Captive portal not redirecting - coovachilli

Basically I have been trying to setup coovachilli with radius/mysql authentication to act as a captive portal,on my virtual machine.
When a client connect to chillispot, his IP is "10.1.0.X" so he can't communicate with box (x.x.x.x) and can't go on internet.
So to be sure,I debug coova-chilli server running process. In there ,redirection process are not work.
I have now spent all week till the early hours of the morning trying to get this working but not redirection to from coova server to client.
If anybody knows it, please help me out.

Deploying a .NET application to Google Cloud Platform worked on initial deploy, now getting 502 Error: Server Error

To give some background, I'm an (unpaid) intern, and I'm unrelated to dealing with this kind of stuff. My employers wanted to update some pictures, and they did locally but didn't know how to upload the new version to the server.
I used the publish settings that were saved in Visual Studio from when the previous intern deployed the server (he was specialized in web site stuff) and it worked on deploy ... then I refreshed the page and I'm getting 502 server error.
Steps I have taken:
Connect to the VM and restart it - didn't solve it. it's using Microsoft server 2016.
Open the VM trough RDP, check if there are errors. There were 3 services not running, and I start them manually. One still isn't running, Downloaded Maps Manager. Ok... I google it and it's not a necessary service so I disable it. Now there are no errors and all services are running but I still am getting this error.
I tried pinging the IP of the server, and the URL itself and it works.
I believe it might be something to do with the load balancer, but I had one HTML class and nothing dealing with actually publishing stuff. If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. The only reason why I'm trying to fix this myself is that I didn't make some kind of backup, and I feel so stupid having taken the site down.
Edit: I've gone to "load balancing" and it says service unhealthy. I tried going to the IPs there and it brings me to the same 502 server error page. From what I've gathered this is a configuration error, it's impossible they messed something with the site itself, right? It did work that first time, and if I run it from Visual Studio it works on the local machine ...

How to create registration form so that when published, all data will go to a database?

I am currently in the process of creating a website, and I am now in the phase of trying to create a registration database. Currently, I have the databse running through localhost, using phpmyadmin and mySQL. But, when I publish the website itself, I want for each person, when they register, for their information to go to a database. I am quite new to database design and development, so I was wondering about how I should go about doing this? At the current moment, given its setup, I am sure that there will be an error caused if someone else tries to submit their information into the registration page because their computer is not holding the server. How may I resolve this? I hope that my question was clear...
I already have php code that sends the registration info to the database, but I know that it will only work on my computer.
The browser runs on the user's computer
The HTTP server runs on a hosting computer
The database server runs on a hosting computer
These can all be the same computer (and in the development environment you've described: they are).
When you deploy it to a production environment, the HTTP server will be public facing. The user's browser can connect to it from anywhere* on the Internet.
Since the HTTP server runs the PHP which talks to the database server, it doesn't matter that the database isn't stored on the end user's computer.

As of your comment, D_A, I would say that your registration system should work fine.
PHP code may contain "localhost" But you are sending request from "Form" submit or JS. Which makes request in URL. For example:
http://example.com/register?name=x

.NET application posts to GearHost and works fine, but does not work on AWS

I have a web application that I would like to migrate from GearHost to Amazon Web Services (Elastic Beanstalk). The web application uses a mysql server that is hosted by GoDaddy. When I try to publish the project to AWS using Visual Studio, the publishing process goes smoothly and there are no errors, however I get a connection timeout when I try to access the site. If i replace https with http I get "HTTPS Required" which leads me to believe the issue is not with the server itself, but with my application.
Does AWS require you to use their database server?
Any help would be appreciated.
UPDATE: I tried an older version of IIS in the AWS settings, the webpage loaded once and now it does not work on refresh.
You don't have to use an AWS database, but you do need to open up the GoDaddy firewall to allow traffic to go back and forth between your new AWS website and the GoDaddy database.

Localhost not loading in any browser

I have asked a similar question before here I sort of fixed it but im still facing a similar issue. Every time I try to load localhost, port 8095, I receive this error message in Google Chrome:
Google Chrome's connection attempt to localhost was rejected. The
website may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.
If there is a way to fix it, please tell me,
If not, please could someone inform me how to reset IIS to its original settings. Or if I can reset Windows Features so I can re-install ISS from scratch.
My website uses ASP with a connection to a SQL Server database (2012). Basic HTML pages also don't load under the URL, localhost:8095/
The servers were stopped because 2 services within administrative tools had stopped. World Wide Web Publishing Service and Web Management Service

Opening client side applications via a remote app

Ive done a fair amount of searching on this, but ive struggled to find the answer.
At present I have an access program that sits on a remote windows 2008 server and users can log into it through a remote app. In the local version of my program, users can hit a button and email through outlook, but obviously if your accessing it remotely it tries to open outlook remotely.
So here's the question: Is there any functionality that will allow me to open Outlook locally whilst using the remote app?
Ive read about scriptable virtual channels but i would like someone to confirm if this is possible (or call me a moron for even contemplating the idea).
Thanks in advance.
Split the database. Your client will then open Outlook locally.
Here is some info that might be helpful if you do not know how to split the database and what the benefits are: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/access-help/split-an-access-database-HA010342026.aspx
