How to use local calendar in MediaWiki? - mediawiki

MediaWiki release notes says that it supports Iranian calendar since version 1.12
But I'm not able to change the calendar. Can anybody help me do this?

Just editing your LocalSettings.php with:
$wgLocaltimezone = "Asia/Tehran";
should be enough, unless you mean something else by "calendar". See Manual:Timezone for more.

Looking for dynamic e-signature service for a new web application

I have a application that I am working on rolling out and need to do "onboarding". I need people to sign releases.
I am looking to intergrate a "e-signature" function - not just a simple Accept check box.
I have looked at options like esignlive and adobe esign.
I am not sure if anyone know of a service / tool / JAR/ something that i can incorporate the concept of "signing" an release online.
Thanks in advance.
FYI I did find this js library

This package is superseded by one or more higher-ranked packages

I am trying to update my app in the windows store with a new version. I am getting the error message in the UI:
This package is superseded by one or more higher-ranked packages.
The version number of the new binary is higher than the existing one. Here is what the version numbers look like in the store UI:
How can I raise the rank of the new version so that the store accepts it? What are the elements to package rank? I searched online for this but could not find the answer.
Thanks.
A day after first having the problem, I submitted a package numbered 2.0.6, which I had tried yesterday, and it went right in.
I tried to delete the original submission as suggested above, before trying submitting 2.0.6, but couldn't find a delete button. Maybe by opening the older one up in the UI I made the UI realize it was older. dunno.

Sonarqube Configuration Option Missing

I cannot seem to get the Configuration Button to appear in the Top right hand corner to amend Rule contents (I can Deactivate or Change Severity but would like to be able to change contents also).
I have tried this both using the default admin/admin and my own user both of which have the Global Permission 'Administer Quality Profile and Gates' set for User and Group.
This has been tried with both the In-Built Profile (Sonar way) and my own created from a copy of 'Sonar Way'.
We are using Version 4.5.2 but the same issues seem to exist with Version 5.1 which I have also downloaded.
Don't know whether this is something stupid I am doing, a Plug-In required or possibly a Paid Option but any help or information would be gratefully received as all the Documentation and YouTube vids seem to suggest we are configured correctly and should be able to do this.
Regards,
Dave.
There's no link named "Configuration" in version 4.5. I suppose you mix management of "Quality Profiles", which requires the permission "Administer Quality Profiles and Gates" and global management console, named "Settings", which requires the permission "Administer System".

MediaWiki - rename page - "Move" tab not shown

I suspect this is a simple/silly/trivial problem - but I've spent ages without finding a solution.
I have a vanilla MediaWiki instance - a few months old - on an Ubuntu server recently upgraded to 14.04. There is a single "user" - this user is in the "administrator" and "bureaucrat" groups when I look at the "User rights management" special page.
I need to rename some pages... I understand, from the FAQ, that I need to use the "Move" tab - and know that this tab is only shown for logged-in users. (The wiki is configured not to require users to be logged in to do edits.... I don't really need/want any access control.)
Even when logged in, I don't see a "Move" tab... Please can someone give me a hint - What am I doing wrong?
In the Vector skin, the Move tab is by default collapsed into a More tab. Depending on the version of your installation, that might only be an easy-to-overlook triangle:

Is there a way to force Vault GUI client doing an auto-check out of modified files?

I feel very comfortable with the way that svn/cvs automatically detects the files which were modified, so that i can see the complete change-set recursively from the root.
Is there a workaround to have the same thing in Vault client?
For any files you changed, would like to show them up as edited and be listed in the pending change set, ready to be checked in.
I can't comment at your post so I am going to post this as an 'answer'.
I am not sure how to do that for any files but that feature is available in for files edited in Visual Studio (code files etc which is under source control of course).
For Visual Studio 2010 the option is found under Tools > Options,
then select the Source Control tree view on the left tab view, and lastly Integration Options. From the dropdown box under the option When check out is required, on edit: > Choose Automatically Check Out.
Hopes this helps. If not the Sourcegear forum will be a good place to ask for support.
