This is my form. It works fine. the thing is i am using bootstrap and i want everything in the perfect center responsive to the screen size. Please help me with this. Thanks!

I don't know, whether i m saying correct or not.
If we use css like,
text-align:center;
It will be affected align center both vertically and horizontally.
So there is no css for particular vertical align center.

you need to change dropdown text and other

Jquery makes this really easy to do:
$(document).ready(function () {
$('#register-form').hide()
$('#register-tab').click(function () {
$("#login-form").hide();
$("#register-form").show();
})
$('#login-tab').click(function () {
$("#register-form").hide();
$("#login-form").show();
})
});

Add class btn-group to the dropdown.so the dropdown won't get the 100% width.Thus the dropdown menu will be aligned to center.Or add display:inline-block style to the .dropdown

For the time being, you can apply the following come back later to fix.
Fix it on the page.
<style>
.dropdown, .dropup {
position: fixed;
z-index: 999;
float:center;
}
.form-group{margin-bottom:20px;}
</style>

unable to create tabs properly with uib-tabset

I've been trying to create tabs dynamically with uib-tabset and each tab should contain different form but in my case textbox of first form gets overwritten by new tab generated (if i enter data in one form it gets replicated to other forms). I want all tabs to contain different data.
<uib-tabset class="nav nav-tabs" role="tablist" >
<uib-tab role="presentation" ng-repeat="tab in tabs" ng-click="selectTab($index)" ng-class="{'active':selectedTab == $index}" ng-if="tab.display">
<uib-tab-heading>
<a data-target="#tab" aria-controls="home" role="tab" data-toggle="tab">{{tab.value}} <span ng-click="deleteTab($index)" class="glyphicon glyphicon-remove"></span></a>
</uib-tab-heading>
<div class="panel-body" ng-if="tab.display" >
<form ng-submit="addattributevalues()">
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Regular Price:</label>
<div class="col-sm-10">
<input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="obj.regularPrice">
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Sale Price:</label>
<div class="col-sm-10">
<input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="obj.salePrice" >
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Purchase Price:</label>
<div class="col-sm-10">
<input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="obj.purchasePrice">
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Stock Status:</label>
<div class="col-lg-offset-2 col-lg-10>
<button class="btn btn-sm btn-white" type="submit" >Submit</button>
</div>
</form>
</div>
</uib-tab>
</uib-tabset>
Below is corrected code, you need to add the model properties in the same tab object. and you have used ng-if="tab.display" at uib-tab which is hiding all the other tabs, this should be removed.
<uib-tabset class="nav nav-tabs" role="tablist" >
<uib-tab role="presentation" ng-repeat="tab in tabs" ng-click="selectTab($index)">
<uib-tab-heading>
<a href="#" aria-controls="home" role="tab" data-toggle="tab">{{tab.value}}
<span ng-click="deleteTab($index)" class="glyphicon glyphicon-remove"></span></a>
</uib-tab-heading>
<div class="panel-body">
<form ng-submit="addattributevalues()">
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Regular Price:</label>
<div class="col-sm-10">
<input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="tab.regularPrice">
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Sale Price:</label>
<div class="col-sm-10">
<input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="tab.salePrice" >
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Purchase Price:</label>
<div class="col-sm-10">
<input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="tab.purchasePrice">
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Stock Status:</label>
<div class="col-lg-offset-2 col-lg-10">
<button class="btn btn-sm btn-white" type="submit" >Submit</button>
</div>
</form>
</div>
</uib-tab>
</uib-tabset>
I just made use uib-tabset default attributes for show hide , so we just don't require ng-click="selectTab($index)" as it is used in below line
<uib-tab role="presentation" ng-repeat="tab in tabs" ng-click="selectTab($index)" ng-class="{'active':selectedTab == $index}" ng-if="tab.display">
I used <uib-tabset active="active"> as it automatically creates the corresponding dom elements. refer below code. Also, created one plunkr for it https://plnkr.co/edit/QxcOyFir8oYS53asDlMN?p=preview
<uib-tabset active="active" >
<uib-tab role="presentation" ng-repeat="tab in tabs" heading="{{tab.title}}" >
<uib-tab-heading>
<a data-target="#tab" role="tab" data-toggle="tab">{{tab.title}} <span class="glyphicon glyphicon-remove"></span></a>
</uib-tab-heading>
<div class="panel-body">
<form ng-submit="addattributevalues()">
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Regular Price:</label>
<div class="col-sm-10">
<input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="obj.regularPrice">
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Sale Price:</label>
<div class="col-sm-10">
<input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="obj.salePrice" >
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Purchase Price:</label>
<div class="col-sm-10">
<input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="obj.purchasePrice">
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Stock Status:</label>
<div class="col-lg-offset-2 col-lg-10">
<button class="btn btn-sm btn-white" type="submit" >Submit</button>
</div>
</div>
</form>
</div>
</uib-tab>
</uib-tabset>
Hope this solves your problem. Here, different form get different data. Data inserted in one form is not overwritten to another.

