Text not allowed in element ul in this context
I do not understand this error message from the markup validation service and I have been unable to find an answer.
My code is here:
<ul class="blog-meta">
<li><p><i class="fa fa-user"></i> Admin</p></li> |
<li><p><i class="fa fa-clock-o"></i> April 24th,2014</p></li> |
<li><p><i class="fa fa-tags"></i>creative , wordpress</p></li> |
<li><p><i class="fa fa-comments"></i> 0 Comments</p></li>
</ul>

I guess this error is due to this "|" remove it and validate it again.
To solve this write it inside <li> </li>
<ul class="blog-meta">
<li><p><i class="fa fa-user"></i> Admin | </p></li>
</ul>

HTML Parsing help to extract Author Names from URL website in R using getNodeSet

I am having trouble extracting the names of authors as variables form the URL below in R. I understand the basics of the GetNodeSet when looking at the structure of data in xml format, but I don't believe I am using the right path or names in order to extract what I want.
Here is the step by step code of what I have done below.
mar16 <- getURL("https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/r-help/2016-March/date.html", ssl.verifypeer = FALSE)

My Results
NULL
If you run the last line of code at the very bottom, your result is NULL.
Any suggestions on how to actually get the author names as a result?
Pretty straight forward request using the "rvest" package.
library(rvest)
library(dplyr)
#read web page
page<-read_html("https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/r-help/2016-March/date.html")
#find the i tag below the li tag
author<-html_nodes(page, "li i") %>% html_text() %>% trimws()

xpath Located <p> but return None

I'm using selenium.webdriver chrome to crawl data from my website, and want to get the location from visitors.
I have successfully located the <p> label which contains 'location', but it return None.
Need help here. Many Thanks
I have tried .replace(u'\xa0', u' ') and .remove_space(location).strip() but it returns NoneType object has no attribute 'replace'
my python code is below
location=browser.find_element_by_xpath('//div[#class="module contact_module expanded"]//p[1]').get_attribute('text')
print(location)
location=location.replace(u'\xa0', u' ')
location=location.remove_space(location).strip()
html is here
<div class="module contact_module expanded">
<div class="module-header">
<ul class="actions">
<li><i class="icon-collapse-alt" data-expand="icon-expand-alt" data-collapse="icon-collapse-alt"></i></li>
</ul>
<h2>Contact <span>Edit</span></h2>
</div>
<div class="module-content contact-module">
<h4>Email / Phone / Social</h4>
<ul class="contact-list unstyled">
<li class="contact-email">
<i class="fa fa-envelope"></i> df#hotmail.com
</li>
<li class="contact-phone empty_row"><i class="fa fa-phone"></i> (blank)</li>
</ul>
<h4>Location</h4>
<p>Boondall, Queensland, Australia</p>
<h4>Timezone</h4>
<p>Australia/Brisbane</p>
</div>
</div>
I expected 'Boondall, Queensland, Australia' but the actual output is None
Try this
location=browser.find_element_by_xpath('//div[#class="module contact_module expanded"]//p[1]').text

Typescript/Angular 2 doesn't display html into a ternary

The following will display it as text (with<\i class.. backslash and without ) and not as HTML, probably very simple, but I can't find it :(
<div *ngFor="let facility of facilities;">
{{facility['freewifi'] || facility['paidwifi'] ? '<\i class="fa fa-wifi fa-fw" aria-hidden="true"><\/i> :' : '' }}
</div>
Answer:
<i *ngIf="facility['freewifi'] || facility['paidwifi']" class="fa fa-wifi fa-fw" aria-hidden="true"></i>
Use *ngIf instead:
<i *ngIf="facility['freewifi'] || facility['paidwifi']" class="fa fa-wifi fa-fw" aria-hidden="true"></i>

How to find Xpath for read the list of elements use list<Webelement>

webdriver finding xpath its too dificult for me. i used fire path most of fire path given xpath not working and its too lengthy. some one give me idea about xpath will work all conditions and i know relative xpath
some times this posibilities also not working like {//ul[#class='review-nav']}. some one help me for find xpath that xpath will work all conditions
<ul class="review-nav">
<li id="pend" class="pend tabclass">
<a onclick="OnTabSelect(1,'pend',0)" href="#">Pending (197)</a>
<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-filter filterclass" style="color:#185daa;top:4px;display:none"/>
</li>
<li id="flag" class="flag tabclass active">
<a onclick="OnTabSelect(4,'flag',1)" href="#">Flagged (96)</a>
<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-filter filterclass" style="color:#185daa;top:4px;display:none"/>
</li>
<li id="esca" class="esca tabclass">
<a onclick="OnTabSelect(5,'esca',2)" href="#">Escalated (88)</a>
<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-filter filterclass" style="color:#185daa;top:4px;display:none"/>
</li>
<li id="closed" class="closed tabclass">
<a onclick="OnTabSelect(3,'closed',3)" href="#">Closed (99)</a>
<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-filter filterclass" style="color:#185daa;top:4px;display:none"/>
</li>
<li id="all" class="all tabclass">
<a onclick="OnTabSelect(0,'all',3)" href="#">All (1,355)</a>
<span class="glyphicon glyphicon-filter filterclass" style="color:#185daa;top:4px;display:none"/>
</li>
</ul>
I try this Xpath to read above list its not working
xpath = //ul[#class='review-nav']
Sorry for that, I am little bit not clear for what you need xpath..
If you are trying to get all link ('a') to collect into List
//ul[#class='review-nav']/li/a
If you are trying to get all 'span' element to collect into List
//ul[#class='review-nav']/li/span
If you want to get specific element in specific li, you can try with id of 'li', for example if you like to find xpath of 'a' in first li
//li[#id='pend']/a
Thank You
Try with CSS:
.tabclass
You should get the 'li' elements with this.
