I want to create a pdf manipulating app and forshowing I use a html file with the pdf. I read that Adobe Reader is a "Free Licensed Software".
So May I use Adobe Reader for the Viewing for free or do I have to buy a License ?
Adobe Reader is a free licensed software (but not open).

From within my Access app, I'm able to open, edit, save and close a PDF file using the Adobe Acrobat reference. The app had been running great until recently. Now, the "Save" command no longer works. Is anyone aware of a patch, update, etc. from either Microsoft or Adobe that might be causing this issue?
Looks like a bug in Acrobat version 2021.011.20039 which was auto-updated 1/12/22. I rolled-back to my previous version and all is well.

I have a stupid question which I can't find the answer. If I download a video or a music with IDM from the site with name X, the owner can see if I downloaded the video? Is there any way to track it? Thank you
Yes the owner of the website you are downloading from can track the traffic and which files you downloaded. That doesn't necessarily mean that they does it because a system that does that will probably have to be set up manually (depending on hosting service).

I remember encountering a commercial software that scanned a project's source code and provided a list of all the different software licenses it used. That is, it would find all the third party code used in a project and give their licenses (Apache, GPL, ...).
Can anyone provide a link to such a program?

FOSSology is a GPL-licensed tool for analyzing OS licensing. It's main capability is to do pattern matching against uploaded source code and find matching licenses.

I always used to use Dreamweaver for web work, but now I work in Emacs, with Filezilla for non-text file uploads. What I miss from Dreamweaver is the easy synchronisation feature in its file manager. Is there any simple opensource software that would fill this gap for me?
I prefer WinSCP as an FTP/SFTP/SCP client, and it's one of the few clients I've seen that supports synchonised browsing similar to Dreamweaver. SmartFTP is another one that does this, but it's not free.

Aptana does that and it's opensource; however, sftp support is not free. I would say it is the one of the better alternatives to webdesign. Give it a try, I've been hooked
Another plus feature is the integration of jquery, python, php, and svn. The pro version includes sftp support and cloud hosting, and i think it's around $100

Take a look at asdoc. It's what the documentation is automatically generated with.
The most used standard for documenting ActionScript is javadoc, which is a pool of tags to comment your code. Theese information is extracted and turned into some sort of documentation, eg html pages.
To extract theese information there is a number of tools available. ASDoc is a command line tool. Another tool is Ortelius, that comes with a simple GUI that might be a little less "scary" for GUI junkies like me.
