Integration of TestLink and JIRA - configuration

I am trying to integrate jira (6.3.15) with testlink (1.9.6). For that, I use in the following configuration in TestLink:
<issuetracker>
<dbhost>localhost</dbhost>
<dbname>jiradb</dbname>
<dbtype>mysql</dbtype>
<dbuser>jirauser</dbuser>
<dbpassword>jirauser</dbpassword>
<uriview>http://localhost:8080/browse/</uriview>
<uricreate>http://localhost:8080/secure/CreateIssue.jspa</uricreate>
</issuetracker>
As I save the configuration, I don't receive any error messages. When I switch to the Test Execution and select any test case, I receive a message: "Attention Please: Something is preventing connection to Bug Tracking System, and is going to create performance issues. Please contact your TestLink Administrator".
If the configuration was erronous or if further steps are necessary, please advise, how to proceed. Thank you.

Instead of using localhost/127.0.0.1, try using 0.0.0.0 instead which will allow TestLink to reach entire ip range of local machine.
Also check if your firewall allows for TestLink to have inbound and outbound connections.

how to execute script on zabbix agent?

I have made a magic script on Zabbix agent and i wanna to execute on Zabbix agent using Zabbix item.i will be thankful to you in advance for this . do something if you can.
You would create a user parameter that would look like any other item from the server side. On the agent side, you would have to edit the agent configuration file and restart the agent.
In addition to user parameters, Zabbix supports remote commands. These are appropriate (and indeed invoked from) actions as a result of some condition. So in the answer from Richv you would use that for polling for data, e.g. to find out if a process is running. Continuing that example, if the process is not running and you wanted to start it, you can ask the agent to execute a command that might start the process. To do that you must enable remote commands in the agent config file, and configure it as an action (that in turn is linked to whatever condition you had concerns about).
1st in the zabbix_agentd.conf for the remote host, add EnableRemoteCommands=1
Then see the video at https://youtu.be/G6jfahBZwlk
In the video, a bat file is created on the remote host, and then an item is created for the remote host using the Zabbix server interface, and selecting the system.run option in the key options.

DB2 Connect issue using Native OLE DB\MS OLEDB Provider for DB2

I downloaded and installed the driver setup file, DB2OLEDB.exe, from here:
http://download.microsoft.com/mwg-internal/de5fs23hu73ds/progress?id=HYLbKUfGNl
Using the connection string that worked on another PC, I tried to create a Connection Object in an SSIS package. When I tested the connection I got this error:
Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider. A TCPIP socket error has occurred (10057): A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when sending on a datagram socket using a sendto call) no address was supplied.
Any suggestions on what the cause of this error is and how I might resolve this issue?
By the way, when I use the DB2 Configuration set up utility and test a connection from within that, I am able to successfully connect.
What other info can I provide to help you answer this question?
Thank you
Could this be related to a blocked port?
If you follow all the steps illustrated here: http://www.bidn.com/blogs/PatrickLeBlanc/ssis/700/connecting-to-db2-using-ssis do you still get the same result?
Maybe a silly question, did you restart the computer after the installation?
Are you an admin user on one machine and not on the other?
You could try to verify the port connectivity with a quick telnet command:
telnet your-db-host your-db-listening-port
If it connects, that one is off the list.
Doing some research I've found two possible fixes.
The first link suggests calling BeginReceive after the EndAccept logic is complete. Are you using script code, or just using the GUI without any scripting?
TCP async sockets throwing 10057
The second link points to drivers / software on the PC. It could be that you are missing a windows update or have faulty hardware / drivers.
I think this is less likely the case since you could connect to a different machine with the same connection string(?). Can you verify this is a valid statement?
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1bc3df95-c86d-4d25-aa20-30f61ed00c63/odd-socket-errors
If you could show the connection strings used for both the working and non working, and give a little more detail about The "Other PC" in comparison to the non-working PC... that would be helpful =]
If neither of the posts I've linked are the solution, this specific Google search has proven to yield some seemingly helpful results
"socket" "10057" "no address was supplied."