How to turn an HTML navbar <li> into a stand-alone button

I am using Bootstrap to create a website and I added functionality for a drop-down to sign up for a newsletter.
How can I make that drop-down into a standalone drop-down separate from the navbar?
I added <button> tags around the entire html code but the sign-up button then separates from the drop-down. Ideally, it would be at the bottom of the drop-drown.
<button class="dropdown btn">
Newsletter Sign Up <b class="caret"></b>
<ul class="dropdown-menu" style="padding: 15px;min-width: 250px;">
<li>
<div class="row">
<div class="col-md-12">
<form class="form" role="form" method="post" action="login" accept-charset="UTF-8" id="login-nav">
<div class="form-group">
<label class="sr-only" for="newsletter-signup-name">Name</label>
<input type="email" class="form-control" id="newsletter-signup-name" placeholder="Name" required>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="sr-only" for="newsletter-signup-email">Email</label>
<input type="email" class="form-control" id="newsletter-signup-email" placeholder="Email address" required>
</div>
<div class="checkbox">
<label>
<input type="checkbox"> Remember me
</label>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<button type="submit" class="btn btn-success btn-block">Sign Up</button>
</div>
</form>
</div>
</div>
</li>
<li class="divider"></li>
</ul>
</button>
Not sure why you want to encapsulate the entire form into the button. Use a button instead of an anchor if you need the button.
<div class="dropdown">
<button class="btn dropdown-toggle" data-toggle="dropdown">Newsletter Sign Up <b class="caret"></b>
</button>
<ul class="dropdown-menu" style="padding: 15px;min-width: 250px;">
<li>
<div class="row">
<div class="col-md-12">
<form class="form" role="form" method="post" action="login" accept-charset="UTF-8" id="login-nav">
<div class="form-group">
<label class="sr-only" for="newsletter-signup-name">Name</label>
<input type="email" class="form-control" id="newsletter-signup-name" placeholder="Name" required>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="sr-only" for="newsletter-signup-email">Email</label>
<input type="email" class="form-control" id="newsletter-signup-email" placeholder="Email address" required>
</div>
<div class="checkbox">
<label>
<input type="checkbox">Remember me</label>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<button type="submit" class="btn btn-success btn-block">Sign Up</button>

</li>
<li class="divider"></li>
</ul>

Just use a div instead of a button. I think that buttons are not allowed to contain other form elements.

I made a tab view using bootstrap for a angular template. but when i click on the tab it goes to the angular link router instead of going to the tab content.it may be because i have them as links but at the moment i really don't have any idea of how im going to solve this
<ul class="nav nav-tabs">
<li class="active">Where you heading <i class="fa"></i></li>
<li>Description<i class="fa"></i></li>
</ul>
<form id="rideForm" method="post" class="form-horizontal">
<div class="tab-content">
<div class="tab-pane active" id="info-tab">
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">From:</label>
<div class="col-sm-3">
<input type="text" class="form-control" name="fullName" />
</div>
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">To:</label>
<div class="col-sm-3">
<input type="text" class="form-control" name="Email" />
</div>
</div>
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-2 control-label">Time:</label>
<div class="col-sm-3">
<input type="text" class="form-control" name="jobTitle" />
</div>
</div>
<div id="ridebuttongroup" class="col-sm-5 col-sm-offset-3">
<a href="#address-tab" data-toggle="tab"><button type="next" class="btn btn-default">
<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-circle-arrow-right"></span> Next </button></a>
</div>
</div>
<div class="tab-pane" id="address-tab">
<div class="form-group">
<label class="col-sm-3 control-label">Description</label>
<div class="col-sm-5">
<textarea rows="4" cols="50"></textarea>
</div>
</div>
<div id="ridebuttongroup" class="col-sm-5 col-sm-offset-3">
<button type="submit" class="btn btn-default">
<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-plane"></span> Ride</button>
<a href="#info-tab" data-toggle="tab"><button type="next" class="btn btn-default">
<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-circle-arrow-left"></span> Previous </button></a>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div style="margin: 15px">
</div>
</form>
please help!
Stop banging your head against the wall and just use http://angular-ui.github.io/bootstrap/
A quick work around to this issue is to add:
target="_blank"
to your links. Angular, behind the scenes, does stuff to your links which is why you're having that problem.
This is a temp. solution to the issue.
