Issue trying to align image under table - html

which renders as follows
As you can see at the bottom I have a triangle which I'm trying to position so it overflows on to the next box, unfortunately I can not for the life of me get it to sit correctly, i.e the white space between the dark shade and lighter shade of gray to dis-appear can someone give me a hand please the end result is to look like this :

First of all it is recommended not to use tables for formatting page sections. In this case you can set the Parent of triangle as a relative positioned element with height of 0px and position triangle as absolute element. So:
<div class="deviceWidth" style="width:580px;position:relative;height:0;margin-right:auto;margin-left:auto;">
<img width="20" src="http://res.cloudinary.com/dncu6pqpm/image/upload/v1428628617/triangle_C5C5C5_ks8sg2.jpg" alt="" style="border:0;position:absolute;top:0;right:20px;border-radius: 0px; width: 20px;" class="deviceWidth">
</div>
also please note that :
remove the display:block from image
set border:0 inside styles not as a separate attribute
I have added margin-right:auto and margin-left:-auto to align div in center of screen

Reordering Table Elements for an Email

I've been playing around and can't figure this out, so some advice would be greatly appreciated!
https://codepen.io/chaser87/pen/ZEQvydw
What I want to know deals with just the section headed by Meet your Department. When you shrink down this email, it stacks pretty much how I want it. However, I want to reorder the image and the block of copy in that section. Basically, I want the picture first, then the copy. I've tried doing nth-of-type stuff with elements but isn't working.
For extra background, each section is a 100% table, with a 600 px table within, then another 100% table within.

Space between html email tables in Outlook 2016 only

SOLVED: Needed to declare a height on the main image that is nested in the table.
QUESTION: I have two tables that I'm trying to stack on top of one another in an html email but am getting a gap between them in Outlook 2016 only. The red box should touch the grey horizontal line. See picture below. All other version of Outlook are good. I've removed cell padding, borders, and spacing from all tables so I'm at a loss on this one. I also have this table aligned top. Any tricks to getting this to work in MSO 2016?

Have your tried using conditional comments?
For Outlook 2016 it should be something like the following:
<!--[if mso 16]>some outlook 2016 only stuff<![endif]-->

Padding issue on HTML email

I have an issue with excess padding appearing around either the table or image on mobile with a HTML email signature and I'm unable to find the solution.
I must of tried every single solution I have researched including:
Adding display:block to the image
Adding a line-height: 1px to the td
Adding font-size: 0; to the td
Making sure every section had padding: 0; and margin: 0;
Adding cellpadding="0" and cellspacing="0" to all tables, tr and td elements
Adding width and height to the table and td (which didn't have any effect)
Adding float: left and align="left"
Adding table-layout:fixed;
Adding border: 0; border-spacing: 0; and border-collapse; on elements
The issue seems to appear on Samsung and iPhone devices that I have tested.
Any new suggestions would be appreciated.
The image that specifically has extra spacing is here:
<table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse: collapse; border-spacing: 0; table-layout:fixed; mso-table-lspace:0pt;mso-table-rspace:0pt; padding:0; margin: 0; float:left; line-height: 1px; font-size: 0;" width="180">
<tr style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">
<td valign="bottom" style="padding:0 25px 0 0; margin:0; font-size: 0 !important;" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><img src="logo.png" width="" alt="" style="display: block !important;"></td>
</tr>
</table>
How here is the entire code as I have two tables side by side which may be the cause of the issue:
<!DOCTYPE html>

<style>

</table>
You may want to add a </td><td> between your two tables. I've also moved the 25px padding to the left of the copy, rather than the image. (I've assumed the img dimensions here). This looked ok on my EoA previews, if it doesn't help could you post a screenshot of your issue?
Code it like an email! Try the hybrid method! This method allows you to cater for outlook email clients and the use of divs means you dont have to worry about the extra gaps.

Gmail displaying border for HTML newsletter

I'm doing a newsletter in HTML and GMAIL is always displaying a border on the following table :
<tr>
<td align="center" bgcolor="#ffffff" style="padding: 20px 0 20px 0;margin:20px 0 20px 0;height:150px;">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="60%">
<tr>
<td align="center" style="padding: 20px 0 20px 0; color: #000000; font-family:Helvetica,verdana,sans-serif;border-top:5px solid;border-bottom:5px solid;solid;border-color:#000000;">
<span style="font-size:24px;padding: 0 0 0 0;color:#000000;"><b>THE MILAN DESIGN WEEK CONTINUES IN BRERA !</b></span>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
<tr bgcolor="#ffffff">
<td bgcolor="#ffffff" style="padding: 10px 20px 20px 20px;">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%">
<tr>
<td align="center">
<img src="DCW_RAW_1.jpg" alt="DCW éditions lampes Gras at Raw Brera" width="560" height="382" style="display: block;" />
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
Could anyone explain me why ?
Here is a JSFiddle of the code

HTML E-mail Template Centering

I am working on an e-mail template that includes 2 links to a website and an e-mail address. They are both of varying widths and have it setup so that they're both beside each other and centred down the middle.
Recently ran into a problem when testing with Outlook and saw that the boxes were not centred and rather pushed to the left and right.
Here are some screenshots of what is happening:
Browser / Other E-mail Clients:
Outlook / Word Templating Engine:
The Code:
<td style="padding-bottom:0px; padding-left:10px; padding-right:10px; padding-top:22px; " align="center">
<table class="contact_links_container" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="580" align="center" style="margin:auto; ">
<tr>
<td align="center">
<div class="templateEdit" id="contact_links">

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can format it so that it works appears in Outlook as it does in the 1st image?
Specify the width for div and td wherever needed. It should work, outlook mail client will set the element width to 100% with reference to body if not specified.