Team Foundation Server TFSConfig recover

When trying to restore my backuped TFSCollection via Administration Console (attach collection) the attachment fails. (NullReference Exception)
Are there any problems when restoring collections without the original configuration database?
The Collections is listed, but state doesn`t change from "offline", even when i tried to re-run the job.
When looking into [TFSCollection].[tbl_projects] via Management Studio I can see all projects.
When trying to restore the collection via
TFSConfig RegisterDB /sqlInstance:DataCenter\MSSQLServer /databaseName:DataCenter\MSSQLServer;Tfs_Configuration
I get the following error:
The following exception was caught while trying to validate the database: Keyword not supported: 'tfs_configuration;integrated security'.
Or when i run:
TFSConfig recover /ConfigurationDB:DataCenter\MSSQLServer;Tfs_Configuration /CollectionDB:DataCenter\MSSQLServer;Tfs_TFSCollection
The following error occurs:
TF246017: Team Foundation Server could not connect to the database. Verify that
the server that is hosting the database is operational, and that network problem
s are not blocking communication with the server.
Maybe I´ve run into some serious problem when installing TFS Service Pack 1.
What could i do to restore my TFS?
Even the import in my virtual enviroment fails. See the logfile.
If anyone had the same problem, take a look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2516423.
If you cant access your collections you could try.
TfsConfig updates /reapply
To start the TFS Job Agent you can run.
TfsServiceControl unquiesce
Or if the "Serviving" State doesnt change you could try this.
TfsConfig diagnose /scope:updates
TfsConfig updates /reapply
Hope this could help..

Unable to create indexes in Sphinx after an emergency server restart [Can't create TCP/IP socket]

I'm trying to execute the command in the Windows console:
C:\SphinxSearch\bin\indexer --all --config C:\SphinxSearch\sphinx.conf
But I get an error:
ERROR: index 'indexname': sql_connect: Can't create TCP/IP socket
(10093) (DSN=mysql://root:*#localhost:3306/test).
A data source is mysql. Before the server restart everyone works fine.
How can I fix it?
I'm having the same error 10093. It's a windows error code by the way. In my case it occurs when trying to run the indexer through the system account via a scheduled task. If I'm running it directly as administrator, there's not a problem.
According to the site above:
Either your application hasn't called WSAStartup(), or WSAStartup() failed, or--possibly--you are accessing a socket which the current active task does not own (i.e. you're trying to share a socket between tasks).
In my case I'm thinking it might be the last one, some security problem due to user SYSTEM being used in my scheduled task. I was able to solve it by using my admin user instead: in the scheduled task, I set to use my local admin account with the option to "Run when user is logged on or not" and "Do not store password". I've also checked "Run with highest privileges". This seems to have done the trick as now my indexes are rotating on schedule.

Can't connect to database

Actually I'm having more than one problem...but all of it has to do with connecting or working with the MySQL database...First you can see one of the errors on my website and no matter what you choose it seems to just say it can't connect to the database...I've configured a configure.php file to allow files to connect to the MySQL database...see the website here:
http://netsurfer123.byethost11.com/index.php
Then when I try to log-in to the Admin area of my MySQL database it just says:
phpMyAdmin - Error
Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.
Please let me know what I can do to correct these errors...and thanks very much in advanced for any helpful response/s.
First you need to check if the MySQL server is actually running. Use a command such as
/etc/rc.d/init.d/mysqld status
Or similar for your system if possible.
Did you check the web server log file? Does it contain errors as indicated by phpMyAdmin?
Your site is simply unable to connect to the database to which it's trying to connect. This could be for any number of potential reasons:
Is the database running?
Is the database accessible by that machine? (Maybe there's a firewall in between the two servers, if they're separated?)
If the database is on that same machine, are you connecting to it properly? (Maybe it allows only certain connection methods, such as a socket vs. the loopback address?)
Is your connection string correct? Maybe the login is failing?
Check your PHP logs, your Apache logs, your MySQL logs. One of them is complaining about something and it's probably trying to tell you what.
