Browser'
I ran into that issue as well. The solution is quite simple - go to the menu bar:
Run/Run File.
That's it. It will just run the current php script without going to the index.php.
Basically, you want to reopen the same page (refresh it ?) in the browser ? You can set settings in the project properties > run configuration, then chaange the index file or project url. But apart from that I am afraid that you can't do anything to prevent opening a new window on run. When you click 'run', netbeans says to your OS : "Hey, let's open that page (your_project_URL/index_file) now". The OS thinks and execute a command like "default_browser url", where the argument "url" is here your_project_URL/index_file. Then the browser thinks it's a new page to open, and BAM, opens a new page.
Just use shift+F6 which will open the current page with focus.

Since recently (Chrome 18), you can right-click any breakpoint in the Breakpoints pane and voila! The "Remove All JavaScript Breakpoints" popup menu item!
Chrome Devtools crashed everytime I tried to access the Sources panel because of a breakpoint on a minified Javascript file.
To remove all breakpoints without access to the interface, you can do the following:
Open inspector-on-inspector : undock first inspector and hit ctrl+shift+i to open the second
On the inspector-on-inspector console, execute the following:
window.localStorage.breakpoints = [];
Close the inspectors and reload the page. Now the breakpoints are gone.
Under Sources, you can click button marked with red on picture below or use shortcut Ctrl + F8 just like tool tip is showing (activate / deactivate breakpoints). A little bit lower under 'Breakpoints' you will see all your breakpoints. If you choose to disable all, they will be grayed out.

Another option is to de-activate all break points using:
Ctrl + F8
In my case Uninstall and new installation of Chrome was without any success.
Also window.localStorage.clear() did not help.
My "last chance solution" is to remove entire directory where Chrome is storing its data.
First turn off your Chrome.
Then look at this path "c:\Users\ {your_user} \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Storage\". Here try to delete all what is in this directory.
You can also clear all inspector settings and reload the inspector. It helped me with fantom breakpoint I could not remove in any other way. Open inspector and go to Preferences -> Sync -> Restore defaults and reload (at the bottom).
