Can you save an image in angular without the backend?

I want to save an image in angular's Assert folder or in a folder created by me. I occupy the input file and a button, nothing more when I save the selected image, I want it to be uploaded or copied to said folders or folder. Can this be done without the backend?
I have been looking for information and watching videos but most of them either use firebase or some other service, I just want it locally. Please, your help would help me a lot.
If I understand your question correctly, you are asking if, at runtime, you can create a file in your Angular applications' 'assets' folder.
This is not possible, because the 'assets' folder is a compile-time artifact. It only exists in your source code tree. In the compiled application, the assets folder does not exist.
Furthermore, when the folder exists, it only does so on the computer on which you wrote the application. The user is running it in their web browser, which is generally running on their computer, not yours.
Now, if you are just asking if you can save a file on the user's computer, take a look at File Save functionality in Angular

Node.js/Express.js - How to render a remote HTML file to the client?

I am currently in the process of making a blog website, writers for this website have the ability to upload AMP HTML files and the assets required for does files to work. Both the html file and their assets get sent to our CDN.
Now, when a client visits the website in the link example.com/13215 the server gets the parameter 13215 and checks what post it refers to in the database and retrieves the link to the HTML file. How can I send this HTML file to the front end with Node.js/Express.js even though it is a remote file.
Just copy pasting the URL into response.sendFile() and response.render() functions just throws errors. I thought about reading the file contents then writing them to a file then sending them to the client but I don't think that's a good idea performance wise.
Is there a way to achieve this?

Express static file is not updating

I'm running a local server with express. The server is able to display some local files from my computer. Amongst them there is a file called "lastResult.txt" which gets updated every time I run a bash script.
For some reason, when I run the server and try to display the file, it shows a version from a week ago. This file file has been updated locally more recently than a week ago. This persists even after restarting the server or even on different browsers.
I am using the serve-index module to display directories.
You didn't say how do you serve the static files - with express.static or with some custom handlers. The express.static doesn't cache the files but your custom handlers might. In any case, those files can be cached on the client depending on the value of ETag and Max-Age but even then they should not persist after accessing with another browser.
From what you're describing it seems that you are not updating the correct files, or in the correct directory. Of course it's impossible to be sure since you didn't include even a single line of your code so one can only speculate but it seems to be the case.
This question has already been answered.
I'm adding to it in case someone needs an example of a problem like this, (that is non-obvious).
Had a similar problem while using EJS and express.
I was importing a header.
The header loaded the CSS.
There was a CSS file named base.css in two different folders (same CSS file name two different folders projectroot/pages/base.css && projectroot/views/base.css )
The folder the header.ejs file was in was projectroot/views/ (this is the base.css I wanted)
From a path perspective to intentionally load the other css file should have required: ../pages/base.css
To be completely explicit I should have references the CSS file in the local directory like this: ./base.css but instead I referenced it like base.css
Surprisingly ... the CSS file that was being loaded was the one in the projectroot/pages/ directory not the projectroot/views/ directory
Changing the reference to ./base.css fixed the problem

save html page from the server by URL with no changes - get the exact copy, the clone

Let's say I have a URL http://example.com/path/to/document.html
That's the html document, the file, that has no external css or js.
If I open it in Google Chrome and save it with Ctrl+S locally, the content is changed. The content of that html file starts with <!-- saved from url= which is not I want at all. I need to get the exact html document, even spaces count.
The second option is to copy it with Ctrl+U (View Source), Select All and paste it into new document, save it and rename it. This is better, however spaces, tabs and end of file will be different depending on what operation system I'm using.
I need the exact copy of that html file - byte to byte.
How to make it?
This is a practical question as I need slightly modify that document.
I'm sorry there is no any source code in my question, but this question is about web developing.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
P.S. Of course that document could be generated by php or whatever, the part of the code can be even extracted from the db, but not in my case. I know that's a plain file.
I'd delete the comment after saving from Chrome, use wget in a linux environment, or open the page as an InputStream in Java. Do all three, run a diff, and if two arrived identical assume that's the file on the server.
Why do you need a byte-for-byte copy of the file on the server anyway, and why can't you ftp the file? There is always the chance that the server will serve different html files depending on your user-agent, but there are other tools which may be better than Chrome for getting your copy and many can spoof a user-agent as well.

How can i get the path of file?

:image => StorageRoom::Image.new_with_filename(path)
I have to get the path of the image. So far i have specified the path manually and it worked and now i have put in heroku but it shows Load Error - No such file present.
How can i get the path value of the local system using browse button.
Your problem may not be related to path names, but to the fact that Heroku has a read-only file system. If you try to write files onto disk in a Heroku app, it simply doesn't work -- the file will not be saved.
The exception is the "temp" directory. You can save files there, but they are not guaranteed to persist for longer than the duration of a single request.
Is the file you are trying to open actually saved in your Git repo? If so, it will be on the disk in your Heroku app, and you should be able to open it.
To see what the filesystem layout looks like on your Heroku instance, you can create a controller method like:
render :inline => Dir['**/*'].inspect
File.expand_path
Reference : http://saaridev.blogspot.com/2006/11/ruby-finding-absolute-path-of-running.html
You don't need the full path. As far as file path in the client machine is concerned for file uploads, the path is irrelevant as it poses security risks for the user.
Most modern browsers don't send the file path for file uploads. You could get the path using Javascript or Flash but still I don't see the logic behind doing this.
When a user clicks on the submit button the browser should at least send you the file name with the file data together with a bunch of other information like the mime type. Your web server would either write the file to disk or process it in memory assuming you have near infinite memory resources. Look at the RFC 1867 for file uploads for more on this.
