I want to automate some tasks that i do daily, to save time and effort.
Daily, when I switch on my computer the main things I do is login to Gmail and TFS server on chrome, and on Mozilla Firefox I open an other account(client account)(as these accounts are in different proxy i have to use two different browsers)
What I want is to automate this, like when I start my computer it has to automatically open and login to the sites on both Chrome and Mozilla
I have made Chrome and Mozilla to open the sites on its startup and placed the Chrome and Mozilla on windows startup(Shell:Startup) of windows,
By doing this each time I close and reopen chrome or Mozilla, it opens those sites again, I want those sites to open only on my system first boot up not every time I open them
Can I do this? anyyy suggestions are welcome please..!!

Use a Batch file with code like this:
start "Firefox" "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" http://site1.com http://site2.com http://site3.com
Then set the Batch file on windows startup - u now can set the startpage of firefox to google or sth. else. The Batch file will open 3 Tabs in this case.
For the login there u can use Cookies, so you dont get signed out. Do you have disabled the history?
Otherwise u can use a programm like EventGhost to capture some tasks. The Programm will emulate keyboard and mouse.

One solution would be to use a software like Easy macro recorder, or any equivalent, which records your actions and repeat them. I assume in this case that all elements will be at the same position on your screen.
If you want to automatize online tasks, you can make a php script with cUrl or use a Mozilla plugin like selenium, and simply add your browser to the start menu.

Within my companies Intranet, we have FTP links to certain files. This morning, a few of my PCs stopped downloading the files and instead prompted me to open them with IE (I was using Chrome). The versions of Chrome on each PC are updated to the most recent (Version 87.0.4280.66). I changed the default app for opening FTP files to Chrome, which only alleviated the IE message, but still refuses to download. I have compared settings with a few PCs that are working as intended and cannot find a difference that would cause this. Is there perhaps something I am overlooking? How can I fix this issue?
FTP support in Chrome is deprecated.
The current FTP implementation in Google Chrome has no support for
encrypted connections (FTPS), nor proxies. Usage of FTP in the browser
is sufficiently low that it is no longer viable to invest in improving
the existing FTP client. In addition more capable FTP clients are
available on all affected platforms.
It is disabled by default in Chrome 87.
It will be removed completely in Chrome 88.

I am facing one issue on chrome search engine. Whenever I searched something it shows ads urls why?
Please check below the image. Can I add an ad blocker extension?
These 3 steps should solve your problem:
1. Download adwcleaner from here https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/ and run it. After clean, restart PC.
2. Download free trial of Malewarebytes from here https://pl.malwarebytes.com/ and perform FULL SCAN.
3. Download HitmanPro from here https://www.hitmanpro.com/en-us/hmp.aspx and perform FULL SCAN. This is not freeware, but 30 days are free. Restart PC.
After these steps, your browser should be clean.
And, one for-future advice - before you will download something from the Internet, or install, read carefully while downloading/installing. Problem of your kind are usually because of installing some freeware software with hidden aggrements to install web browser's extensions, which are later hard to remove.

I am using google chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 on windows 7 pro 32-bit and after that every tab is showing this message "Your connection is not private". I believe after update into latest release its stop working. Any guidance
In order to resolve this problem, firstly, you need to test the range of this error by using another browser, such as Firefox and load the same website. If you get a similar error message, which is: Your connection is not secure, then definitely something was wrong with your computer, not from Google Chrome.
However, if the problem is only come from Google Chrome, then you can start to diagnose and troubleshoot.
Solution #1: Clean up all cookies and cached files on your browser.
Solution #2: You can add "--ignore-certificate-errors" in the
shortcut of Google Chrome to turn off this annoying warning. This is
for temporary, not real solution to fix it.
Besides, you should also check again your date and time to make sure those settings are correct.
In case this error is appeared in both Google Chrome and Firefox (or any other web browsers), then you should take a look at your antivirus software. A feature called SSL scanning or something similar would be the cause of it.
After trying those solutions but still getting this error, I would recommend using CCleaner to uninstall Google Chrome completely and then download it again into your computer. This will help you to remove all outdated & invalid settings of Google Chrome out of your computer, which could lead to this error. However, make sure to use Google Chrome Sync to backup your sensitive data first (saved passwords).

I don't know why but this has been happening for a while now:
In every browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE) there is always a script attached at the end of the code.
That's the script:
http://cupons.dantis.com.br/api/app/landing.php?app=QUMtMjItMEItQkQtODAtQUQ=&aff=999999&partner=999999
It's an adware or something, I blocked the domain coupons.dantis.com.br on my hosts file only so the php script won't run and gather my personal info.
But the script is always there anyways, I have tried unninstalling the browsers and the extensions, I have removed many programs that seemed suspicious, nothing.
I ran Junkware Removal Tool, AdwCleaner, antivirus, Malware Bytes.
I'm desperate.
I need to track the process behind this script inclusion or a way to block it trough the browser.
Image:
Ok, got it!
There was a process called viva.exe
I tracked down the folder where the exe was at, and closed the process. Then deleted the file.
The script is gone.

I'm currently connected to one of my Windows 7 desktops from another Windows 7 desktop through Google Chrome Remote Desktop application. My current issue is that because it runs in the Chrome browser, whenever I try to use Windows functions (Windows + L to lock for example) it issues the commands on the desktop that I am remote connecting FROM, and not the desktop which I am remote connecting TO.
Quick example: I am connecting to one of my desktops and wish to instantly lock. I press Windows + L and the PC I am connecting through locks instead of the computer I am remote connecting to.
Does anyone know of any work around?
I have seen that Chrome supplies a couple of 'send keys' e.g. CTRL+ALT+DEL and Prtscn, it would also be really useful if you could add personalised send keys, and have looked everywhere bit can't seem to find the option to create send keys.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
Many thanks all,
Dave
The only way I've found to use Win + ___ commands is to get it through the start menu. There is a check option to use right Ctrl as Win key, but it doesn't record multiple key presses. It sends it once when you let the key go, making it impossible to use multi key commands.
So when I want to lock the computer, I do it through the start menu.
