+1 (Google Plus One) in Cordova/Phonegap - html

I'm building a game in HTML using Cordova/Phonegap (well, specifically https://github.com/MobileChromeApps/mobile-chrome-apps) and I'm looking to add a +1 (google plus one) button for my app's play store page, and have it actually work.
I can currently get it to add the button, and show the current number of +1's, but when you tap it, it tries to open another window then returns the the game, without having added the +1 (I check my +1's page to make sure it wasn't working, but failing to update)
I'm using the web way to add the button, but would prefer a cordova plugin.
Any help is awesome,
Cheers!

Cast a website to TV from Android app - Chromecast; is it possible?

This is what I want to do.
Have a screen on my Android app with a few buttons on it. One of them would be the Chromecast icon, the other buttons would just be a few numbers most like (a "1" button, a "2" button, a "3" button etc).
When the cast button is hit, a default website is loaded (eg. www.example.com) on the TV. In the Android app, I still just see my buttons.
When a number his hit (ie. "1") the website changes, and www.example.com/parameter/1 is loaded for example.
I have been reading Google's documentation. If I understand correctly, I can create Android sender app code to do part 1 and 2. And a receiver application for part 3.
What I am confused about though is how I just get it to load a preexisting website. Surely I wouldn't need any custom HTML5 code for that? All I want to do is load a URL.
Could someone please advise me if what I want to do is possible, and if so point me in the right direction? Thanks
The default receiver only loads media URLs. Video, images, etc. If you want it to do anything else, like show a website, you need to create a custom receiver.
Luckily, that's rather easy, and they have some good samples on the Github account.

Is a "close" icon necessary in other platforms?

In iOS, one doesn't need to add a close icon for an app. In the rare event that one wants to kill an app they can do it via the OS.
When looking at the cocos2d-x project that is created by default when using the console (v3.1.1), the sample HelloWorld scene places a button on screen to "close" the app.
Is this actually required in ANY platform ? Does it make sense to add this button at all ?
Apple usually rejects on this and Google and Microsoft don't like it.
You can, however, have close buttons on menus or popovers (say, like a pause screen).

Adding a interactive gui to my VB.net application

OK. So first, I will try my best to explain so good. My friend has gotten cursed out on this forum for not explaining, so I will explain. :)
Ok so I have my program built and all. But then it hit me! Wouldn't it be better to add a news feature? One teeny tiny problem? I cant? How would I implement a interactive code into an HTML page.
Like can i connect a button to a URL that will make the program do something. Almost like you can open cydia tweaks with there identifier and url EXAMPLE: http://handleopenurl.com/scheme/cydia And then i can add urls so i can update the program, without updating the files.
Or even just a featured news thing would be nice. But how would i implement this perfectly. I tryed a webrowser, but the page is too big for it. I am good at html, not much at css, i mostly use Adobe Muse http://www.adobe.com/Muse
Last question. Kinda defies the first thing i said about having my program finished.
Is there a way i can add a plus button and make it add more buttons and more labels and all?
This would help with allowing users to customize more then what the program can handle. By The Way, its a winter board Theme Maker. So I have a bunch of icons with there bundle identifiers and I create the folders with VB.net and all that stuff. But i want users to be able to click a plus button to add MORE text boxes and file browsers.
Any ideas? Maybe DIM 1 as NewFileBrowser? But i need to move all the buttons and i need it to be able to be clicked an infinity amount of times. I can do the coding for all of these buttons, but i jest need to know how to create them <1 Move them and the button so that the button goes further down each time, and more boxes will go further down. Much help apreciated. THANKS:)
EDIT:
Are you trying to say that you're wondering how to have a web browser control in a vb.net >app, which displays a web page, and when a button is clicked on the page, your app detects >it and does something? – Thraka
That sums up the top part. I am using windows forms, and it is coded in VB.net
If you get the object you want, like the button, you can hook the event and have it call code in your form.
Find the object using the Browser.Document.GetElementById method.
With that object, add an event handler to the Click event.
See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.htmlelementeventhandler(v=vs.110).aspx for information about the event handler used

Create a chrome extension which modifies a web page?

every time I go to a particular web page I hit F12 delete a node and uncheck a few absolute position boxes on two others. I would like to know how to do this with a chrome extension.
I have not made a chrome extension before so I thorough guide to making one would also be appreciated
I recommend you to read this guide first as Google suggests.
http://developer.chrome.com/extensions/getstarted.html
Also, I think in order to implement what you want to do, you'll need to use page action.
So, take a look at this page about page action.

create a page which contain a flash can be add text dynamiclly

I have to create a web page which can be set to full screen(I mean the real full screen, not like press the F11),in the full screen there should be some words displaying.
Take the http://stackoverflow.com for example:
Normally,it show its contents(the questions),but someday, maybe a VIP come to visit the page,so we want to replace the whole page with a welcome screen.
Of course we can replace the https://stackoverflow.com/index.html (suppose it is the index page) with the welcome text(welcome xxx to our site...) in the server side.
However this is not convenient, and the text can not be full screened.
So I thought the flash,I can add a controller button at the page, when required,I click this button, and set the welcome words, then a flash will start to play with the sepcified words in a full screen model. It would be better if the flash can show the text with a Animation.
I have never did the flash development,so I want to know if this is possible?
BTW,can all the clients change to flash with juse one click?
I mean I click the controller button, then all the client who is visit this page should see the contents replaced by the flash at the same time.
I am not sure if you guys know what I am meaning. If not,I can update more details.
I am really Anxious, Thanks. :)
Since you're starting from scratch with Flash, I made a quick example of what I think you want to do. http://clearmpls.com/temp/fullscreen/ - the source files that I made this example with can be grabbed from here: http://clearmpls.com/temp/xml-loading-fullscreen-thing.zip
I used the Flash IDE to create this. You can grab a 60-day trial from Adobe's site here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=flash
This example shows examples of these functions:
- it loads an XML file with text data
- displays that data in a textfield on the stage
- gives you a button where you can toggle back and forth between fullscreen and regular
- resizes the stage and textfield based on what you have written in your XML file
