I am creating a floating banner ad that is supposed to stay fixed to the bottom of the page. I created the ad and uploaded it to DoubleClick Studio. In the preview tab I'm seeing that the ad doesn't stay fixed to the bottom of the page and instead moves up and down with the content as it scrolls. I've inspected the banner on Chrome to find that the container div that houses the ad is set to position absolute instead of position fixed. If it was set to fixed this would solve the issue, but I have no control over changing the positioning of the container of the ad, I can only say where the ad should be positioned - bottom, top, left or right.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Does anyone have any ideas for how this can be fixed? I've reached out to a few people at DoubleClick hoping that they'll have some suggestions, but I thought that the stackoverflow community would be able to help as well.
If it helps, I used Google Web Designer to create the banner ad. This is the first HTML5 ad that I've created and uploaded to DoubleClick Studio. All previous ads were Flash banners.
As I remember correctly, floating ad will appear on top of the website contents and then fade away.
As a designer & banner developer you should consider to develop the ad and the publisher will put it on their website. So if the publishter on the specsheet wrote they will align the ad on the bottom of the page, they will.
To check on how it will look on the bottom of the page, you can go to DoubleClick Studio -> creatives tab -> preview section => Then choose 'Show Details' button. There will be expanded tab on left hand side.
Then select the 'Display Properties'.
This is the area you can place your ad on the screen for test purposes.
But keep in mind this is only for test and the publisher will place your ad based on their specifications.
Thanks.

I want to scrape a grocery store ad like the "weekly ad" found here.
Some of the information I want is available when inspecting the html of the elements, but the full details of what I want aren't visible until an individual item is clicked at which point an overlay box pops up, and the full details are visible in the html of the overlay box element.
Is there a way to fetch the text of the overlay box for each item in the ad without having to actually mimic clicking on each item? I have written such scripts with WebDriver and Sikuli years ago, but I'm thinking there must be a better way!
Is it possible to simulate clicking on every item simultaneously, then copying the html all at once?
I am open to any language or tool you might suggest. Thanks in advance.
I am using chrome browser and have installed ad blocker plus plugin in it.
When i navigate to a specific page given below.
Times of India news page
I get a alert on the page, which doesn't have a close option as shown in the screen shot. To remove the alert we need to disable Ad block plus. How do we create these kind of alerts and how do we close the alert without disabling ad block plus
When testing an ad locally I only have one close button, but when testing in DoubleClick Studio a second button and white bottom and left borders are added.
Can someone explain how I obtain a result with only one close button?
I guess you are uploading to Studio with a wrong dimension..
I added a responsive Google Ad to our game's website, which is a simple static bootstrap based site:
http://dealoround.com which will resolve to

My problem is that no Ad shows up. First I put the Ad code at the end of the HTML. Then I thought that maybe it doesn't show up, because I'm just running the development version of the website from my local machine, but my AdSense account doesn't have any restrictions on who can display my ad unit. So I pushed my changes to GitHub, but still no luck. Finally I tried to move the code to the footer, also didn't help.
When I inspect the DOM, the ins element is there, but hidden. If I say window.adsbygoogle.push({}) to try to get it alive, nothing changes, but the function returns the value 2, whatever that means (does anyone know?).
I'm total newbie to AdSense. All helps are welcome.
I can see your ad perfectly, but only after I have paused 'AdBlock' on my browser.
See the below screenshot of your site:

I want to create an ad unit to display at mobile devices. After i clicked add ad unit button, i can not find the way to create mobile ad unit.
In the tutorial of offical google dfp ,i've found there's an arrow right aside of the add ad unit button. it's not displayed in my browser.
see my picture below.
That is an old tutorial. DFP recently changed so that there is now only one type of ad unit and it detects whether to serve a mobile or desktop ad automatically.
